I have booked a train ticket on[protected] from bangalore to kalyan via ixigo app. I have made payment through google pay payment got successful but ticket not revived. No were in the app or email it is showing booking unsuccessful no details yet. Just blindly amount gone.
Worst experience as i tried for the first time, there is no mode of customer service in app or website just faking it with q&a.
I hope my refund gets quickly as soon as possible

I did not expect this but after complaining on ixigo facebook page i got response after 2-3 hours i shared my details and they reverted me back with the assurance of refund with in 4-5 days as usual but i got the refund with in an hour after contacting them. Its an big relief for me but still if the booking on the app is not functioning well why they still haven't solution. I hope they resolve it very soon and establish a customer care direct from app that would be very useful.

    Please ...i m tired of calling on ixigo...all persons whoever is attending the calls ..telling some different stories...They r behaving like customers are fool..and i dont have any option other than ..go to the Court...My PNRNo.is PEVSUQ

    20th april 2020 date of travel and ticket was cancelled bcoz of covid 19 ..
    And in airvistara policies it is clearly refunding the whole amount
    But ixigo not cancelling my ticket and holding my money since last months...vistara persons told we have already refunded to ixigo ..they r holding your money..and ixigo persons are not replying by anyway..all persons are making me fool since last 4 months...they r mediaters and they have to give my money...coz i hv paid on ixigo sum of money which i have enclosed with this Rs.6396
    And my mobile no. Is [protected]

    I have all the call recordings in which ixigo's call attending staff assuring me for my refunds ..at different different interavals...but still i m waiting...now i will go to the court with all recordings and emails sent by ixigo's team..that u will get your refund on 10...th may...then u will get on 15th may...then on 15th june then22june...and on 23rd july they told on 27 june...now i m very irritate ...initiate my refund...i m paying interest to my credit card persons since last 4 months for the money 'ixigo' have not refunded..i had paid

    Ixigo is not refunding my money...and not replying for my complaints...

        Booked a guna ticket from bilaspur via ixigo app on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. I got the message of transaction failure stating that the amount deducted from your account will be deposited in your account in 3 days.

        I booked the ticket again and again the failure failed and again rs. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. And the message was received that the amount deducted from your account will be credited back to your account in 3 days.

        Thus a total of 4592.76 were deducted from my account. But till date i have not returned to my account. Whereas according to the rules of the application, the amount was to be returned to the account within 7 days. But even after 5 months the amount has not come to my account. Therefore, it is requested that after taking appropriate action, deposit 4592.76 deducted amount in my account immediately.

                Sir, i have booked a ticket on 29/06/2020 at 9:21am of amount 3618 has been deducted but no ticket has been generated through paytm upi transation with my [protected] mobile number and same paytm number and my email id [protected]@gmail.com. Sir, actually amount has been deducted and paid to la trevenus technology pvt ltd on his axis bank account there were no any ticket has been booked on that day i complaint 3-4times but there is no any response from your side. Please return my money otherwise i will take a legal action because i having proof of amount and sir it takes about to one month to respond please return my money on my paytm account or in my sbi account through which amount has been deducted. Please, sir try to understand my problem and return my money sir i booked this ticket from delhi to patna of 3618rupee amount..

                            I had booked flight on 20 March 2020 for 28 th March for from Delhi to Bagdogra but it has been cancelled by airlines and this flight has been rescheduled three times. I mad requested for full refund to Air Asia, Finally Air Asia has refunded(prosecced my full refund to agent’s account on 13 th July 2020.Air Asia advised me to consult to travel agency please initiate my refund in my account.

                                I have booked one flight ticket and that has been cancelled by the airline(AirAsia).
                                Once I received the flight cancellation mail and call then I have cancelled my ticket through your ixigo portal.

                                Till date I have not received my refund or cancellation confirmation.

                                I have tried to contact Ixigo service desk through their portal and received fake call and i didn't see any other option to contact the help desk.

                                I had booked on spicejet through ixigo from patna to jaislmer. My flight was cancelled by airlines on 22 sept due to covid. I had contacted many times ixigo care but after one month of cancellation i did not recieved my refund.

                                  I have booked one indigo flight for padmanabh d s from cochin to srinagar via ixigo for 2nd april and it got cancelled due to corona issue. I am not planned to travel in the coming year, so i want the credit shell refunded back to my account.                                     I booked a flight with booking id-if[protected]. The airline shows a refund of 4887rs, but i have not got the refund yet. I tried contacting their customer care by all means but they are not responding. I contacted the airlines too, they said that they have issued refund from their side and now it's booking agency responsibility to return the money in the source account. Please look into it and refund the money. Relevant proofs are attached. Please note that indigo airline first created a credit shell for the money. But on 9th july, 2020 they have issued refund (As confirmed by them).

                                        I have booked flight for imphal to aizawl, booking id if[protected], for 1st july, 2020 using he ixigo app. Due to covid issues i cancelled tried to cancel my flight on the night of 29nd june, 2020 which was two days before the scheduled flight. Cancellation pending was shown since then and when i contacted the customer care for the first time on 30th june, 2020 i was told the cancellation was confirmed and that it would take 15 days to be processed. I have tried contacting the customer care almost everyday since that day but whenever the call came, it was like i was hunged up on purpose. And sometimes no call came even after requesting from the ixigo app. Is ixigo trying to cheat on me this time? I have been using the app and this is my first bad encounter and it gets me disappointed. Hoping my issue will be solved soon. I am writing this complaint as today is the 16th day after the scheduled flight, also the 18th day after my cancellation but the status of my booking is still cancellation pending. Kindly help asap!

                                        i have received the mail informing that it would take up to 60 days for the 'partial' refund so I am waiting for that. Moreover the suggestion of claiming an insurance was meaningless. In case you didn't notice, my cancellation is till in pending status and I need approved cancellation to claim an insurance. Kindly help! This is taking too long.
