I booked a flight with booking id-if[protected]. The airline shows a refund of 4887rs, but i have not got the refund yet. I tried contacting their customer care by all means but they are not responding. I contacted the airlines too, they said that they have issued refund from their side and now it's booking agency responsibility to return the money in the source account. Please look into it and refund the money. Relevant proofs are attached. Please note that indigo airline first created a credit shell for the money. But on 9th july, 2020 they have issued refund (As confirmed by them).
