Dear Concern,
I regret to inform you that I did not receive my refund in my account yet vide refund ref. no. FVF1M1S0Y8SQAZ01MZ.
Inspite of several mails, we are still struggling to receive my refund, there is no person or concerned email id to whom I can contact.
Neither it is showing anywhere email Id or mobile number at your websites i.e. www.ixigo.com/helpcenter.
One of email id mentioned there i.e.
[email protected], against which i sent mail but there is only response received that this email id is not valid now.
To whom I can contact for my refund, Kindly tell me otherwise I will go to consumer court against the same and in which everything will be liable to ixigo itself.
Kindly treat the same on priority as I am in trouble due to the same.
