Sir, earlier i messessed but no response from your side for my refund balance of rupee 3618 which has been deducted on 29/06/2020 at 9:21am during air ticket booking. Actually, i tried to book my ticket through ixigo with paytm upi transation but the amount has deducted and showing on ixigo app that no any ticket has been booked but amount has been deducted this is second time i text you but there is no response from your side. Sir, tell me one thing either you can do something or i will move to consumer court... Respond me and return my money as soon as possible from your side there is no any helpline no to connect with customer care person where i go and whom i will tell my problem. Sir, please try to understand my problem and resolve it and return my 3618rupee because it's too long to respond from your side more than 10days... Please reply

    I have booked a flight through ixigo for air asia. I want to cancel my flight and get a credit shell in my account. My booking id is a1ruhg. I contacted air asia for the same and got a reply stated down. Please look into this matter. Thanks.

      As i had booked air asia flight i5287 (Blr-del) travel date 01-04-20 vide pnr zzn2p since airline has suspended the flight and caused to cancellation by the airline itself and i have made refund request to ixigo despite repeated request the ixigo has only refunded the tax amount out of total booking amount and aggrieved on the same i have also approached the airline and raised an case and after going through the records the airline informed me that they have processed full refund under flt covid-19 policy but ixigo has not processed the same hence unfair trade practice from ixigo

        I was booking train ticket on dated 29.06.2020 but the amount has been deducted but the ticket has not generated and deducted amount has not returned to my account yet. Subsequently, i was trying to book another ticket on same day for same journey but same problem has been raised again and both amount is not yet received.

                Please refer my pnr number dek
                65f (Flight no.6e-587) issued by indigo airlines for my scheduled travel from pune to patna on[protected], which was booked through the ixigo website on[protected] but due to the imposition of lockdown; the indigo airlines cancelled their flights and my booking amount was kept in the credit shell for the future redemption of the amount to reschedule new travel plan for the same passengers within a year. Therefore i had sent
                A request to ixigo for rescheduling my flight from pune to new delhi, utilising my redemption amount by indigo flight departure from pune on[protected] scheduled departure time was 07:10 pm. But unfortunately i haven't yet received any message/link until today the[protected] for the remaining difference of payment rs.
                4278.00. To be made, hence i had made more than 27 calls to both the customer care numbers of ixigo and indigo but none of them helped me in resolving the issue logically and because of the pathetic situation of their customer service; i missed my scheduled flight due to the utter mismanagement of both the service providers. Therefore you are kindly requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest either by initiating the full refund of my booking amount or reschedule my flight.

                  I tried to book my tickets from patna to gaya but due to some issue, my booking was failed. But, the money was deducted two times from my account. I got the mail regarding refund that it will be done in 7 days but i didn't get any refund till date. Kindly see to it and confirm my refund as soon as possible.                     I haven't received a refund yet for my march flight booking. Tried to call the customer care number multiple times but no one picks up and the customer care page on the website doesn't resolve my query. The chatbot is pretty useless as well. Spicejet has already refunded back to the agency (Ixigo) in march but isigo hasn't forwarded the money to me. Pnr: cbbi2g

                      My booking was cancelled due to covid pandemic,. You assured my flight booking is safe in credit shell when i wanted to redeeem credit shell, after 3 days of patience you said airlines wanted to refund me. I agreed and today i got a refund amount of 4951 for my booking amount of 6271 and credit shell amount of 5708. Is this some kind of joke why i got less amount? I am not going to tolerate this. Refund me compeltely other wise i am going to complain in consumer court

                          I booked a flight from cbe to Chennai on July 1st of 2020 but after my money being deducted from my account it showed me that the booking has failed.it also mentioned that refund has been initiated but it's been 5 days I'm waiting patiently but still my money hasn't been refunded

                            I booked my flight from indigo airlines on 5 june from ixigo flight booking app. the next i.e. on 6th june the flight eas cancelled by airlines and so i cancelled my booking directly from the indigo booking site. they crested a credit shell account for the money used to book in flight so i could use it later within a year. On asking the airlines why i am not able to use my credit shell amount i got to know The credit shell account was made to the third party i.e. ixigo. for my refund i filled the refund form for respective issue and got no reply its been more than a month i have mailed them numerous time and complaint for the same but nothing in return. their customer service is automated A.I. so i am not able to talk to anyone. they have shown no concern for their customer. in a crisis like corona pandemic money is important and my 7150 rupee credit note is still with them and i cant use it. please help me out. i am attaching my credit note info with this.

                              Iam not satisfied with the ixigo app.I have booked a train (janasadhabthi )ticket from tirur to Kollam on July first 2020.money got debited from account many time but I haven't received any ticket yet.please take this a priority to solve the issue since it make trust issues to do further booking from this app.i hope you send refund money in my account

                                  I regret to inform you that i (Mr. Avinav kumar) has been booked ticket from hyderabad to kolkata for 4th jul 2020 vide flight no. Ai525 through your app "ixigo" with traveller detail at 03/07/20 in which rs. 15156 has been deducted from my bank account vide transaction no.[protected] dated 03.07.2020 time 12:03:45, but ticket not received yet.

                                  Kindly provide us ticket on urgent basis as i am with problem as i don't have money now.
