Dear ixigo,
I booked two flights and that has been cancelled by the airline. The details of these tickets are given below-

Ticket pnr date of journey ixigo booking ref. No. Flight no. Amount paid (Inr)

Fpti4b 05.05.2020 if[protected] indigo 6e 503 3663
Ajqnht 11.05.2020 if[protected] indigo 6e 541 3759

Indigo saying, the refund is initiated at 05th june 2020 to ixigo but i have not got any refund till now. I am also attaching the ticket cancellation receipt from airline screen shot in this mail.
I tried in ixigo website many times but there is no way to contact ixigo. Please refund the amount asap or tell me to whom should i contact for refund.
Let me know any other queries on this.

Dear Manish,

Greetings from ixigo!

We have cancelled both the bookings and the refund will be processed to the payment source by 24th July. For future reference you can initiate cancellation of the booking from ixigo app in case the airline has approved a full refund directly to you since we are not notified about any direct communication you have with the airline.

You can always reach out to us on the customer support number or the help center link available at the bottom of your flight ticket confirmation.

          On 29 june 2020 at around 11:19 pm i was booking flight ticket for 4 july 2020 from bengalore to dehradun altough the money an amount of rs 7669- was deducted but no ticket booked.. Where is my amount?

              I have booked my ticket through ixixo today i got a mail from airline company that your ticket is cancelled and same has been done by ixigo agent i want to know that who and why my ticket cancelled without my approval.

                  I have never seen this type of worst service from ixigo.

                  I have cancelled vide subjected reference number and its already 1 months over and till the time i have not received my refund amount. I've tried to reach customer service team through app and not a single call back received from customer service team. With the chat support only comptuerised support is available. No human being is avail to understand / resolve the query.

                  I've posted comments on playstore as well still no response from anyone.

                  I need my amount immediately.

                  As informed over twitter on 14th July we had raised the refund request with the airline on 12th June to process the refund. The Refund Application Number is [protected].

                  AirIndia is taking 60-90 days to process the refund. Once refunded by the airline, we'll process the same at our end.

                      On saturday july 11, i trying to book a train tickets. The money was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not done. It was showing that transaction timed out, but money deducted. So i just want my money refunded.

                          My both of flight was cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic.

                              Dear concern,

                              I regret to inform you that i did not receive my refund in my account yet vide refund ref. No. Fvf1m1s0y8sqaz01mz.

                              Inspite of several mails, we are still struggling to receive my refund, there is no person or concerned email id to whom i can contact.

                              Neither it is showing anywhere email id or mobile number at your websites i. E. www.ixigo.com/helpcenter.

                              One of email id mentioned there i. E. [protected]@ixigo.com, against which i sent mail but there is only response received that this email id is not valid now.

                              To whom i can contact for my refund, kindly tell me otherwise i will go to consumer court against the same and in which everything will be liable to ixigo itself.

                              Kindly treat the same on priority as i am in trouble due to the same.

                                Sir, earlier i messessed but no response from your side for my refund balance of rupee 3618 which has been deducted on 29/06/2020 at 9:21am during air ticket booking. Actually, i tried to book my ticket through ixigo with paytm upi transation but the amount has deducted and showing on ixigo app that no any ticket has been booked but amount has been deducted this is second time i text you but there is no response from your side. Sir, tell me one thing either you can do something or i will move to consumer court... Respond me and return my money as soon as possible from your side there is no any helpline no to connect with customer care person where i go and whom i will tell my problem. Sir, please try to understand my problem and resolve it and return my 3618rupee because it's too long to respond from your side more than 10days... Please reply

                                    As i had booked air asia flight i5287 (Blr-del) travel date 01-04-20 vide pnr zzn2p since airline has suspended the flight and caused to cancellation by the airline itself and i have made refund request to ixigo despite repeated request the ixigo has only refunded the tax amount out of total booking amount and aggrieved on the same i have also approached the airline and raised an case and after going through the records the airline informed me that they have processed full refund under flt covid-19 policy but ixigo has not processed the same hence unfair trade practice from ixigo

                                      I was booking train ticket on dated 29.06.2020 but the amount has been deducted but the ticket has not generated and deducted amount has not returned to my account yet. Subsequently, i was trying to book another ticket on same day for same journey but same problem has been raised again and both amount is not yet received.
