Hi my ixigo booking is cancelled by airline due to covid 19 crises and i want to reschedule my booking and unfortunately since last 3 days i am approaching to ixigo customer care and i am not getting proper response which diminished my experience about ixigo. And i have an emergency to travel to destination and i am looking forward to get my query resolved asap...

Money deducted from my account on 26 june and also on 27 june. I made the payment through phone pay upi. Please look into the issue and please refund my money as early as possible....

I booked a guna ticket from bilaspur via ixigo app on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked and the transaction failed. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. I got the message of transaction failure stating that the amount deducted from your account will be deposited in your account in 3 days.

I booked the ticket again and again the failure failed and again rs. 2296.38 was deducted from my account. And the message was received...

My money got deducted from my bank account I paid through paytm but didn't receive any information from ixigo nor I received the ticket, plz refund my money plz...

Sir I am booking e ticket though Amazon UPI successfully detected amount two times but not genrated e ticket and trip ID please help me and refund my amount.

I booked a flight from Pune to Kolkata for 5th of May. It got cancelled due to COVID-19. I got a mail on 12th of June that I would get my refund within 7-10 days . It has been more than 10 days now but yet I did not receive my amount....
