      Hi,

      I had made a booking on 22nd may for rs.[protected]+300 conv fee). But when the credit shell amount was given to me it was quite less i. E. 3181 rs.

      Indigo and ixigo are putting blames on each other.

      It wasn't cutomers' mistake that the flight was cancelled...
      Why are ixigo and indigo making customers pay?

        I had booked a spicejet flight no sg8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-22.05 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

        On 22 march morning at 6 a. M., i got a message from spicejet indicating that due to operational reasons my flight has been cancelled and preponed to flight no sg8723 with revised departure time of 08.30- 10.45 hours. Since the flight was preponed for more than 11 hours and intimation was given just 2 hours before its departure, i could not travel in it. After contacting spicejet customer service, i was told that since the flight has been preponed for more than 11 hours by the airline, i was eligible for the full refund if not travelled. Later i received a mail from them stating that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 2, 676/- to the booking partner which was forwarded to ixigo.

        However, even after two month i have not got the refund from ixigo. Whenever i call their customer care, they give the same reoly tgat refund will be credited in one week. Why so much delay when the airline had already refunded back the money to ixigo? If my money is not received within 5 days, i will lodge a complaint against ixigo with the aviation ministry.

            I had cancelled a flight due to corona lockdown with pnr j81fpx guwahti to srinagar. At the time when i cancel it shows i'll be refunded rs. 2675 from the total amount but today i received only rs. 37. Is this a joke or something...?
            I want the full refund which is shown at the time of cancellation.

              I have book air ticket of indigo airline from dibrugarh to new delhi on 21 may 2020 for dated 01 jun 2020 through ixigo pnr no bgvrqp and ixigo id no if[protected] for rs 7177.00. Indigo airlines divert the route of flight on 30 may 2020 which was not accepted by me and option to cancel the my air ticket and provide me refund. Indigo issue me a credit shell of rs 6449.00 and informed that the amount can be use for further booking of air ticket of indigo by me. I tried to re-book the air ticket on 01 june 2020 but not boocked due to the formalties not completed on 01 june 2020 and i spent my hard earned money for my further booking of air ticket from dibrugarh to new delhi on 01 june 2020. Now i need to book air ticket from amritsar to dibrugarh and the amount of credit shell of rs 6449.00. After lapsed of 12 days i am unable to expend the credit shell for booking of indigo due to the unknown formalties of indigo and ixigo. Please help me to book my air ticket using the credit shell at the earliest of panalise the ixigo and indigo airline not to provide me my amount of credit shell. I have lost my hardearned monty of rs 7177.00 with these agencies.

                    Respected Sir,
                    This is in reference PNR M7F39F and FGM3KH to the refund issue regarding my flight cancellation. Ixigo has not yet refunded the amount and is neither replying to any of my emails or phone calls. I had cancelled the tickets on 18th March, 2020. Still there has been no proceeding regarding the refund. I had cancelled the tickets before lockdown announcement, so the amount is expected to be transacted to my bank account. This aloofness on Ixigo's part is providing a chance for me to look down upon the company. It is making me doubt the efficiency of the platform. It will be very helpful if you kindly provide me with some genuine means to contact Ixigo.Please look into the matter so that the refund process is carried out at the earliest.

                        Such a ruthless services your company are providing.
                        How disgusting, you guys are running this huge business without customer service.
                        Worst service ever came across. Chat option is there but no one is there to help you. Loads of cases of refund. Don't you guyz feel ashamed of taking money of customers and also not responding them when they really needed.
                        If my issue not resolved within the prescribed time, Be make sure and ready to face all consequences from the Central Government.

                        The amount was auto refunded on 5th June since the booking was failed. The refund usually takes 7 days and should be credited to the payment source on or before 12th June.

                            Sir i have booked a train ticket saharanpur to lucknow on dt. 19/2/2020 for doj 18/6/2020, but due to corona train cencelled by railway and ticket also cancelled on dt. 18/5/2020. The amount refunded by irctc rs.1875- but till today dt.08/6/2020 refund not recived from your side in my bank account. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  I booked two of my flights from ixigo app and both were cancelled by airlines.
                                  One was in march other in may, i have not received any refund for the same. I am eligible for full refund as it was not cancelled by me.

                                        I was thinking to book international flights from ixigo as i was having some ixigo cash to utilize for the next travel. But i went on ixigo to book the flights, i realized the price on ixigo was quite more as compared to the other websites.

                                        They are charging more than rs.[protected] than other websites. When i started checking with them, earlier they said they will check with the concerned team and they kept on saying the same thing for some 14-15 days, and then they said the prices are being pulled from some inventory and it can't be changed.

                                        In the whole conversation, i asked multiple questions which they were not able to answer.

                                        1. Any reason for the price difference?

                                        Reply from ixigo: the prices depend upon the inventory received and are liable to vary among the service providers. However, we are sharing the feedback with our team concern for further improvements.

                                        2. What about your meta-search engine program? I believe prices should be less on your website with your metasearch engine program.
                                        If not, then your metasearch engine program itself is faulty. You should stop using these fancy words. Because dev team wrote a faulty source code that picks the highest value or adds some value to standard prices.

                                        No reply from ixigo.

                                        3. After multiple follow up?
                                        Update from ixigo: as per the update, the price which we are showing on the app is what we are getting from the inventory. Hence this can not be changed.

                                        I am attaching all snapshots here for the reference. If you need to check. Checked for some other locations and dates also. Prices are difference and difference is quite huge.in some case, it's more than[protected] also.
