I was booking my ticket on 20.06.20 at around 1515 hrs for Hydrabad from Chandigarh. But during booking transaction of 8000/- rs was deduction from my bank account with reference no. INB IXIGO TEC_PGAMES payments: [protected]IGAIUYZZT8.

Immediately error occurred & booking was not completed.
I received whatsup message that "Hey Jaideep,
Looks like your payment wasn’t completed.
To complete your Chandigarh - Hyderabad, 6E274 flight booking for 23 Jun 2020, please click on this link: https://ixi.to/TEA1LF26s7
For other flight options, please continue here: https://ixi.to/UEA1LF26s7 | In case you have received a payment success SMS from your bank, then please ignore this message."

Then again tried for booking & completed with again deduction of 8009/-rs from my bank account with reference no.INB IXIGO TEC_PGAMES payments: [protected]IGAIUZGSO0 with confirmed booking detail no. IF[protected], PNR No.TIJ16M.

So pl refund my previous transaction amount 8009/-rs against transaction no.INB IXIGO TEC_PGAMES payments: [protected]IGAIUYZZT8 from my SBI bank account on 20.06.20.

    I have booked this ticket for my wife and son to travel during the summer vacation and it was booked in advance when there were no fear of covid-19 exist in our country.

    Now due to the impact of this pandemic when life of everyone is going through a difficult phase i too suffer a lot. I have purchased this ticket through my hard earned money and now it seems going to be wasted because of the poor approach of ixigo and air india.

    You are giving me option to reschedule my flight untill sep 2020 which more sounds like foolish as covid still exist in our country and we started to reach the peak now so in this uncertain situation how can you expect me to reschedule my flight in september and that too after paying the charges of increased fair. When all other airlines is giving choice to add booking amount as credit balance which you can use for your future bookings then why not me. So, either give me my full amount refund or give me credit balance as it is not my fault that airline operations is on halt in entire country.

    Please provide some solution or i will approach dgca as i can't let go my booking fee like this

      As discussed with your agent pratyush on 21jun2020 at 10:37pm ist - call reference number# (It was empty as i haven't received call ref number after 15 mints wait). Kindly process my refund this ticket it has insured.
      Inorder to catch this flight i traveled around 350+kms and reached hyderabad airport. After reaching the airport i came to know this flight has been cancelled. However neither spicejet nor ixigo failed to pass the information prior. I was waiting at the airport for seeking help for nearly 3hrs and none of spicejet agents nor ixigo agents were helpful to address my issue. I was very unhappy with such costly services with more lag in communication.

      Appreciate if someone can call back and let me know the status.

        I booked 2 flight tickets during the covid-19 pandemic when the flight services temporarily took place. The tickets were booked with a cancellation fee too. Due to the pandemic, the flight services got closed. Still i have not got the refund of the two tickets. I hope so the money be refunded asap.

          I am trying to reach ixigo customer care using different options but it's useless. Phone gets disconnected or don't ger any option to go further sent mail but no reply. Air asia has refunded the amount in may but i haven't got it. Every time do i need to chase for it??? I need my money with interest now. As u are using it since 2 month's
          I got confirmation from air asia that they have processed the refund around 06.05.2020 to the booking company that is ixigo.

          There case no no 56655680.

          I have attached a screen print, can you urgently confirm when will it be credited to my account as i tried calling your help line no but no use as usual.

          I need an urgent reply on this.

                  I booked flight from pune to ranchi on 18 june 2020 7:35 pm through ixigo for the time schedule 3 july 2020. The ixigo provided the link to payment through upi. I have made my payment of rs. 6307 through phone pe.
                  My transaction is successful but no ticket booked or no further information given about the flight.
                  Also there is customer support from ixigo.
                  I want my refund.
                  Please look into the matter and please refund my money.

                    Money was deducted but flight was not booked. There is no customer service to ask about it and haven’t received any refund.

                    No I didn’t recieve any refund. They had mailed me but there is no transaction id written in it. I don’t think they have processed my refund, and there is no way to contact them. Please help

                      Dear sir,
                      I have booked below ticket for my daughter for 15th march and same was cancelled by airline. I have not received the refund till now. When i am cancelling the ticket as per chatboat. The refund amount is only 771. Whereas it should be full amount 6520. Kindly look in the matter and expedite the refund process. As per information airline has paid full amount to you on 15th of march itself. As per your last message to assure to pay the amount by 15th of june.

                        As the flight got cancelled due to covid 19 they have provided a credit shell to us and therefore we started booking a flight fro july but no longer it took to realize that ixigo dosen't have credit shell redeem option by its own so i contacted there customer care on june 10 2020 but till now there is no response i have called them over 25 times and now they are not reachable. I want to redeem my credit shell as that is my money ot there they have opens a business just to make people fool. Worst customer care service and pathetic company i have ever seen in airlines dealer sector.

                                      Hi,

                                      I had made a booking on 22nd may for rs.[protected]+300 conv fee). But when the credit shell amount was given to me it was quite less i. E. 3181 rs.

                                      Indigo and ixigo are putting blames on each other.

                                      It wasn't cutomers' mistake that the flight was cancelled...
                                      Why are ixigo and indigo making customers pay?

                                        I had booked a spicejet flight no sg8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-22.05 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

                                        On 22 march morning at 6 a. M., i got a message from spicejet indicating that due to operational reasons my flight has been cancelled and preponed to flight no sg8723 with revised departure time of 08.30- 10.45 hours. Since the flight was preponed for more than 11 hours and intimation was given just 2 hours before its departure, i could not travel in it. After contacting spicejet customer service, i was told that since the flight has been preponed for more than 11 hours by the airline, i was eligible for the full refund if not travelled. Later i received a mail from them stating that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 2, 676/- to the booking partner which was forwarded to ixigo.

                                        However, even after two month i have not got the refund from ixigo. Whenever i call their customer care, they give the same reoly tgat refund will be credited in one week. Why so much delay when the airline had already refunded back the money to ixigo? If my money is not received within 5 days, i will lodge a complaint against ixigo with the aviation ministry.
