My money deducted from my bank but ixigo not booked my ticket i already sent the feedback and mails but no reply till now.

As checked the booking could not be confirmed. Auto refund was processed for the mentioned payment on 1st June itself and should be credited to your account by now.

    Hi,

    I was thinking to book international flights from ixigo as i was having some ixigo cash to utilize for the next travel. But i went on ixigo to book the flights, i realized the price on ixigo was quite more as compared to the other websites.

    They are charging more than rs.[protected] than other websites. When i started checking with them, earlier they said they will check with the concerned team and they kept on saying the same thing for some 14-15 days, and then they said the prices are being pulled from some inventory and it can't be changed.

    In the whole conversation, i asked multiple questions which they were not able to answer.

    1. Any reason for the price difference?

    Reply from ixigo: the prices depend upon the inventory received and are liable to vary among the service providers. However, we are sharing the feedback with our team concern for further improvements.

    2. What about your meta-search engine program? I believe prices should be less on your website with your metasearch engine program.
    If not, then your metasearch engine program itself is faulty. You should stop using these fancy words. Because dev team wrote a faulty source code that picks the highest value or adds some value to standard prices.

    No reply from ixigo.

    3. After multiple follow up?
    Update from ixigo: as per the update, the price which we are showing on the app is what we are getting from the inventory. Hence this can not be changed.

    I am attaching all snapshots here for the reference. If you need to check. Checked for some other locations and dates also. Prices are difference and difference is quite huge.in some case, it's more than[protected] also.

      Ixigo is not interested in refunding my travel amount. They are not following up with airline (Vistara) for the same and giving me false updates.
      Now they want me to get data from vistara airlines for the same.
      They just keep dragging the matter.
      Seriously this is shame for india that such organization are operating and they are receiving support from government.

      Greetings from ixigo!

      As advised already the PNR is cancelled with applicable penalties and refund after the deduction of the cancellation charges is not applicable. We do not see any full refund remarks in the PNR.

      The email confirmation from the airline only mentioned to assist with the refund and it also does not mention full refund.

      We regret but since airline has charged the penalties full refund is not applicable.

            Sir i booked flight ticket from delhi to shree nagar booking id-if[protected] for 18 may 20 but due to lockdown it's possible to go n journey so i cancil my ticket. But my refund only for 935 while i pay total 11000. During lockdown full refund is applicable. But it not happen and refund only for 935 rupies. Plz take necessary action regarding this... Thanks.

                  The ticket where cancelled by irctc and refund has issued but ixigo, is not refunded till date. Even there is no costumer support regarding this.

                      Dear sir,
                      I had booked a ticket on 8th of june but the ticket has been cancelled and i didn’t received any amount from ixigo. Then i mail to them and he told me that you money will be refunds within 7 but right now i didn’t get any amount

                        I'm vishvesh pratap singh i booked the flight ticket from delhi to shree nagar 18 may 20... But due to lockdown i could not go so i cancel my ticket but my refund is showing only 950... During lockdown full refund is applicable. Why it is so? Plz inform me and take necessary action.

                          Hi ixigo,

                          Indigo airline has already initiated the refund but they informed it is pending with travel agency. I didn't get the amount yet. Pnr - djs9ww. It is more than 2 months now.

                          Please assist and process the refund amount asap

                          Please refund the amount ASAP. Ticket got cancelled in the month of March 2020 by airline. Ixigo has to process and refund the amount.

                              I have been contacting Ixigo support but no one bother to respond. I had a booking this month before 30th June and as per there email we don't have to cancel the ticket and refund will be automatically credited, but I still haven't receive it.

                                I have booked a indigo flight pnr no kfkmpv fory daughter sayma rizvi from doha to mumbai for 15th of march.
                                The fight was cancelled by airlines due to lockdown.
                                I have received the intimation of full refund from indigo to ixigo.
                                I have not get refund from ixigo till now.
                                If i am going to cancle the ticket as per ixigo chatboat refund amount is only rs771.
                                I have tried to call several times but nobody is taking my phone.
                                Kindly expedite the issue and get my full amount refunded as soon as possible.

                                    I have booked a flight from delhi to singapore & return through travel booking company ixigo with pnr jxn7x & zbs57. Due to the travel advisory issued by the govt of india pertaining to coronavirus, i have decided to cancel my tickets & applied for the full refund of my flight tickets on accurate time to prevent the contamination in our country as a responsible citizen and the same has also been accepted by the airindia team. But inspite of many mails and reminders the ixigo team denied to pay my full refund resulting in a big loss to me. Its really a harassment that in such a critical situation being faced by our country, the citizens are not getting their rightful hard earned money which is much needed for the survival in this crisis.

                                    Please help me out to get my money back and issue my full refund at the earliest.
