In ixigo app, it is given that my money is refunded. It is also suggested that if money is not reflecting in your account then wait for 7days and after it contact your bank.
But after 7 days i am disable to see money in my account and when i visited my bank they told me that they cannot help me in any way.
I have problem with my two tickets.

    Team ixigo is not transparent in its approach.
    I have been following with them for a refund on my booking for the last 45 days and they are just giving the reason like :
    1. The airline has rejected it.
    2. We will get back to you.

    When asked to copy me in the communication or provide any tracking number for escalation number they straight away said no.

    Let me know if ixigo is there to help a common man or harass them.

        I have booked 3 flight tickets from ixigo app
        Bangalore to mumbai — 2 tickets (Pnr : jl79st)
        Mumbai to bangalore — 1 ticket (Pnr : ik4inw)

        All the tickets have been canceled by the airlines due to nationwide lockdown.
        Airlines has refunded all the amount. I have confirmed by calling their customer care and they advised that they have refunded the money. And the money is with ticket booking app which is ixigo.

        Airlines have refunded my money on 19th of march.
        Its been more than a month but no amount have been refunded to my account by ixigo.
        I have called several times to the ixigo customer care and they keep me advising that your money should be returned in 5-6 working days.
        More than one has passed and i am yet to receive any refunds.

          I am book ticket from Tatanagar to garwa on 17April 2020 but it is cancelled by irctc or you..but why full amount is not refund. Ticket fare only return 490₹. what about agent service charges and irctc convience fee refund?.

            My train ticket was booked on
            16 th april
            Train no:12628 karnataka express and
            Pnr:[protected],
            Ticket fair was 3285
            Refund amount 3250 as the mentioned in the message.
            But my train got cancelled because of covid-19 lockdown issue, i got text message as my ticket was cancelled but my refund is not yet received and it's pending please see to it i will get my money back to my account.

                  We wish to inform you that all trains till 3rd May 2020 have been cancelled by Indian Railways. The refund for all cancelled bookings will be initiated within next 3 days after the lockdown ends. Once refund is initiated by us, it will be credited in next 7 days to the original mode of payment.

                  However, as you source account is non-operational in that case once your bank shares the confirmation that and reverse the refunded amount we will be able to redirect the same to different account. As of now we won't be able to divert the same to different account.

                    I had booked a spicejet flight no sg8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-22.05 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

                    On 22 march morning at 6 a. M., i got a message from spicejet indicating that due to operational reasons my flight has been cancelled and preponed to flight no sg8723 with revised departure time of 08.30- 10.45 hours. Since the flight was preponed for more than 11 hours and intimation was given just 2 hours before its departure, i could not travel in it. After contacting spicejet customer service, i was told that since the flight has been preponed for more than 11 hours by the airline, i was eligible for the full refund if not travelled. Later i received a mail from them stating that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 2, 676/- to the booking partner which was forwarded to ixigo.

                    However, even after one month i have not got the refund from ixigo. I tried contacting their cistomer care numbers but it gets disconnected after waiting fr 10-15 mins. Why so much delay when the airline had already refunded back the money to ixigo?

                    Please credit the refund asap.

                      Hi,
                      I booked flight for my family from new delhi-raipur and want to cancel now as because of covid-19 non of the domestic flights are working. So i called ixigo and airline to cancel the flights, and asked for the refund.
                      In return i got a reply from
                      Ixigo - they dont know anything, consult airline.
                      Airline - that they will not refund the amount.

                      I want my full refund as i want to travel but because of covid -19 i couldnt. And that's not my problem.

                      I did my booking from ixigo, so ixigo needs to refund me. Why would i chase different channels.
                      Are your executives not fully informed about the situation actions. Please train them so that we would not face "half information" problem.

                            I have a booking with airasia on 6th april 2020 via ixigo.com which got cancelled due to covid19. Airasia.com says to contact ixigo for travel refund. But when i contacted ixigo customer care they said that airline will do it directly. Currently as a customer i haven't received anything... No confirmation on cancellation or refund. Please provide clarity. Airasia is not giving even credit shell option to those who booked via travel agents like you. Please provide clarity as soon as possible.                               I had booked ticket for my one relative, who were suppose to travel vijaywada from kolkata on 23rd march 2020 through pnr no. Vfhspa and he has to return kolkata on 26th march 2020 alongwith 5 other student through pnr no. Kezcgq.
                              I have cancelled both the ticket on 24th march 2020 before 2 pm. Till than we have get confirmed of cancellation only of pnr no. Vfhspa while confirmation of pnr no. Kezcgq was still awaiting. I have called to customer care and discussed with mr. Sandeep on 12th april regarding this and he has confirmed that within 48 hrs you will get confirmation regarding cancellation.

                              It is sorry to say that still we have not received any message. Please note that ticket booked through credit card and any financial implication has taken place than who will be the responsible. Have intimated for cancellation on 24th march 2020 while its 15th april 2020. Almost 23 days gone... How much agency will take more to cancel the ticket.

                                I had booked an airline ticket for preeti jain (Email id - [protected]@gmail.com ; mobile - [protected]) from bangalore to surat, trip dated 15 march 2020. The flight was an air india flight ai-519 economy class. I had booked the same through ixigo.com.in ixigo.com, there was an option for taking an insurance policy which covered flight cancellation. Meaning i would get full refund from the partner insurer of ixigo.com (Which is liberty general insurance limited) in case of me cancelling ticket even if airlines has not refunded full amount to passenger. I had cancelled this flight on 13th march 8.30am. At that time i didn’t receive any mail from either ixigo.com or from air india wrt confirmation of cancellation, nor did i get any mail containing the cancelled ticket. I also did not get any money as refund from air india. I gave all my documents to liberty general insurance for claiming the full amount paid as refund as per their policy. However they have yet not processed my refund claim (From 13 march to date). They are asking me for proof of refund paid by air india to me. I have got tired by telling them that i have not yet received any amount as refund from air india, nor have i received any mail or the cancelled ticket either from air india or ixigo.com. When i called up ixigo.com, they told me that they will send a mail, but i didn’t receive any. They directed me to call up and mail air india, which i did. However no one responded to my mail from air india, nor is anyone from their customer service picking up my call. The only mail which i received after many days and begging done by me to ixigo.com, only indicated that yes the cancellation has been successful and refund is under process. However this mail was a generic mail which neither had the details of the passenger, nor of the flight, nor details of the ticket. When i provided this mail to liberty as a proof of refund, they are not accepting the same and have blocked my refund claim and are not further processing it. When i contacted liberty and told them of this issue, they are saying that it is not their problem and i am responsible for this and that i should get in touch with either ixigo.com or air india and get either proof that some amount has been refunded to my bank account, or the copy of cancelled ticket (Both of which i have not received till date even after a lot of requests). So in short liberty is rejecting my refund claim as i have no proof of refund, and both ixigo.com and air india are unwilling to give me any sort of proof of refund (I. E. Copy of cancelled ticket or a proper mail detailing confirmation of successful cancellation). My refund claim has been blocked for more than a month which is creating lot of cash flow problems for me in this lockdown.

                                        I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed "nothing.." but my bank statement its showing "transaction successful". Debited amount - 2145.40, date and time :10apr 2020, 02:45 am and google transaction id cicagkdhscm_mg and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 2145.40 asap.
