I have booked two train tickets on 08.05.20 pnr no. [protected] and another on 11.05.20 pnr no. [protected] through ixigo app due to covid-19 train was cancelled. I can't receive my refund money.
Please take necessary action.

    As the outbreak of covid 19 flights were cancelled. I have even requested for refund but it's been 45 days still i didn't get back my refund money

      I tried booking flight ticket 2 days ago and money got debited from my bank account but payment failed in merchant site. And i still didnt get a refund in my bank account

        I contacted irctc for my refund of my train tickets. They sent me the transaction details after which they asked me to contact the bank. But when i enquired the bank they told that no transaction has been done. Later on irctc asked me to contact here. I am providing you my email and transaction id which i got from irctc.

          I would like to inform on 20/05/2020 i booked ticket for june 4 /2020. I made payment from phone pe upi and there the transaction is successful and i confirmed from phone they said yes the amount is transfered to merchant. But after returning to ixigo app there is no booking in my account after payment. I am attaching my screenshot of payment.

          Kindly clarify what needs to be done first.

            Please note that my father had booked two-way train journey from durg to nizamuddin and nizamuddin to durg dated 05/05/2020 and 16/05/2020 respectively. These tickets were booked through ixigo. However due to covid lockdown both these tickets were cancelled by irctc with an intimation that refunds will be received in 3-4 days.

            The total refund amount aggregate rs 7670 and pnr of journeys are [protected] and [protected]. I have attached intimation from irctc and ixigo with this complaint.

            Following this, and not receiving refund in stipulated timeline, i contacted ixigo customer care and was informed that refund had been initiated on 08/05/2020 and will reach my account within 7 days.

            It has been 2 weeks now and still the refund has not been credited on my account. On contacting customer care, ixigo representatives are saying that customer service related to train services are not working and only related to flights are avaialble. Further, on chatting with ai through app, it keeps telling me for lockdown to be over.

            Given that refund has already been initiated, i feel cheated that i am being told to wait till the end of lockdown which remains uncertain even as i am writing this.

            Please look into my grievances and take appropriate action at the earliest.

                Dear sir I had booked train ticket in march 2020 from BHUBNESHWAR TO DELHI in rajdhani train no 22811 whose pnr number is [protected] .This ticket is cancelled by railway . But its refund is not received till now. Look into the matter and kindly refund on urgent basis

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have done transactions through my hdfc credit card ([protected]) in favour of irctc train booking through ixigo application. Now due to covid19 all scheduled trains have got cancelled. These are the pnr number of my bookings
                    [protected] dated[protected] and date of journey was 6th of may 2020.
                    Neither i have received any cancellation message from your end nor from irctc.

                    Now i want to ask you how much time it will take to again my credit card get credited. A quick action would be highly appreciated.

                        Hi ixigo team,

                        My pnr [protected] dated 16th april 2020 from mumbai centrail to gondal saurashtra mail train no 22945 amount 880/- should be refund.

                        Pnr [protected] dated 19th april 2020 from gondal to mumbai centrail veraval mmct exp train no 19570 amount of 980/- should be refund.

                        This both tickets got cancelled due to lockdown trains not running.
                        Please help for my refund.

                          Hi ixigo Team,

                          I book the tickets from Mumbai Central to Gondal on 16th April 2020 and return Tickets from Gondal to Mumbai Central 19th April 2020 but due to lockdown Train got cancelled and refund not received.

                          PNR [protected] 16th April 2020 Mumbai Central to Gondal Saurashtra Mail Train no 22945 amount should be refund 880/-

                          PNR [protected] 19th April 2020 Gondal to Mumbai Central Veraval MMCT Exp train no 19570 amount should be refund 980/-

                          But still not received your customer care help desk continuously telling to wait 48hours

                          please check and do the needful.

                              In ixigo app, it is given that my money is refunded. It is also suggested that if money is not reflecting in your account then wait for 7days and after it contact your bank.
                              But after 7 days i am disable to see money in my account and when i visited my bank they told me that they cannot help me in any way.
                              I have problem with my two tickets.

                                Team ixigo is not transparent in its approach.
                                I have been following with them for a refund on my booking for the last 45 days and they are just giving the reason like :
                                1. The airline has rejected it.
                                2. We will get back to you.

                                When asked to copy me in the communication or provide any tracking number for escalation number they straight away said no.

                                Let me know if ixigo is there to help a common man or harass them.

                                    I have booked 3 flight tickets from ixigo app
                                    Bangalore to mumbai — 2 tickets (Pnr : jl79st)
                                    Mumbai to bangalore — 1 ticket (Pnr : ik4inw)

                                    All the tickets have been canceled by the airlines due to nationwide lockdown.
                                    Airlines has refunded all the amount. I have confirmed by calling their customer care and they advised that they have refunded the money. And the money is with ticket booking app which is ixigo.

                                    Airlines have refunded my money on 19th of march.
                                    Its been more than a month but no amount have been refunded to my account by ixigo.
                                    I have called several times to the ixigo customer care and they keep me advising that your money should be returned in 5-6 working days.
                                    More than one has passed and i am yet to receive any refunds.

                                      I am book ticket from Tatanagar to garwa on 17April 2020 but it is cancelled by irctc or you..but why full amount is not refund. Ticket fare only return 490₹. what about agent service charges and irctc convience fee refund?.

                                        My train ticket was booked on
                                        16 th april
                                        Train no:12628 karnataka express and
                                        Pnr:[protected],
                                        Ticket fair was 3285
                                        Refund amount 3250 as the mentioned in the message.
                                        But my train got cancelled because of covid-19 lockdown issue, i got text message as my ticket was cancelled but my refund is not yet received and it's pending please see to it i will get my money back to my account.
