refund not credited to the account

I have booked the air india express ticket from trivandrum to dubai and cancelled the same due to covid crisis. My reservation is cancelled in the airline side. The amount is credited to the travel agency account but ixigo is saying that the cancellation got failed. Despite my continuous follow up calls and emails to ixigo they have still not refund my money....

Dear concern,
I want to check on my refund on the trip id : if[protected].
The flight has cancelled by spicejet due to covid19 and i have already spoken to airline they have processed the refund to agency (Ixigo).
Also i have spoken to your customer care they said refund will initiated in 5 to 07 working days, but now it's been 14 days i have not received the refund....

I had booked a spicejet flight no sg 8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-2205 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

I had booked tickets to and fro from bangalore to coimbatore within april 2020, which got cancelled due to covid19. I followed up on refund not being issued yet and thus got a mail saying that the refund is already been approved. But till date no amount got credited in my account regarding this. fraud they are

I booked a Goair flight for goa to ahmedabad from ixigo . Cancelled it due to covid crisis.
Goair mailed me with cancelation and sent invoice also mentioning refund amount which went into ixigo account so many days back.
But ixigo is sending me mail saying that cancelation failed.
They are fraud and took all my money refunded by goair.
Everytime i m calling them...they are putting it on hold and then hanging...

flight refund issue

I had booked a flight from indore-new delhi via ixigo with indigo airlines for the travel date on 25th march 2020, the flight is canceled by airlines and they have sent me a mail that they have made a full refund to the travel agent account.
Despite my continuous follow up and emails to ixigo they have still not refund my money.

ixigo not refunding full fee for zero cancellation tickets

I had booked tickets from bhubaneshwar to bangalore on 11th april 20 on indigo 6e 431 scheduled at 20:50 with the booking id if[protected] through ixigo with zero cancellation fee and the return ticket from bangalore to bhubaneshwar on 26th april on indigo 6e 411 scheduled at 15:20 with booking id if[protected]. The total amount paid for both ways is rs 15, 602.

refund not credited to account and ixigo holds the refunded amount

I had a flight for 25th mar'20 to blr. I opted for full refund to spicejet.

As per spicejet, full refund is credited by spicejet to ixigo. But ixigo is not crediting the amount to my account.

Alternatively, ixigo suggested to cancel the booking on the ixigo site to get the refund credit. So, i tried 3 times to complete the booking cancellation. But every time its failing to cancel on the ixigo site.

not refunding my amount and its high amount

But ixigo not refunding my amount saying directly contact the airline.
If I have booked my ticket through ixigo, why should I contact airline, they have to check with them and initiate the refund...

flight ticket booking failed- refund not initiated

On 20th March 2020, I three transaction of 5251 for flight booking. The first two failed and my money was deducted. Booking ids - IF[protected], IF[protected] for the two transaction. It was a upi transaction through phonepe. Although refund has been initiated, it is still not credited into my account. Total disputed amount is 10502. Please look into it and get back to me ASAP....

u guys r not refunding my money

money got deducted but ticket not booked

I was trying to book a seat in go air flight for the date of 1st april 2020 costing rs 6974 through ixigo. But the money got deducted and the ticked is not booked. Could not find a way to contact the customer care of ixigo.
