    Hello, sir .I have booked a flight ticket on date 05/04/2020 a flight spicejet and the flight no is SG611 as name of gunanand semwal for 16/04/2020 date .but payment is 6055 debited from my account through le travenues technology private LTD by phonepe .but yet ticket is not booked not received me . please check what is matter

      My name is sachin, i was booking my train ticket on ixigo app. My ticket amount was rs.9225, i paid this amount via phone pe app my transaction id is p2004031401113373263256. Phone pe sucessfuly credited this amount to your bank account. Phone pe app ensure me that he credited that amount in your merchant bank account sucessfuly.
      Therefor i request you sir please refund my amount back as soon as possible so that i can book my train ticket again.

        My name is sachin i was booking my train from anand vihar terminal to asansol jn. My tickets whose amount was rs.9225 have been deduct from my account but my booking not done. I did my payment via phonepe app. My ticket amount has been deduct from my vijaya bank account but ixigo did not booked my train tickets.
        Therefore i requst you sir please refund me my ticket amount rs 9225 as soon as possible.

          Sir,
          My name is sachin and i m a consumer of vijya bank branch army hospital (Rr) delhi cantt. I was booking my train ticket from anand vihar terminal to asansol, my ticket amount was rs.9225. It has been deduct from my account but my booking not yet confirmed. I paid my payment through phone pe app. I also asked them about my payment, they confirmed me with their message that they credited the amount in merchants bank account (Ixigo) sucessfully and advised me to raise a chargeback request through my bank so that ixigo could refund me my money back.
          Therefor i am attaching some importnt image who is an evidence that my money deduct from my account and its paid to ixigo company

            Please do not make any bookings from ixigo, the worst back end service also didn't provide the refund of the booking even after cancelling the flights from the company..

              Hello my name is bimal kumar sen and i hereby want to inform you that on 20th march 2020. I have made a booking for mgr chennai ctl (Mas) - howrah jn (Hwh) train with booking id: ixitr[protected] from ixigo.
              Somehow, the ticket has been failed and refund of rs. 2717.3 has been initiated.

              But it has not been reflected in my account till now. I have raised complaint in the required bank i. E central bank of india subhasgram but no response till now. My ixigo email id is

                I have booked 3 tickets from ixigo
                The pnr number of those 3 tickets are as follows-

                The train journey date was 22/03/2020. The train was cancelled and we got a message on 23/03/2020 that the money amount will be refunded within 3-4 days.
                As i contacted in irctc helpline they said the amount has been refunded on 24/03/2020 to ixigo. So i want to knwo the reason why it's not reflecting in my account. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                  I have booked the air india express ticket from trivandrum to dubai and cancelled the same due to covid crisis. My reservation is cancelled in the airline side. The amount is credited to the travel agency account but ixigo is saying that the cancellation got failed. Despite my continuous follow up calls and emails to ixigo they have still not refund my money.

                  Same issue happened to me also, booked tickets through flipkart and now they are not giving the refund or rescheduling option.

                  No response from their customer service or email provided on the application. [protected]@flipkart.com.

                  Or no answer from the telephone number given to contact.

                          Amid Corona-virus concerns, all trains till 14th April 2020 have been cancelled by Indian Railways.

                          Don't worry! Refund for all existing bookings will be auto-initiated by IRCTC, 3 days after the nationwide lockdown ends.

                          Please Note - Payment gateway charges & Agent fee stays non-refundable.

                            I had booked a spicejet flight no sg 8179 having pnr ff38xn from delhi to mumbai on 22 march 2020 having departure time of 19.45-2205 hours from ixigo having booking no if[protected].

                            On 22 march morning at 6 a. M itself, i got a message from spicejet indicating that due to operational reasons my flight has been cancelled and preponed to flight no sg 8723 with revised departure time of 08.30- 10.45 hours. Since the flight was preponed for more than 11 hours and intimation was given just 2 hours before its departure, i could not travel in it. After contacting spicejet customer service, i was told that since the flight has been preponed for more than 11 hours by the airline, i was eligible for the full refund if not travelled. Today i have recieved a mail from them stating that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 2, 676/- to the booking partner.

                            Upon contacting your customer care today, i was told to cancel the booking through ixigo app. I did the cancellation on app on[protected] but still have not got the refund

                            Hence i am hereby requesting you to kindly credit the full refund issued by the airline back to my original mode of payment.

                            Even after one month i have not got the refund from ixigo. I tried contacting their cistomer care numbers but it gets disconnected after waiting fr 10-15 mins. Why so much delay when the airline had already refunded back the money to ixigo? Please expediate

                                I booked a Goair flight for goa to ahmedabad from ixigo . Cancelled it due to covid crisis.
                                Goair mailed me with cancelation and sent invoice also mentioning refund amount which went into ixigo account so many days back.
                                But ixigo is sending me mail saying that cancelation failed.
                                They are fraud and took all my money refunded by goair.
                                Everytime i m calling them...they are putting it on hold and then hanging up.

                                  I have already share the copy of the mail to Ixigo, mail received from Airline-Indigo in the mail airline already confirmed that they have processed the refund for the amount of Rs. 1699/- to the travel agent account as on 24th March.
                                  Now it is the ixigo who is being adamant to not to return my money, copy of the mail is as below, i urge to take strict action against ixigo.

                                  With regards to your mail, we would like to confirm that under your IndiGo PNR/ booking reference OH8IPC stands cancelled. Further, a refund of INR 1699 has been processed from our end on 24th March 2020 to the travel agency account.

                                  I had booked a flight from hyderabad to kolkata via ixigo with goair airlines for the travel date on 27th feb 2021, the flight is canceled by airlines and they have sent me a mail that they have made a full refund to the travel agent account.
                                  Despite my continuous follow up through customer service to ixigo they have still not refund my money.

                                    I had booked tickets from bhubaneshwar to bangalore on 11th april 20 on indigo 6e 431 scheduled at 20:50 with the booking id if[protected] through ixigo with zero cancellation fee and the return ticket from bangalore to bhubaneshwar on 26th april on indigo 6e 411 scheduled at 15:20 with booking id if[protected]. The total amount paid for both ways is rs 15, 602.

                                    Due to covid issue, i cancelled the flight and i have received a refund of rs 1, 121 only. Despite of calling and reaching out to ixigo, they are not picking the phone and over chat suggesting to reach out to indigo saying 'due to changes in the rules we have been asked by the airlines to redirect to them.'.. When reached out to indigo via chat support - they are not refunding the money, rather asking to reserve the booking for future and saying to contact ixigo..

                                    I have already completed this and your team is in loop of my email. Please ensure to check your emails. Again the the Liberty Insurance team says - 'We request you to please contact your airline service provider to cancel your flight ticket and for refund.''.

                                      We wish to inform you that there is no full refund advisory from the Airline upon cancellation. Hence, request you to please reach out to the airline concern. As of now they are allowing to extend the booking till 31st March 2021 and rescheduling.

                                        I had a flight for 25th mar'20 to blr. I opted for full refund to spicejet.

                                        As per spicejet, full refund is credited by spicejet to ixigo. But ixigo is not crediting the amount to my account.

                                        Alternatively, ixigo suggested to cancel the booking on the ixigo site to get the refund credit. So, i tried 3 times to complete the booking cancellation. But every time its failing to cancel on the ixigo site.
