Ixigo — booking pending | |||||
I booked ticket from Akola to Durg in howrah exp for 10th aug 2018 the amount for the ticket was 883₹ amount has been deducted from my account as soon i booked the ticket but now it's been few hours and it's still showing booking pending since there's no sign of conformation i have checked it many times. Please refund my amount as i no longer want this ticket for now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had booked ticket through upi. But, ticket has not been booked and payment has deducted from my bank account.
Kindly refund the payment as soon as possible.

Why booking is been pending
I booked ticket from Pune to Nagpur in Ajni-Pune exp for 13th may 2019 the amount for the ticket was 3120₹ amount has been deducted from my account as soon i booked the ticket but now it's been still showing booking pending since there's no sign of conformation i have checked it many times.
Please refund my amount as i no longer want this ticket for now.

I tried to book a train ticket by ixigo on 14/01/2021 for Ongole to vijayawada for train no.02509 Bnc- Ghy express which was not booking confirmed but payment Rs.377deducted by phonpe account.
I did not get ticket even not visible in ixigo anywhere.
Here attaching transaction screenshot.
can you please resolve this issue and refund my amount...

Transection of amount was deducted from my bank account but booking was failed and still the amount of booking is not refund in my bank account please refund in my account.
