I have booked a 5 person ticket name mr joginder, meena, anjali, shivam and aman on dated 25/5/18 in train no 12311 from panipat to kalka order no 1x1tr[protected], but after that payment is deducted from my account and ticket is not booked.in the transection the message is show "payments is successful, booking is pending". So do some fast. Confirmed my ticket or refund my money
