      I was trying to book bus ticket (On 08.05.2018 for journey on 08.05.2018) from bokaro (Jharkhand) to kolkata (West bengal) in royal cruiser bus (Departing from bokaro @ 10:45pm). After payment some error occurred and seat not booked but amount deducted from bank account.
      Refer transaction id [protected], inr 1977/- deducted from bank account while booking bus ticket through ixigo mobile app. But ticket not booked. Please confirm reversal of amount in bank.

        I was booked train Feb 4.. the booking was failed.. but amount not credited till. Without my permission ixigo was sending amount to freecharge.. ixigo cheating the customer's.. I'm not happy to U.. kindly refund my money don't irritating customer

          I have booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune for 23rd May 2018. I have not received any confirmation. But I have received message from SBI net banking about successful payment to RazorPay (ecommerce)and money is deducted from my a/c. I had 750/ ixigo money in my wallet.Please refund my money back.
          'Money deducted from our accont and ticket not received ' if such issue occurs how can we book tickets through you.Actually we are travelling frequently. how can we have faith in you ?

          Hey what the kind of service you are providing.
          I had booked a ticket through ixigo for which I was charged but the booking remain unsuccessful.
          Said that payment will be refunded in 5 days but it's still under pending.
          Please look into the matter and improve your service.

            I got a mail dated 30/04/2018 for the reversal of charges that was wrongly deducted, but till date I didn't receive a single notification on that and amount is also not reversed.

                  I had tried to book two flight ticket on 1st may 2018 in spicejet (Sg626) from kolkata to chennai (10th july 2018) through ixigo.com... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They (Ixigo.com) show session is out and no booking in my ixigo.com account. But booking is not done. I called to spicejet customer care and they told me to contact the ixigo.com becus they dont find any booking. So please immediately give my cash back

                    I had tried to book a ticket in tatkal in 28 th april 2018 in sach kand express from bhopal to chalisgaon... When i tried to book... Payment get successful.. But ticket didn't booked... Money withdrawn from bank... But after payment get successful.. They show go to irctc... Then booking get failed.....                       I try to reserve a train ticket from thrissur to kasargod on 14 April 2018 through this app.But ticket was not confirmed and amount deducted from my account. That amount is not refunded till this date. So please refund that amount.When reservation failed I received amessage from you that amount was refunded within 5 days but Ihad not received yet.

                        maine 1 april ko raipur to indore ticket book ki.Booking id tha 3347203, indigo 6E 245 8.30 - 9.50 morning.Booking amount is 2351/- payment ixigo money se kiya tha maine.Status confirmed bata raha tha.pnr no. nahi tha.phir maine ixigo main call kiya lekin site main diye no. kisi hotel ke hain.sir maine 5 - 6 din intzar kiyaki pnr no. aajaye ga. lekin nahi aaya.Call na lagne par sir maine cheap ticket se contact kiya, cheap ticket ne bataya ki aap ki id no. 3347203 ki ticket ixigo ki taraf se failture ho gayi hai, aap ko fresh ticket leni hogi.sir maine fresh ticket leli jis ka id no. 3481464 hey.jis ka amount 3329/- maine paid kiya hai ixigo money se 07/04/2018 ko.sir mujhe 978/- extra paid karna pada ixigo ki galti karne par.sir main middle class family se belong karta hu, mujhe please mera amount refund kijiye.please reply as soon as possible.

                          Anvt to rnc ticket booking करने के क्रम में मेरे account से balance काट लिया गया ।
                          मगर टिकट हमारा book नही हुआ।
                          Ixigo के तरफ से sms भी मिला कि आपका amount refund कर दिया जाएगा 5 days में

                            Hello i booked ticket from ixigo on 11th april but the ticket has not been confirmed and also my money deducted from the account and today is 13th day from the date money is not refunded by ixigo pls let me know when will i get my money i am attaching the screenshot of transaction and the mail i received from ixigo pls send my money fast bcs its been 13th day.

                              money deducted but ticket not generated

                              Hello
                              I tried to book a ticket of her airways from new delhi to chennai on 24/04/2018. The flight number was 9w 739and the departure date was 14/06/2018. The required money ₹3954 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or jet airways. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out.
                              P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue...

                              I have book fligh from mumbai to jaipur by ixigo app but still i'm not getting my ixigo offer money cashback... I booked flight on 1st april. A offer was showing on the screen... So i book the flights but i didn't found the money.. Please check it and send me the offer money.. My booking trip id is [protected] from mumbai to jaipur.                                 I booked ticket from ixigo the trip id[protected], on 27th april, i requested to reschedule the ticket for return journey on the same route with dates 3 june and 12 june which cost around 8000-/rupee and cost of my current ticket is 8650-/ so after cutting the convenience fee which is 2250, i need to pay almost 2-3 thousand rupees but no co-operation from these people. And they are demanding me to pay 10300-/ for rescheduling the ticket. What should i do now???

                                  Sir a day before yesterday iam booking a ticket from new delhi to amritsar of amritsar shatabdi train in executive class of rs. 1749/- which runs in evening 4.30pm from delhi to amritsar on a name of gurpreet singh but the amount deducted from my bank account and ticket is not booked so plz solve this problem as soon as u can plz reply iam waiting.

                                    I have booked 2 tickets from moradabad to haldwani in ndls kgm sht (12040) on 18th april 2018 for the journey date of 22nd april 2018. The money has been debited from my account though the tickets were not booked. Therefore i initiate a refund as mentioned that the refund will be made in 5 working days but still not received it. Id-ixitr[protected]. As mentioned in your reply that our complaint is short and chances are their that it can't be resolved so for that reason i am increasing my word limit. This was the first time i booked a ticket using this app because of which i am suffering so much so please see to it and try to resolve my problem instead of focusing on the number of words of complaint. Assuring you that not to repeat such kind of mistake.
