    It shown that ticket was confirmed and thus I booked but it was not confirmed
    also I didn't got my money back. This is the message that I received

        I go bank and check my Bank statement today it dont show Any credit transaction. And banker say no amount has been credited.

                  Recently booked a flight ticket from pune to delhi of 21st june 2018 vide trip id emt45908598 in vistarauk 992. As a commitment provide of rs. 750 as cashback in the form of ixigo money i retained the services of ixigo. After making the flight ticket, i was shocked to see that till now i havent received any ixigo money as committed by the ixigo

                    I cancelled a flight ticket from bengaluru to new delhi on 7th may. The confirmation mail from ixigo as well as the cancellation menu showed a deduction of around inr 3600/-

                    The email from the ixigo stated confirmed that i will receive a refund of inr 6379/- however, today i got an sms with a refund of rs 515.00/- instead of 6379.

                    This is just a scam being done by ixigo and cheap ticket. Even the indigo airlines (Flight operator) website states that the tickets are refunded upto 1.5 hrs prior and i cancelled it way before that deadline as well (2.45 hrs).

                    Do they really think that customers are sitting like fools out here who don’t know what these guys are trying to do to just make money? Where is your customer empathy or success team?

                    Also, The refund was already processed for only 515 Rs instead of 6379 for which I raised the concern. Please read the query before you respond!

We are sure you will understand that we do not have control over your bank or your account. So it would not be possible for us to credit your account. It is now entirely up to your bank to locate the refund and credit your account with the reference numbers provided by us.

                              Please refund my train tickets booking failed amount 615 for 3 members from nzm to gwl train no 19326 booking date 13/05/2018 my ixigo booking order no # ixitr[protected] my failed amount credit in my bank account as soon as earlier. I am ixigo user my id is pardeepsi and email [protected]@gmail.com refund when credit 48 hours complete from booking failed.
                              Please resolve my problem earlier

                                I had booked a ticket on 11.04.18 on train number 12303 poorva express from patna to new delhi but unfortunately the ticket was not booked &b the amount of rs.1894 was deducted.

                                Till now i have not received the refund amount.
                                So kindly look into the matter for fast result for my refund.

                                  I was booking 2 tickets, one from jharsuguda to cuttack in tapaswini express another from bhubneshwar to jharsuguda in bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity. The booking failed but the amount was deduct from a/c. Though the stimulated time is 5-7 working days, i need the money urgently. So please refund my money as soon as possible. Kindly refund rs 430 of tapaswini express and rs 500 for bhubneshwar-rourkela intercity express. The booking was done on 12.5.2018

                                  31 mar, i tried using first time ixigo & 2 times but it failed. Cleartrip said will return money & they returned on 20th Apr 2018. But AED 65.07 per ticket is deducted...Why it is so...Give my money back

                                    However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

                                    I booked a train ticket from nasik rd station to csmt for sevagram express (Departing from nasik road station on 5th may) on 3rd may 2018. Unfortunately, the transaction was failure and i got the message that the refund process will be commenced in 5 working days. 5th may morning, i received another text that my refund process has been commenced and cash would be transferred to my bank account in 48 hrs. It's been a week since and i haven't yet got my refund. Kindly look into the matter soon as possible. I got the transactions id in case required which i would disclose in personal interaction.                                     I wanted to book train ticket, I initiated the process, made payment via 'bhim' app, money was debited from my Bank account but ticket was not booked. I request you to please refund my money.

                                      I booked my ticket via ixigo trains app but the ticket was not booked but in app it shows as payment initiated and the if the money has been debited it will be refunded in your account with in five days even though after completion of five days also money is not credited to my account so please refund the debited amount to my account please kindly process my complaint
