I have booked 2 tickets from moradabad to haldwani in ndls kgm sht (12040) on 18th april 2018 for the journey date of 22nd april 2018. The money has been debited from my account though the tickets were not booked. Therefore i initiate a refund as mentioned that the refund will be made in 5 working days but still not received it. My problem is i purchase Ahmedabad to badnera rail ticket . And my money was redeemed from the account. But after purchase ticket, app server says Ticket booking failure.Any way i was purchase again ticket . And i want my deduct money. 1092 Rupees deducted my Account.So i request u plz refund my money....

refund of the cancelled ticket

Respected sir,
I've booked a train ticket from kannur to thrissur using ixigo train app on 14th of april 2018 sunday, order id ixitr[protected]. Due to some network issues the booking wasn't confirmed and the ticket charge was debited from my bank account. It was informed that the refund is on process and will be initiated in 5 working days. Now it's 22nd of april and so far i haven't received the refund. The ticket price was 290/-...

Today[protected] i booked a bangalore sf express from ernakulam to banaswadi. The payment got deducted from my account but the ticket is not confirmed. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. The booking was not confirmed but the payment went through successfully the message has come stating money will be returned within 5 days almost 5 days over still money has not credited in my account please raise the complaint on this issue....

Wud request ixigo team to take quick action asap. Even after mailing to [protected]@ixigo.com, no response came....

Dear concerned, i had booked 5 tickets from mangalore to bengaluru for the date of 31st march 2018. Train number: 16518, pnr: [protected]. Trwo tickets got rac and the rest 3 was not confirmed. I have not received a single penny as my refund nor i have received any notification regarding the refund. I would like to have my refund asap.
