Ixigo — Seat allotment and rude behaviour with customer | |||||
We booked a ticket by online with himachal holidays Volvo bus and my pnr no GB6H2NX, and my seat no's are 21 to 25. Bus no is 6016. Here we are wait and approach the bus and sat our seats. But the bus in charge had come and command to get down us. And our luggage through out of the bus. Because the bus seats are double booked it means by online same seat No's are given to us and another passengers and he behave with us very bad language and rudely...at least we contact ixigo contact no [protected] and he cat respond. At least we contact him and tell the problem but no use. Pls take action properly and do justice to us. Otherwise we go to consumer court or CRO. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I was trying to book a round trip from Delhi to Ahmadabad. The flight search always shows a lesser price and once i am on the booking page it shows increased price.
I tried doing search again but all the time same, its very inconvenient to use.
