I placed an order on 14th august and my order id is 111766619264916161501. My product consisted of three items, one of which dress berry black metal necklace chain shows delivered. However, i have not received the item till now.
Although they delivered the bill for that item along with another item there was just one thing inside the package. There is no way to even contact them now from their portal.
I am highly dissatisfied with their service and they do not even provide a way to convey our problems through their portal which is simply pathetic.

    Hi,

    I purchased some tops on 21st june 2019 on jabong.com. From that order one white top which was supposed to receive on 3rd jully 2019 is still not received to me.

    I called there customer care 3 times till now. I emailed this complaint but they are giving only false commitment.

    They are not refunding my money.

    Today is 16 august 2019 still no update from jabong side.
    Need consumer court help for this.

      I placed an exchange request for two orders on the 15th of july. One of the requests was cancelled recently due to a technical error and i've been trying to contact jabong to for a long time now. There hasn't been any help provided. I am fed up and want to cancel both orders and want to return them now instead because this doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Please do the needful and pick up these return orders and refund my money!!!

        I have returned the product to jabong and it's been almost 20-25 days now and i have called them almost 10 to 15 times now
        I am awaiting for a refund and they aren't processing it
        Every time i call them i get only one response we are escalating we are escalating that's it

          I had ordered a tryst watch worth rs.2796/- on 24th july'19 whereas i received the courier on 27th july'19. The packet i received had a empty box packed & there was no watch inside it. I had complained regarding the same with the jabong customer care which they denied to resolve. Being a frequent buyer through jabong i had never faced such situation before, but when i have complained for this order which was complete fraud jabong help center has disappointed me with not resolving the issue.             I ordered a shoe from jabong, which got delivered on 9th of this month, shoe was short in size so i requested for exchange for uk size 10 instead o[censored]k 9. I got the exchanged shoe on 12th july. The shoe was of hrx, so the box in which i got the shoe was of myntra.

            Shoe was defective first of all, then nob was not there of laces, and last thing is the shoe i got was again o[censored]k 9 and on the flap of shoe there was a sticker uk 10.

            I also got pictures and video for the same and jabong team is not helping me out and only offering a refund.

            This is a case of total fraudulent.

              Sorry but today was the day of the delivery of my products, i got a call from your delivery boy saying he will not come to my address and i should go to him and collect, i thought he might not know the place but when i ask him he was so rude, and said i know the address but i will not come there if you want your things come and collect from highway. The address i have mentioned in jabong for delivery should be the address for delivery not according to his convenience. The way he was talking was so disgusting that when he asked me that i want the products or now i just say no i don't want.
              There jobs are to deliver only, that's what they are being paid for so why and how can they show such attitude to the customers.

                I order a kurta from jabong. And after picked up on 12 july .. i found it not proper... so i put the return request.. Next day i got a message pf taking the delivery by 10 am... and i waited whole day for the pickup man... but in the evening i got a call from the person as he will pickup the product next day.. and then i checked today my return request has been cancelled... why so? I need my money back... just done with shopping on this site.. and it is my first order ever and also the last one tooo... solve my issue asap

                  This is regarding the above mentioned order id, i have placed an order on 12th jun and it was supposed to be delivered on 21st jun. I haven't received the order hence i have raised the complaint for the delivery. I was supposed to get the resolution by 24th however no response. Again i have made a call to cancel the product and return my money. They confirmed maximum 48 hrs the order will be cancelled however till now the order was not cancelled nor delivered. I have made more than 20 calls and spoke over 10 escalation team. They kept on saying 24 to 48 hrs however the refund is not intiatied. I have spent hrs in talking to them and following up with them for the past 1 month. Now i lost my hope that i will get my 4400 change back. Kindly do the needful.

                  Delivery executive has not even called me once.

                    I have ordered 4 items on 6th of June the order I'd number is 111167539458110307101.1 item was delivered on time.other 3 items were supposed to be delivered to me by 15 th june.i have made more than 10 calls to jabong in the last 20 days.the issue has not been resolved yet.They do not even bother to get back with an update.Every time the answer is the same.please wait for 48 hours, we have escalated your complaint.And after 48 hours I call them back again, the cycle repeats.Their superb customer care executives tell me that the order cannot be cancelled from their end and that I should refuse delivery as and when the product comes to my place.How is that even a logical thing to say, I don't realize.i want my money back.its been more than a month now.its really exasperating to ask for refund so many times

                      Ordered jbl flip4 speaker on jabong site.. But i am open the box packing was myntra i open the box inside no speaker.. And they is no return policy.. Icall to ecom express but his saying i can't help u please contact jabong customercare... Icall u also did not respond.. Already completed 1week... Icall u customercare ur agents saying declined...                         I had ordered 3 products on jabong.com almost a month back. Had made online payment for it.
                        They have not delivered it... There is no response from the customer service... They arent even canceling the products or even giving me refund on the order. I have wasted multiple hours running after them just to get back my hard earned money but to no avail. They are careless and negligent and cannot even provide proper details.

                                Hi,
                                The jabong website is so fake that if customer wants to exchange or return a product within the validity date the pickup guy is not coming to door step and making a fake update stating that incomplete item. I have the complete item and i have sent the images to the company website but they are dragging and not giving resolution of proper pickup date and they are forcing me to keep the product. The registered email i'd for jabong is [protected]@gmail.com and the order i'd is 111168064729752106103 and the products are octa blue butterfly sun glass and octa cat eye pink sunglass

                                I have sent numerous emails to the company jabong.com but then they ask me to wait 72 hrs every time on email mode, call mode and chat mode. How can they drag and waste this much time of the customer without giving a proper resolution. Theie pickup guys are so rash and rude and very unprofessional and never come to pickup the order and give a wrong update to the company and the company asks the customers all the images of the products without even asking y their delivery pickup guy did not come for pickup. I m attaching all the images again. The entire product along with price and barcode is available.

                                  I had recieved a wrong product.
                                  I requested to return it. On the next day the person from jabong oicked it up but the detailes were not modified in the application. As well as i didnt get any refund in my account.

                                    My order no is 111066479171351397003 total amount is rs 4543.84. I have return this item on 29th may, and jabong initiate refund my amount on 3rd june but still now my amount is not refund i have follow up more then 20 times to my kotak bank and jabong however still not get any resolution. By mistakenly i have given wrong bank account no. To jabong instead of 10 digit, i typed 9 digits account no. So how it is possible to amount successfully refunded in wrong bank account. Also i have share my bank statements with jabong, i coordinate with my bank as well they ask me for rrn from jabong, however jobang is not providing me rrn. I am really frustrated and upset as reputation of jabong it is not acceptable. How jabong can so unprofessional for their customers. I am not going to understand how money will back in my account. Please assist me for the same.

                                      I bought a khaki solid dungaree from jabong and when i want to return it due to fitting issue, i filled up all my details correctly still everytime i try to file a return request the "the customer state is required to process the return" error shows up.
