had registered a complaint on 7th June. Regarding my product
1. Box damaged
2. Charger missing
3. No booklet inside
4. No watch stand
I was assured a reply till 11th June but I got none.
Next date given was 13th June for final closure of the complaints. But I got no reply.
Next date given was 15th June still same.i was told to go showroom but on going the showroom claimed no responsibility for damaged product by Jabong.
Next date on call was 17june.now 20th June.
Kindly tell me what to do now and stand upto the reputation of your company.
I'm really sad and disappointed by this response from your end.. Feeling frustrated to take a major step.feeling really depressed and not able to concentrate on other things.

      Placed order of around 3000 rs containing two products on june 5th 2019. Order was marked as delivered on 11th june. However it has not been delivered. Not even a single call was made to me regarding delivery.

      Issue not being resolved even after multiple follow ups with Jabong.

      They are closing incident without resolution.

        I did return request on 13th June2019 for nike shoe which was having size issue and didn't like its material but when I checked today 17th June 2019 its been cancelled for return why is it so? it does have 30days return policy
        even when its not even been a week from its delivery its been cancelled unexpectedly.

        I want to return it asap...

          I placed an order of fossil smartwatch on 4th june and it was expected to deliver on 12th june and the shipment got delayed, they don't even told me about this. When i called they said they will look into the matter in 24 hours. After 3-4 days I called them they said your order has been lost please order it once again and that product was out of stock. Why should I order again? It's your fault so it's your duty to order it and get delivered that product in shortest span of time

            I am a frequent online shopper with Jabong and I’m satisfied with my purchases till now .

            I am very sad to say Jabong couldn’t arrange return/exchange the 2 items which I purchased the right size as per jabong recommendations too but had fit issues .please help to exchange/return the items as i called on 15th day for the return and now it’s less than 20 days now and items are unused and with tags .please take my request for the order ID 111042403986626399503.

              I had ordered US Polo Sneakers and Invictus wallet on 3rd Jun 2019 and made online payment.
              The delivery of these 2 items was scheduled for 5th Jun 2019, and the delivery guy marked status as Delivered without actually making the delivery.
              I raised this issue with Customer care on 6th Jun 2019, but still after nearly a week gone by, I have not received any updates despite following up multiple times with customer care team over calls and email.

                Hi,

                On 17th May, I ordered few items and got delivered on 20th May. Order#[protected]-6190403.

                Now, expect TWO items I am not satisfied with the product quality of other items and wanted to return them, though, system is not allowing me to do the same with message, these items are not eligible for return only exchange can be initiated.
                I am not able to understand if product quality is not as per the standards then what someone will do with those items, just to keep them as a show piece. Total order cost was 7500 INR with 7 items, out of which I am keeping items worth 3500 INR items which is ~50% of the order. As per Jabong as these items were purchased during sale can not be returned, I am highly disappointed with this statement while post sale there is high reduction in rates for all items( can see in website)

                I had multiple discussions on customer care and email exchanges though did not get any satisfactory response, need resolution on this.

                  I bought two pairs of worgn shoes from jabong and want to return it due to fitting issue, i filled up all my details correctly still everytime i try to file a return request the "the customer state is required to process the return" error shows up. I would like the jabong team to kindly see through this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                      I ordered a pair of Ruosh shoes from Jabong. They delivered a pair which seemed worn out and I requested a return immediately. The courier boy picked up the item and then returned it after a few days saying it failed quality check.
                      This happened three times after which there was no response from Jabong.
                      They refused the return stating the same reason. That the shoes seem worn out. No assistance was provided despite multiple mails and phone calls.

                      Why should a customer have to pay for the condition that the shoes came in? Evn the tags are all intact and they still refuse to return the item.

                        I ordered two pair of shoes.. The delivery was on time.. Both shoes are good looking.. But one pair didn't fitted good.. So i thought to return that pair.. When i tried to return tge pair... After filling all the details like name address for pickup.. Refund process, bank account details.. All these were duly filled by me.. But after confirming the return.. An error was shown that read"customer state is required to process the return"
                        I would really appreciate if you please help me solving out this issue as fast as possible..

                                I had ordered two no pair of shoes from jebong online shopping, which were delivered to me on 20th of may, 2019. But due to size issue a return request was initiated by me in response to which i received the below mentioned mail accepting my request for return and refund of amount of rs. 1273.22 for which i was asked to furnish the details of my bank account which was done by me. As can be well seen from the contetnts of mail it was informed that the item would be picked up by 28th may, 2019. I received a call from the delivery boy for collecting the item but till date has not turned up. And when i log on to the jebong site return request corner, same reflects that return has been declined. This is mere harrassment by the jebong.

I immediately submitted the return request, your executive came to pick up the item today but refused to pick it up citing it is torn.

                                    I have purchased a product from jabong (Shorts) product has no return policy as they mentioned, but it has exchange policy, when i call the jabong care, they ask me to put exchange request, but because of product is not available for exchange they have asked to look the product for next 14 days (Return policy have 15 days), when i asked them to return the amount if exchange not available then they said it can't be possible. And one of the important thing when i ordered the product there is no display of manufacturer or packed date on app, and when i got the product, it was 3 year old packed in 2016 and they are selling it right now on the name of big discount. What can i do?

                                      Jabong is well known for his return policy of 15 days and this was one of its strengths.
                                      Few days back i was betrayed by jabong. I bought a few items and as usual i check for quality and keep the best value product out of many that i buy. Jabong decided to remove return policy on all the items i have purchased. I purchased 7 kurtis for my girlfriend. I decided to keep 4 and return 3. One being severely defective and others dont have quality up to mark. To my surprise jabong removed return policy on all of them. I called them and they said they have no return policy for a certain sale in which i participated. I did not know of such sale. I searched for kurtis and bought them. There was no mention of "no return policy" anywhere.
                                      I feel cheated and betrayed. These kurtis will be of no use and i have lost money in them.
                                      I am seeing other customers also betrayed. Please help me resolve this soon.

                                        I returned my order and my refund was successfully processed but they say that tour bank details are wrong every time. Till now i have given 4 different aacount details.. Still nothing has happen... Its been a month i have returned the product still i didn't get my refund.. Even they didn't answer my mails properly just say your banks details are send again..
