I have order my shirt in jabong. In the app, it showing that product is delivered but i didn't receive my order. (While ordering i gave my number, in that a number is wrong- so i didn't receive any call/msg from that). After calling their helpline number, i made a complaint on this. But you guys are delivered my order to someone without knowing any proof. This is the biggest mistake from your side. Some random guy received my order but not me. They are making a customer who paid through online. Its been 6 months but still i didn't get proper resolution from your. Very bad customer service. Cheated my money. If someone has kind heart, please resolve this issue. Thanks in advance

    It's been a month, i have been trying to trace one of the items ordered. If you see my history i do order on monthly basis so i am not new to the system.

    Yet i have been again and again stating that i have received only 1 kurta piece and there is no hear say. Why is it so difficult to understand and empathize rather than responding carelessly same thing again and again.

    It's been not less that 7-8 times i have written and every time i have received a standard response that it's been delivered.

    In my last 2 mails i asked few questions to make it simple and yet it's the same response.

    Either customer service executives are not trained well or they lack language understanding.

    1. How many packets were delivered on 18th with delivery numbers/tracking numbers.
    2. If there is 1 packet delivered then i have received only 1 piece of kurta
    3. If there are 2 packets delivered, pls share delivery acknowledgement since i have not been able to trace it. If my family has received, then i need to have proof. (To be so sure i have checked again and again with my family and even neighbors)

    4. Its not about 800/900 bucks, its the question of my integrity now. This is the very first time i am facing this issue. I am aghast with the way customer service team has been treating my requests and responding.

    I have been on jabong app for almost 3 + years and have never faced any issue earlier from delivery, tat, quality or refund. Infact i have been recommending it to friends and family.

    But this time it's really gone sour.

    1 customer loss may not affect you so team has been taking it so casually.

    Hope somebody starts taking these feedback's seriously and works over them

      Jabong uses unscrupulous means of conning customers in the name of misleading offers.

      Each monday there is an offer of 10% cashback on hdfc cards if order value is greater than rs 2499/-

      I placed an order[protected]-1994901 for 7 items on 11th march for an order amount of rs 2623.95/-. Each of these items were confirmed with a delivery date of 19th march.

      However on 17th march, they cancelled one item in the order and refunded me the money stating that the product cannot be delivered due to "operational issues". The customer helpdesk representative himanshu refused to elaborate further despite repeated persistence as to why the product was cancelled given that it was still in stock with jabong

      I have come to the understanding that jabong intentionally cancels one item in the order to ensure that your order value falls below rs 2499/- and hence the cash back would not be applied.

      Jabong's weird policy states that "in the event the orders are returned or cancelled by either jabong/customer, the customer will not be eligible for any cashback"

      Furthermore they have offered me a rs 400/- coupon on purchase of rs 1000 worth of additional items. The catch being that
      1. The discount will not be 400... A mere 200 or so and if your cart value then falls below 1000 they add an addtional rs 149/- as handling charges. Thereby your net discount will be around 60 odd bucks
      2. The coupon does not work on more than 80% of the product listed on jabong and the executives too will not help you with it simply hiding under the cover of jabong policies

      I spoke with 2 managers on the floor namely madhavi & prerna who though initially started with apologizing profusely, later switched to quoting me policies around jabong for cover. Zero empathy zero customer service

      I hope others dont fall prey to the devious schemes of portals like jabong

        I had ordered a grey backpack from code by lifestyle on 8th march but recieved a completely different product (Caprese green purse) on 15 the march. I raised a return request butt it was put on hold. Customer care executive told me to send the picture of the product and the package. I have done the same but didn't recieved any confirmation mail.

          Hii i ordered a fossil watch worth₹ 7600apprx and i have recieved a wrong product that is a hair dryer which is absolutely non sense product worth ₹ 700 and the invoice no bar code everything is of watch i have all the photos n cctv footage which shows that product is not my watch the packaging the size of the box was not match with the watch clearly shows that product is not mine but the company not resolved my problem n declined my complaint

            I want to return my order (Order id:[protected]) that was delivered today but i am unable to place a return order as the jabong's return form is not accepting my valid ifsc number. The order was placed via cash on delivery basis so now i am just stuck with the product. There has been a problem every time i have ordered something from jabong. Jabong team, need your immediate attention over this matter.

              Jabong India delivered an empty parcel with no product inside. Did not do anything about it on complaining. Did not delivered the product and did not refunded the amount.

                Hello sir, i have ordered a white hrx sneaker shoes with order id 109732798862107260403 on 27th of december 2018. It has warranty period of 3 months. About 2 months o[censored]se it's vamp/upper got damaged. It is in warranty period and i want to return it immediately. I have visited on its official website but there's not any warranty period return policy column. How can i return it please help..

                  Lakme p170 enrich lipstick (Rs. 191.16)
                  3ina essential eye pencils (2) (Rs. 495.70*2)
                  Nicka k new york matte lipstick lavender (Rs. 389.40)

                  The last product (Nicka k new york) delivered was of bad quality as its due date is expiring next month (April 2019). Either replace the product or return the product else i l be lodging complaint with conmsumer court if i am not provided with a solution.

                    I ordered nike black court lite shoes from jabong... They were delivered properly but they were not according to my foot size so i preferred the additional size and used the exchange offer... Few days later the delivery boy came and he said that my shoe box is missing a tag... Which they themselves never put on that thing... And he told me to talk to the customer care on[protected]... I talked with the service provider on that number he asked my order number and told me that yes my order is valid and he told me to wait for 3 working days and then he will tell me that what will going to happen with my shoes... I don't understand why i have to wait that much long due to the mistake of their own jobs... They themselves have not put any tag on my shoe box... I have kept them so delicately so that none of the packaging or anything get distructed... This is such a hectic thing to do... Why can't you trust your customers... That delivery boy had came with my exchanged shoes but because of these whole thing he didn't give those shoes to me... I was so disappointed 😖... I believe in god...                         I have ordered a product from jabong website they give me the old productions then I raised the request for return after I raised the request for return they refunded me the amount cutting out the shipping charges.
                        They give me the reason that shipping charges is non refundable in case of old product.
                        This is the baddest experience from this website. I want to give the advice to everyone not to orde from this website

                          Hi,

                          I have returned a product received in the order no. 109747497900994324701. The product was picked up on jan 23rd, now, even more than one month has passed i have not received the refund amount.

                          I have been constantly calling customer care but they gave false assurance to me.

                          Please suggest me how can i get back my money.

                            I searched a product ojjasvi red self design maxi dress in having which costs 4049 rupees. And i applied one coupon awesome25 which gave me a reduction of 539 rupees and the final amount is 3510. But when i started shop the product it charged me additional 421 rupees as gst. How come a product costs 4000 rupees charges gst of 421 rupees???
                            Almost 10% as tax. How this is possible?
                            When i searched the same product in myntra i got no tax.

                              I have purchased two products from jabong.com with order no[protected] and109666672988924221801. I have returned both these products but i didn't recieve any refund for the same. I have also raised the issue with jabong and they provided me with the reference nos and instructed me to contact my bank and i did the same. My bank has fully investigated the matter but they could not find any trace of the transactions which is claimed by jabong. They further said that the reference no is for the sender and could not used at the receivng end. They also instructed me to ask jabong company to raise a complaint in the sender's bank.
                              I asked jabong company to check with their bank but they are refusing to do so.
                              Please help me.

                                Today, 4 march 2019, two parcels were delivered to me with the same bill (Rs.2104) repeated in both. The first parcel contained the things as per the said bill, whereas the other parcel contained the products that were not ordered by me but the same bill was duplicated on this one. This is sheer cheating and not even a mistake. I can't believe a company like yours could actually be so careless and would cheat on their customers like this. The authorities are requested to look into this matter and refund my amount - rs. 2104 as soon as possible. I want an immediate action to be taken.

                                I am attaching the picture of the products in the wrong parcel with the bill given to me below.

                                  I ordered a black leather belt o[censored]nited colors of benetton. But they delivered a different color belt. Return was picked up next day... But they emailed me as quality check failed.
                                  The executive.. Told me the reason that in return reqest i have given reason for retun as different rather than wrong.. Why i m not getting refund gor their mistake.

When i called customer care they said they not receive money from my bank account and wait for two days... My bank customer care said money send successfully jabong...                                       I am unable to get my refund back from jabong. I placed an order in december and got it delivered in january (After 1 month). Then i wanted to return my product but my by that time i got my source account closed so i called customer care regarding same and they placed the return and advised me to mail them with return id and new bank details and i did the same.
                                      But still, they refunded the amount to closed acct.
                                      Now i neither have the product nor amount (Rs. 3013).

                                      They are not ready to help either as they are saying that they have already refunded amount on the closed account and back is saying that no transaction took place as the account is already closed.

                                        I received a call from jabong customer care. Regarding a refund of my product. Rahul tripathi was the person who called and asked for otp and bank details. When i called the jabong customer care to confirm they are hiding him. They are saying no such calls are made.

                                        Just playing with customer's money. Just looting us. Not expected from jabong.com
