I had purchased anouk’s sandal of size euro 36 but i found the size to be small after it was delivered. Now i want to exchange this product but a message pops up saying the product can’t be exchanged at the address. I am very upset with the service of jabong. If i could get my things delivered on the same address then why can’t you people pick up the thing from my address. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because i am not happy with the service of exchange.

One product Jabong has refused to return even though I had returned the product in the given 15 days time frame and from the same place where the product was delivered.
this is a first time that Jabong has refused to take a return I am surprised that no explanation was even provided for the same

    I have repeatedly send email to jabong support team stating my concern. I haven't received my refund amount even after 10 days. They are not all concerned about my problem. I am getting the same auto generated mail from day every time.
    I hope this is the right platform for me get justice.
    Hope to get a reply real soon and my refund as well.

      I had still not received my order of yellow striped shirt ending with 1603 which was ordered on 22nd jan and shipping date was 26 jan it is extremely delayed and not expected to receive... Plz check the order and revert positively else i will be cancelling the order for the poor response as m taking the follow up from many days and will not do any txn to jabong in future.. Extremely disappointed...

        Place an order on jabong.com for bluetooth earphones. o .The paid value of order is rs 3000. I open the box, there was no earphones in it.. The box is empty having only ear buds. I registered a complaint many times for the order number 109734694289429891401 to jabong regarding receiving empty box. . After taking this many days, now jabong.com reply me that they do nothing in this and denied me for initiating any refund or shoes

        Jabong is not doing anything. They are saying its not their fault, they had dispatched it appropriately. But, if we received empty boxes, then whose fault is this? You say...Do they leave everything on customer or should they take the blame for their own carelessness.

          I have submitted a return request as soon as i received my item as it does not fit to me. It was accepted i expect that pick up will be made with 2-3 working days - later i receive a text message and an email on daily basis saying your item will be picked up today - but it was never happened, Daily i recieve a message saying your item will be picked up today in the morning and by the evening i recieve a message saying -pick up has been failed - I have asked delivery boy by calling him on the second attempt as soon as i recieve a morning message and he said they are busy with some deliveries and will be attempted again but this also never happened.I have raised an email concern regarding this on Jan 22nd but with no use - now i see it was declined. it not for the first time, since this has become a practice for you guys I would like to put complaint here - do call me if you need more details

          i have submitted a return request as soon as i got a wrong xl item..Delievery boy also came to receive the item but declined by saying it is the wrong item as shown in the phone and again put the return request .i also sent mail to [protected]@jabong.com with the wrong items image and also called to customer care but no positive response from there.so plz take your item back and do refund my money.dnt hve a lot more time to stuck here.

            Hi team,

            I have raised twice a complaint for 2 orders which i have not get till date. Is this way of treating your customer.

            I am very disappointed by jabong.

            This is 2nd consecutive order which unsuccessful to deliver to me. When i tried to contact your customer care, they said sorry sir, we can't help you like that.

            Is this solution for this because i am not getting those offers for particular products?

            Could you please help me by checking this complaint.

              This is regarding the purchase that i ahve made from jabong 3 months back. This is my order id - 109240779865034613701. I have ordered a pair of shoes with a tag of rs. 4000 but got it at rs. 1000 due to sale going on. The shoes were of poor quality. It got torn within a span of 2 months. It was not even worth 100 rupees. Even after dropping an email number of times to customer service they are not taking the responsility of the poor quality product. I haven't received any proper response from them. They are just cheating their loyal customers by selling cheap quality of product. Very disappointed with the behavior of customer service. Worst quality of products and worst customer service. I do not recommend anyone to every make a purchase from jabong.

                This is regarding a product I purchased from Jabong, I returned it due to the quality issue. I was supposed to get my refund but did not receive the same. I had shared the same account number from which I paid. Still, they were asking for the same number and email ID which was registered, but my question is If they receive the payment from any account then why don't refund it in the same account and that too 1-month-old case.-

                  I had ordered a handbag from jabong which didn't appeal me and eventually i raised a return request.
                  The products got picked up within no time and i receive an email from jabong saying since they do not have my bank details my refund cannot be processed. I tried entering the details into the form provided but that doesn't opens up and within no time jabong closes my request saying my money is safe with them. What does that mean? Where?
                  They have no active cc support as well.

I have talked to jabong multiple times . But They fail to help me as they told that the refund has successfully processed from our end and now they are blaming my bank. Jabong has share an a.r.m number i.e[protected].They ask me to visit my bank branch and I have visited twice and stand in long queues but my bank said they dnt have detail of such transaction. My bank has rechecked twice. I have also shared my bank response pic.

                      I've done payment in jabong.com for a libas kurta, through net banking of rs. 691. 95. Now it is showing that the transaction has failed but the money is already deducted from my bank account.

                          I have ordered shoes and the payment is done via upi transaction but am not getting that product in
                          "My orders" list but the amount is debited from my account and the message also send by jabong that u had paid the amount to the jabong but my amount is debited i didn't even get order id yet wt wrong happened. Ihave snd the screenshot too pls help me sir

                            Extremely fed up of with the follow ups with the Jabong team. I have ordered two shirts on 21st Dec 2018 & as the quality was degraded, I have places return request for the same. Jabong guy picked up the shirts & never updated to the office, it was lying with him. every day I use to get messages of pick up fail. after complaining & asking status every day, after 10 days I got advice from Customer care to get the product return to the picked-up address & they will again send someone to pick up those shirts, as I was having the pickup boys contact number. I did contact the guy who picked up my products & asked him to get my shirts back to my address. He gave me the shirts, I have got message that pick up will be done on next day. Next day again delivery boy came picked up those shirts & could not update the status of pick up on the system. Same story again I got message that pick up is unsuccessful. Again, I had to call to customer care they sked to me to wait 3 days & my refund will be processed. Still it is pending & I have no updates about the same. Whenever I called up customer care, they asked me to wait for 3 days to get resolution. It is a month now still my refund is not done & also not getting any updated for the same.

                              Hello i am a recent customer of jabong and on5th of jan i made a purchase from jabong website of the amount inr 4160.99. I then cancelled a top from that order. I received a mail that the refund would be processed but disappointingly i am having issues getting my refund. My order id was 109858087334308588303 (Image attached). A refund of 513.45 should have been done but on the 12th jan only the ridiculous amount of 86.09 has been done. I am attaching a copy of my credit bank statement and the email from jabong. I confirm i have checked my bank statements and no refund has been done yet. I got a mail asking details of my bank account type of account etc but that is needed because refund should be sent to same mode of payment as that 86.09 amount has been done.
                              I hope the refund is processed urgently otherwise my esteem for jabong website will go very low as i don’t have any issues on amazon india.

                                Order No: 109171375142211120601. Product received on 2nd Nov 2018, exchange request placed on 2nd Nov 2018. Exchange Request Cancelled on 28th Nov 2018. Emailed care team on 28th Nov 2018 and requested to raise a return request for the same and requested for refund in the bank account. Return Request Raised on the same date with return number [protected]. Package picked up on 29th Nov 2018 and received email from Jabong, refund initiated. Email received on 1st Dec 2018 from Jabong requesting bank account details. Emailed response team on 6th Dec 2018 with bank account details for refund of Rs.3599.51. Till date, 20th January 2019, I have not received this refund. Have emailed care and response team on multiple occasions requesting for refund status but no response received and no refund either. Called customer care on multiple occasions, but to no success. This whole process has been really time consuming and intimidating. The stress I have received due to poor handling of this case is unimaginable. I just want my money back. How can I deal with this?

                                Till date, I have not heard anything from Jabong. Could you please tell me whether I am going to get my money back or not?

                                  I placed an order with jabong.com on 08.01.2019, but I cancelled it the same day because I changed my mind. I got an email about the refund being initiated but it's been 12 days and I haven't received the refund in my account. I've been trying to talk to thr customer care for some days now but it's been of no use at all. They kept asking me to wait. I can't tolerate this further

                                    I was dilivered with a pair of shoes that was dirty, creased and damaged. The insole of the shoes were dirtied with footprints, the shoe box was damaged which creased the shoes, and the stitchings on the front of a pair of the shoes was damaged too.                                       I made a cancellation on jabong.com. I cancelled the items on 08.01.2019. It's been 12 days since the cancellation and i haven't received the refunded amount in my account. I even talked to the customer care but they kept asking me to wait for some more time.
                                      This website claims to refund the amount within 10 days of cancellation, but has failed to do so.

I mean jabong is so baaaddddd site m kbhi ni mngvaungi yha se or sites se bht jldi sath k sath refund ho jata hein for eg myntra evening m hi thay were so so good but jabong us so baddddd in evrything i just wantvto nake sure me ki jldi refund hojaye vrna prob hojayegi forvthe jabong people i am so much angry i mean wtf itna time hgae saahhb paggl nhi hein hum logo ko bewkoof bnayoge to site bnd hojayegiiiii... Just ve honest with your customersssssss 1000 rs ka refund hona tha km thodi hein had hein app logo ki kya bekaaar service h yrrr... Mujhe to itna dukh hora h ku mne apki site se ordeelr kraaaaaa hein isse acha ir options thi mre pass mra to yh firstctime tha or baddd experiance seriously not againnn...
