Extremely fed up of with the follow ups with the Jabong team. I have ordered two shirts on 21st Dec 2018 & as the quality was degraded, I have places return request for the same. Jabong guy picked up the shirts & never updated to the office, it was lying with him. every day I use to get messages of pick up fail. after complaining & asking status every day, after 10 days I got advice from Customer care to get the product return to the picked-up address & they will again send someone to pick up those shirts, as I was having the pickup boys contact number. I did contact the guy who picked up my products & asked him to get my shirts back to my address. He gave me the shirts, I have got message that pick up will be done on next day. Next day again delivery boy came picked up those shirts & could not update the status of pick up on the system. Same story again I got message that pick up is unsuccessful. Again, I had to call to customer care they sked to me to wait 3 days & my refund will be processed. Still it is pending & I have no updates about the same. Whenever I called up customer care, they asked me to wait for 3 days to get resolution. It is a month now still my refund is not done & also not getting any updated for the same.
Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
this is a first time that Jabong has refused to take a return I am surprised that no explanation was even provided for the same
