Jabong.com — cheating on customers | |
Jabong is just a site which cheats people by faking words. They don't abide by their words. I had got a voucher worth rupees 1500 reissued by them in one of my mail and it was clearly specified that its expiring in 31st December 2014. And when I was ordering stuff on 20th November they told that its already expired. I have got the evidence and still they are trying to prove me wrong
Previously they took almost 30 days for the return and refund process and that too after I sent them at least 2 mails a day. Complete waste of time. What are you working for if consumer satisfaction is not your aim ? In every mail you assure me that the code would be sent in 48 hours and I still haven't received it. Pathetic service. order not placed yet money deducted
I ordered two items at jabong but the window closed after payment and my order was not placed while the amout of Rs. 2513 on 7/12/2014 was deducted from my sbi account . Ref No IG00HFXEP1 .
