i placed 4 orders on jabong on 7th may with order numbers : [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] all the orders got 2 trunks(underwears) in each but when i received the product it got only one trunk n when contacted jabong then they said it was posted by mistake.. it got only 1 trunk.. but i got screenshot of product with picture of 2 trunks and mails from them as well stating that they sent one product and will send other soon ... i dont care whose mistake it is.. i bought 2 so i must get 2 ... whoever mistake it is has to pay for it

    I ordered Flip Flops from your website on 16th may 2015 of which order number is [protected]. Here`s the link to the product: http://www.jabong.com/fizik-freak-Desi-Beat-Red-Flip-Flops-1343472.html I received the package today by JAVAS courier dated 17 May 2015 around 10:00 am in the morning. When i opened the package i found the size to be 4 which was one size smaller as i order to size 5. I have attached some pictures and a screenshot as a proof. I would like to take this problem into consideration and take appropriate steps as soon as possible to replace the flip flops. Thank you.

      In their details they have written following :- "However, VAT or Octroi may be charged on certain transactions as per government's regulation. Please note a flat tax of 5% is charged for every order where the discount applied is more than 20%. The remaining tax amount is borne by Jabong." I was trying to purchase a Puma Shoe whose deatils are as below (as shown on screen):- Original Price : Rs.4499 Discounted Price : Rs.3149 Discount Percentage : 30 % That means acc. to their rule 5 percent tax will be calculated 5 percent tax on Rs.4499 = Rs.224.95 5 percent tax on Rs.3149 = Rs.157.45 That sums up to : Rs.3149 + Rs.224.95 = Rs.3373.95 or Rs.3149 + Rs.157.45 = 3306.45 But on their site they are charging : Rs.3495.08 (which is equal to none of above) What kind of calculation are they doing ?

        Hello, I had requested for 5 products from Jabong Order No. [protected] on the 29th April 2015. I was initially told that my Order will reach me by the 7th May 2015. However since i did not receive my order till the 9th May 2015, i called the helpdesk to check about the status on the order. I was told that it will be delivered on the 10th May 2015 as it had reached Ghatkopar . I then called on 10th May 2015 and the guys in the contact centre had no clue about the shipment and kept giving me assurance that i will receive it by eod. I then looged a complaint Request ID 18179120 on the 9th May 2015 and haven't heard from them since. I am completely disappointed by the delay and the lack of knowledge and urgency displayed by the team

          I recently bought a "VOVOKA TOPS 14526- NAVY BLUE", invoice no. 'XM/1516/05/06/297210' from your website vide Order No. [protected].

          On 7th May, When the product was delivered to me it turned out to be completely different from as it appeared in the photographs my on the website. On the first hand, i was not at home and my mother has made the payment to the the courier boy who had come to deliver it but having faith in jabong.com and its customer service, she has made the full payment of Rs.570.00 to that boy and.When i was came at home i found different product I had called the customer care support within 5 minutes of checking the product explaining that I am not satisfied with the product quality and the size of the product. I have complained to customer care executive but she didn't give me satisfied answer even she told me that i have to exchange my product but can not get same.when i was agreed with exchange to product then she told me that change product will delivered to me after 7-8 days and i have to go out of delhi for one month on 10th may 15 and nobody here to received the exchange product.

          My compliant is this only if you don't have same product then why you guys didn't give me prior information for this.
          now she gave me very difficult way that check on all product that they are exchangable or not, i don't have much time to do this stupidity without any my fault. But, because firstly the quality of product is not upto the mark, the image put up on site is misleading and the product is unused as I had called within 5 minutes of checking the box. I have even requested several times to atleast pass the product to quality check. But, I always get the same monotonous response - "We can not help it".

          My question: why a normal customer is being harassed so much? Rs.560 is a big amount for me and now my money is also gone and I don't have a shelf also that can cover up my wall for which I had paid. The product is in the same box and in the same condition in which I had received and its totally a useless product for me now and a wastage of my money. Rather than escaping from the issue and giving excuses in the name of policies, Why can't the organisation come up with a solution that can save my money. why am I forced to keep this crapy product that's of no use to me. I request you to kindly refund my money or atleast generate a coupon code of the same amount against this product.

          this is my first experience with jabong.com and i don't want to be a last one. I am really very disappointed by the customer service that I have received from Jabong.com regarding this matter.

          This email is my last attempt to escalate the issue and I hope that my concerns will be addressed this time. If not, then I will have to visit your office in person and lastly, I will have to seriously think twice before doing any further shopping on Jabong.com and would recommend others also to do the same.

            I have ordered Sand Dune Wine Embroidered Nightwear SKU SA254WA22TTTINDFAS On the website, when we selected the item, the size was mentioned as Free size, but when we received the shipment the shoulder part is very narrow and not fitting my wife. On the page Free size is mentioned with Bust 36-52 and Waist 36-52 inches. So, that means it should have proportional shoulder size. Shoulder size is not mentioned in the page and it is very narrow and non-stretchable. Wrong information updated on the page with the policy of no exchange/return. This is absolute cheating from the manufacturer. Now, I am unable to return or exchange this with another product. Jabong customer care is just sticking to the policy not bothered about the shipping of wrong size product and not ready for the exchange or refund. The amount of the product is Rs. 649. This is a nice way of cheating customer and taking the money from the customer. If you select a product even after you match all the size parameters and receive a wrong size product, Jabong not bothered about this. This shows the way they are treating the customers even though in every mail and webpage they say “We are always at your service.” I have left with no option other than going to the consumer complaint.

              The delivery dates mentioned are never correct. There is always delay in their deliveries as they have tied up with sub standard logistic partners like Gojavas etc If you get the same product on some other website then dont think make the mistake of buying from Jabong. We had ordered two items, both as a birthday present and none came on time. A delay of almost 5 days and we had to end up buying the gifts from retail store on the day of our friends birthday. Never trust their delivery dates, its pathetic and they really have a long way to go if compared with Flipkart or myntra!

                  Hi I have made a legitimate purchase from JABONG for a laptop bag of brand SKybag on 6th july. This bag comes with a warranty of 1 year. During the sale as we receive the bag, the warranty cards were missing. We had inquired with the delivery person which confirmed us that we will receive the same in span of 30 days from the company (JABONG). Its been 9 months that we have n't received the warranty card still. Since past 3 weeks my bag is having problem so I have visited the company showroom with the invoice to help me out. As I visited the VIP showroom they have denied the warranty to the bag saying they cant entertain the complaint without a stamped warranty card which is my right to recieve if I have a made alegitimate purchase as VIP ( Skybag) issue a warranty card against every bag they sell. Since past 2weeks I have been struggling with JABONG to get my warranty card which they have been denying saying they dont issue warranty cards as a company policy. The question is where as a customer will i go today as i have been stranded in the middle without a card inspite buying through a legitimate company. I request here the department to help me out in the same where they can ask JABONG to help me with warranty card for all my bags. FOr your better understanding I have attached the invoice too.

                        Recently I Ordered these woodland shoes! Is this the way to deliver shoes? looks like it was taken out of a dumpster. such bad condition! very unhappy! I'm deeply aggrieved customer and find this unacceptable in all possible ways. The mental agony and distress and the time spent on this complaints are the collateral damages suffered by me in process. please look into the matter

                              I had purchased a pair of grey sneakers few weeks back from jabong.com. I had got the product delivered to me within a week. On the same day I had made a request to return the product because the product i had got was not what I had ordered for, I had ordered a pair of grey colored sneakers but the product I had received was of some shade of BLUE color and also it was loose and was very uncomfortable. On 13th of march the request was made but I had got no response from jabong, for about a week. After my regular emails and replies a new return request was automatically generated by the website . I couriered the product on 24th of March and according to my courier service provider, it was delivered to the gurgaon address on 28th of march. But still the status was showing "Awaiting Shipment". Again I emailed them regarding this problem and after nearly a week the status was changed to "Product under inspection". After a day or two I got a call from Jabong that the product they received is not the product they had sent but it is the same product I received on the first place as clearly mentioned in my return request. I am very disappointed from this kind of poor service from jabong in which jabong team is blaming me for sending the wrong product. This is a clear case of harassing a consumer and not accepting the product they themselves has sent to me. Either Jabong.com is sending wrong products to the consumers or someone on their payroll is cheating with us.

                                  I had ordered for a pair of belle shoes. It might have reached but the First Flight Courier Service did neither deliver it nor call me. They sent an sms saying I was not available. No such thing has happened I was always present at my address, The Laidlaw Memorial School, Ketti 643215. The Nilgiris. I am still interested. Kindly change your courier company, they are cheats and undependable.

                                    As i had ordered a pair of shoes at that time the offer was going on ( buy one get one free) I orderd a Nike downshifter msl 6 shoe and I got a reebok tech speed shoes free When I got the parcel I was shocked by seeing the box the Nike shoe was packed in jabong box so I thought it might be because of their advertising so I ignored when I saw the shoes it was quite different and the finishing of the stitches was not as good as the original one and the lace was also too short and on the aglet their was no name written of the company because most of the shoe brands are having their name on the aglet I am really unhappy with this kind of shoes they provide to me please take strict action against it Hope for the best revert

                                      I bought 2 jeans but fitting was not good i asked them take it back and give my money so.in next 10day i got a.call they said money has been credited in your jabong account 3022rs it had been stupid 1momth i haven't received my money jabong is fraud from last 5day i am waiting for.the call but no one is bother to call they are busy cheating people i did complaint online against jabong consumer court i will be filing police complaint today and will take that complaint to the consumer court personally

                                        I wanted to purchase Umbro Shoes from Jabong because the number of spam messages I keep getting from them thought i would try my luck and when i finally make my mind up and plan to purchase the product @Rs1, 300/-. and proceed to check out they price suddenly jumps to Rs.2, 599/-. and now it shows Rs.5, 198/- so whats the price the actually price even they do not know which i will be asking them very soon. I am confused and rather amused by this practice of jabong and no help is provided by their customer service only gets your balance low. Total and absolutely a wed site made to fool the customers since 2012.
