I ordered a Kurti from Jabong on 9th Mar 2015.Order No. : [protected].I Paid 1099/- using my Jabong Credit and decided to pay remaining 199/- as COD. But then I decided to cancel the order and sent a cancellation request on 9th Mar 2015 around 11:59PM via SMS.I received a sms from saying they received my cancellation request and they will update me soon.But after 5mins, on 10 Mar 2015, at 12:03 AM I received a mail saying that my item is shipped.I replied and informed them it is already cancelled.Jabong replied me saying that they could not create my cancellation request earlier due to some technical issues, same is created now and my order will be cancelled within 24 hrs and refund will be initiated within 48hrs after cancellation.Ref.16534328.I received this mail on 10 Mar 2015, 1:01 AM(early morning)They also informed since the item is already shipped, I can reject the item once delivery is attempted. Today is 14 Mar 2015, till now my order is not cancelled, not delivered also, my money is also not refunded, I contacted the customer care many times.Each time they are asking for 48hrs to resolve the issue.And they did not even bother to reply to my last 2 mails., I am very much irritated with their service.I am concerned because I already paid for it and I need the money ASEAP.Please resolve it.My order still shows in Transit, same status for the last 4 days.

    I have bought LeeCooper Black Full rim spectacles from Jabong around two months back, But it is damaged within two months without any extra effort on it stress or fallen on the ground . It is said that it is a original product from LeeCooper but you are giving such a cheep quality one . I have spent around Rs.3000 for the glasses, which can not be kept to another frame. when i contacted the customer care, they responded saying, The refund/exchange dat is expired, so they can not do anything on this . How ridiculous response is this from the customer care, Hence i want to raise a complaint on this in consumercomplaints forum.

      Hello Sir, I had made a purchase of a Nike football shoes via the online retail store Jabong.com on Tuesday - 10th March, 2015. An amount of Rs. 3298.35 was deducted instantly from my bank account, but the purchase order was not completed by Jabong. This prompted me to call the customer care at Jabong and they informed me that they were not able to place the order, although money has been deducted from my debit card. I have requested Jabong to providing me a refund. But Jabong has replied that it will take around 7 working days to provide me a refund and there are chances that this refund may get further delayed depending on my Banker. Please take the necessary steps to ensure that online retail stores don not deduct customer's hard earned money inappropriately. I am dissatisfied with the service Jabong has provided me.         I am writing this email with remorse for having chosen Jabong website to have my online shopping disaster begin in a fabulous way! I ordered a few products on your website and since then the entire phase has been a very harrowing experience. The only purpose of online shopping being " ease of delivery and convenience along with trustworthy product quality " Its so very substandard, poor, inferior, second-rate, second-class, unsatisfactory, inadequate services that you people have.I keep getting the runaround and standard format answers that don't address my issue.You people seem to be claiming way too much about your brand and especially the saying of “Carving the nation “ but believe me that it has terribly failed. You should rather switch to the following punchline which suits Jabong “rain on someone's parade “.Its like Crying in wilderness when one has to address an issue to your Team. Its totally unacceptable, not up to scratch. You guys are totally deficient and imperfect in what you do. Amateur is the apt word for your pathetic services. Careless, negligent, faulty and what not all. THIS SHOPPING INCIDENT HAS DEFINITELY MARRED MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WITH YOU GUYS AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE ELSE..EVER! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS NEED TO PULL THEIR SOCKS AND WORK TOWARDS UNDERSTANDING THEIR CUSTOMER AND NOT PUSH TOWARDS SELLING THE PRODUCT WHICH RESULTS IN A SALE BUT A CUSTOMER LOST FOREVER. PRODUCTs HAVE CAUSED NOTHING BUT EMBARRASSMENT, ANGUISH AND DESPAIR. I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE MENTAL STRESS INCURRED AND WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH CURRENTLY. I am their elite member who has shopped for over 50 k in last three months and now they have disabled all the possible options. Therefore, i am not able to purchase any products and I have a balance of 2362 with Jabong and they arent letting me use that. Please help me as they have done this a lot people but no one could raise this issue.

        Dude,

        Please enable the payment methods in order to use my Jabong credits and you people aren't responding at all. I have written over 12 emails but no resolution so far.

        Please expedite the process. You people have disabled all the mode of payment and i am not able to purchase anything, .

        Let me use my points accumulated and i will close my Jabong account for eternity.

              I bought a Dell laptop few months back and received a Jabong Gift card for Rs 3000 along with it which has a expiration date of 19th March 2015. I haven't been able to redeem the gift card to Jabong credits which is due to technical problem which Jabong claims when I emailed them. I tried all the suggested methods by them and nothing happens after entering the code, it shows processing for hours! When I emailed Jabong again they asked me to contact dell regarding it. I think it is Jabong's responsibility to solve this problem as it is their website which isn't responding rahter than passing the blame ball to Dell. Dell only issues gift card via GiftBig, they are processed by Jabong!! I expect them to at least check if the gift voucher has any glitch but they aren't even bothered. If this is how you treat customers then you will loose trust. Online Shopping needs to gain customer trust but incidents like this turns us away from it. I cannot trust Jabong anymore and neither will I suggest my friends to!

              Jabong has proved it good customer service by trying to sort out the matter regularly trying to keep in touch and update me. The problem is from GiftBig and they didn't have the rights to do anything with the code so Jabong apologized on behalf of GiftBig as well which I really appreciate. Thank you Jabong!

                On 24 feb i ordered a pair of alberto toressi boots anand the payment was done through my debit card I recieved my delivery on 2nd march .and i was shoked to see that .wen i opened my pacakge there were no shoes insted the box had some metal thing. I was extrmly shoked with this incedent .i need my money back .

                I hav not got any solution on this the jabong executive are teling me that they cant help me . They are telling that They will not give me any refund to me. And they told me that this is the finfinal update from their end. And they told me you have to bear a loss. How is this possible .

                  I ordered a Biba kurti on 19/02/2015 order no. [protected] from the site, the payment was made through debit card. The order was shipped the very next day through DTDC courier services with AWB no. -X11929494. The expected date of delivery was 25/02/2015 but the delivery delayed for some unknown reasons.The next expected date was 28/02/2015 but not received the order yet. Now I contacted to the customer care through email and they registered my complaint, complaint no.[protected]. They are not providing me the reasons for non delivery neither they are cancelling my order. All they are replying me through mail is that they are enable to contact me on the contact number given. After so much contact with the company my complaint has not been solved.

                      Hi Team, I posted comment earlier too but seems like its not considered valid. Anyways. Reg Jabong complain. I faced issues twice due to their miscommunication or weak coordination with logistic department. For 1st reverse pickup I returned 6 products and they are claiming it to be only 1. As I got a slip which has only 1 product mentioned. I provided them all recordings of conversation with Supervisiors from logistic dept which proves that its mistake from their side. Still they are not returning my money back. how cud even they let customers suffer while i have been shopping with them since last 2 years. For another reverse pickup i returned 2 products and again claiming that pickup is done for only 1 prodcut . I shared reverse pick up slip of 2 prodcuts still no action :( I am highly disappointed with their service. Issues is pending still last 1 month. Somestimes they even close complain without customer s confirmation. I request you to let me know path forward. I am unable to attach audio file in mp3 format for my 1st issue. pls find attachyed slip for other one

                      They called me n again I explained the entire issue. I dunno how much more time do they need . its been a month now and they can't cum to the conclusion. Courier service has fired those pick up guys and dear jabong can't conclude anything and let theit customers suffers. Even dropping mail to [protected]@jabong.com was of no use. They shud call back in 24 hours but their 24 hrs n 48 hrs never cum

                        Jabong called today against the complaint email i had sent to them. They say they can't assure written communication but verbally they said that money will not be refunded as i have returned wrong products back.

                        I need your assistance to get my money back. They say I transact on Jabong using multiple accounts. Please help me... this is the limit with Jabong. I told them that if they have received the products in their ware house they need to return my money.

                        Today they have the product and my money both. They have withheld other sums of money that i had used to make purchase on the website.

                        Total cost wud be approx 40k.

                          Hello India Forum, I had placed an order on 8th of feb for the amount 6850.25 order number is [protected] through NEFT HDFC Bank. Due to size difference I had initiated return and the return pick was on 11th of feb Return Pick ID is 15926245. As per Jabong policy the refund gets initiated within 7 working days and now its 8th day. Still I haven't got back my amount. And by following up with them they say the product is still under inspection How long do they need to do the inspection. Now and then they keep telling the product is under inspection and we ask you to wait. How long should I wait. I need my amount back into the account. Please give me an approximate time when will I get back my amount.

                              Dear Sir, This is Ashutosh Dwivedi. In ref. to the complaint number 15999901 for my order number [protected] made 3 days back. I was told that the issue will be resolved! Where today as on 14/2/14 @ 6:00 PM evening i got a call from them stating that they have had sent me the package as complete and sealed they can't help me now? i insisted that they might check again to confirm. I have had this kind of experience from jabong once years back. is it that I am robbed of my money? "I received this packet today with my own hands, i was glad to receive it as Jabong kept its delivery commitment. but I was surprised and shocked to see that the product was missing from the packet. It was filled with scrap(A bundled Newspaper). I have attached the pictures to them, mailed. I have made a video of opening the packet up in it to keep it as a proof in case. And I heartily request you to resolve this issue immediately. This was the first ever experience of mine on Jabong. please don't ruin my hopes." Thank you.

It is the first time order to your company . I am gives some photo copy. I think your are delivered some defect goods on online business.                                   I placed an order for shoes from Jabong.com and paid thru the credit card on 2 feb 2015. However they have failed to deliver the product. Even after constantly calling them they havent yet delivered the product. I feel extremely cheated as they are not even trying to send the product to me. All they say is wait for 48 hrs. After every 48 hrs they keep asking for more 48 hrs. I'm tired of their incompetence.I do a lot of online shopping and no other website has done this. I dont know what to do now. Plz help. I hate Jabong. Will never use it again and would tell the rest of the ppl also not use Jabong. They only make everything look nice and attractive but do nothing for the customers. Worst company ever. When I call them they only ask for some more time. I can see that I have lost my money and there is no way they are going to deliver my product . one day I will stop calling them and they will forget about it I have bin reading about other ppl filing complaint about Jabong and most of them have the same problem of product not being delivered. Who is going to stop from doing all this. Its a free run for them. They can cheat and get away with it.

                                      hi i want to raise my complaint against jabomg.com.i ll start with starting.on 25 dec 2014([protected]) i ordered 3 products from jabong.com.2 were dispatched and for 3 rd they called that they could not dispatch n they told me that they have another size in same shoe so i told them ok..and they i recved shoes also.Buti did no likd the products and raised a return request of all 3 products.but i received refund of only two.and i when call them they are saying sneaker are of different order.so i ll not get refund.i have raised almost 3-4 complaints but they are not solving this and i am having so problem n today they called and said that i ll not get refund.please solve my concern.

Since I did not know he is coming I did not leave any instructions for my parents at my home.2.As he came without information, my father handed him a wrong item while I was in my office. Instead of s. Oliver black skirt (~1500INR) my father handed him a Vero Moda black skirt (~ 1300 INR, non Jabong product).3. After 4 hrs of knowing the mistake, I tried calling the executive back, he never answered any of my calls.4. I lodged complaint in this matter, and after so many days I receive an answer that they would not be able to trace the product as it is a non-Jabong product.5. I would say that why so many days were spent to tackle the problem. Also as it was collected as a Jabong product (though in disguise) with a Jabong label, why it is difficult to track that product?6. I don't think that its some impossible task to do, when they are handling such large chain of brands.7. You can understand now I am stuck with one product which I am not satisfied with as well as I am on the verge of loosing another good product of mine. This was my first ever experience with Jabong. I would say this is a very serious matter of dissatisfaction. I don't think if my problem stays unresolved I would be able to give them any good reviews. Dear Jabong team, Please look in to the matter. I am unable to understand why the executive came to my place when he was not able to reach me. This is highly unprofessional on his part. And he should not pick up the product when I was not there. I did not expect this standard from such a large chain of E-commerce brand.Sheetal Uppal

                                        Hi i am namit jain from jalandhar punjab.i ordered 3 products from jabong on 25 december 2014.and they dispatched 2 products next and for 3 rd product they called n said me that shoes are not available.and said me that if i want size 8 then i said ok and they dispatched on same day.without notifing me that. They are placing a new order.n after that i did not liked the products and i returned them by raising a return request on 5 th jan and also telling them that sneakers are also there.and the order was picked very next day.but i got refund of only 2 products.i am raising complaints again n again on jabong.but on solution and today they called n said that they canoot give refund.please save me from this pathetic company and their poor management.
