I just wish someone can take legal action against these people. My number is registered to national DnD service but they still keep sending me irritating promotional SMSs. When I called them up to ask them to stop, they had the audacity to ask for different kinds of verification processes. They are sending messages to my number, is my call from that very number not enough? And it is not anything important at all, these messages annoy me extremely when I see them. They promised nevertheless that they would stop sending promotional messages within 72 hours. It stopped for a few days and then started again. I am just amazed at their audacity, no other company I know has annoyed me this much and I am quite an online shopper. I have vowed never to buy anything from Jabong ever again. Even people in my group do not want to buy from Jabong because they are facing similar issues. They should really handle customer data better and not be so amateurish about things. If I had more time on my hands, I would most definitely pursue this legally.

    I had placed an order for a pair of Shoes on 20th Dec'14 against order No. [protected], which I received on 26th Dec'14. Since I did not liked the shoes, I immediately placed an reverse pick up on 28'th Dec'14. But the actual delivery was picked up on the 20'th Jan. I had already placed an exchange order on 1st Jan'15 against order no. [protected]. But they failed to deliver the exchange order, and now they tell me that the subject order is not in stock. When they market they say easy exchange & easy delivery, but actually the situation is different. Please request you to take a strict action against them.

      I had returned a jacket to Jabong, becouse they had deucted 3000 extra from my credit.i called them so many times even i sent an email to them, however my issue still has not resolved. Jacket worth is : 3497 Jabong deducted :3497 from my citi credit card and 3000 from sbi coupen. I called them if coupen had applied why u deducted same amount my credit card as well. I dont know what went wrong.they just return 497 amount to my credit card and else all amount they are denying to refund. I am getting a loss of 6000 rs without any product. I want which amount they deducted to my credit card they refund that amount to my card which is 3497 and also the re-issue the coupen of 3000.         #[protected] I placed order on 12th January, 2015 & paid 1560 through net banking. Delivery date mentioned was on 17th of Jan. But till date it is not delivered. I am calling them every day, but their only statement is give us 24hrs time. Every time I have to call them for the updates, they will never come up to inform me on their own. It is very irritating. I even asked them to cancel it & refund me. But they said, they cant refund until the product reaches back their ware house. So I continued waiting. And today it 3rd February, 2015, today one of the managers is telling products are untraceable! When it is untraceable, should I wait for the delivery or should I wait for the refund?!! They are neither ready to deliver the products nor refund me back. Very disappointing! I have to waste all my time in calling Jabong regarding the issue during my office hours. I want this to be solved. I want to sue all of them.

          my order id of jabong is [protected] and ihave cancelled my both the order on 24th but they have not refunded my money in my account.. they are saying they have initiated the refund of rs 513 of mtv wayfarer and till today i didn't get my money and 2nd order they still not have initiated my refund...

I complained them about this issue on 21st Jan and they still investigating the case. I want the same tshirt which i ordered on the same price which i ordered at the sale price.               My order number is [protected]. Ordered 2 products worth 2990 and out of that only 1 product received i the package ie. the tshirt which was for rupees 463 only. according to the company both the items have been delivered and even after bragging the issue for 15 days they have come up with no resolution. the executives held in conversation were SONAL, ISHA (complaints team), NANCY (supervisor).

              according to the conversation any pilferage happening in the company is not their responsibility as they just have a footage of the warehouse of the packing time... whereas the product package goes through multiple channels after that for which they dont seem to be responsible...


              i want my 2527 rupees back...

              PS- the bill and packaging of the product has been returned to them for investigation.
              I only have the courier company's pick up receipt for that

                I placed pre-paid order [protected] for for 1 no. Double Bedsheet with Two pillow covers for an amount of Rs. 1613.85 on JABONG and as per their confirmation item was dispatched on 08/01/2015 through JAVAS courier vide AWB No.: 23749349. However, till date material has not been delivered and also delivery status is not updated in the JAVAS website. I have written many times and also talked with JABONG but every time they give a same reply that they are looking into the matter and would reply within 48 hrs.

                      jabong is the worst.i ordered a shirt and when it came it was not matching with the product shown on the site.i submit my request to return my shirt so they are giving excuses not to return and not even refund.they said that their transportation to my area is not good.if its not good then how the hell they are sending and then they are giving their address to courier the shirt to their office.i am literally frustated with this site.plzz i request to take strict actions as soon as possible.they are really cheating us.shut the company.

                        Order number [protected] I had ordered Ray Ban aviators from Jabong. Upon receiving the product i wasn't really satisfied with the quality of the product as it seemed used(i could let it slip, because people order stuff online, it doesn't fit them so they return it), also since the size wasn't perfect I initiated a return. Jabong team now says that the product has been used and that they won't refund the amount. This is absolutely pathetic. When asked about the points basis which they say the product has been used, they have no response, rather i am being threatened to either accept the shades or both lose the shades and the refund. I have been a avid online shopper and i have shopped from all major e commerce websites (flipkart, ebay, snapdeal, myntra, yeh bhi) and even the smallest player had a better customer support than this. This is absolutely unprofessional behaviour from Jabong.

                          Order no. [protected] & [protected], were placed on 12th December, 2014 and were delivered by 18th June 2014. However both the products were of substandard, didn't like them at all, hence I immediately returned them back within a matter of 2 days. Jabong claims that the money have been refunded on 24th December 2014 (Rs.550.52 & 540.52), however as you can see that none of the refunds reflect in the bank statement attached below. And now the Jabong people give me an ARN number "74332744360435924185738" for the 1st order only & not even the 2nd one, asking me to take the trouble of getting in touch with the reluctant bank & ask for the refund status, when I do that the bank claims they have not received any such number. I have attached 4 files below ( the orders on Jabong, my latest bank statement, the ARN no. and the payU status ). Jabong states that the transaction has been done via payU gateway.

                            I am not able to access my account . When I ask on customer care, authorities told me that because of (un -relevant reason) they al blocking my account . I ask about my jibing credit they simply told me that I can only bring my store credit from jibing account to my bank account, not my gift credit . So my question is I REDDEM THAT GIFT CREDIT FROM SITE YEBHI.COM.                               Order no : [protected] I've ordered a product from JABONG.COM The courier boy came and told that "Sir This is not a prepaid order. You should have to Pay 790rs!!" My Father doesn't know that is this is a prepaid order OR COD and he PAID 800RS. At the time of receiving product i was at my college. After coming to home my dad said that he paid 800rs to the courier boy and i was shocked. After coming to know that, ive raised a complaint id :13952608 as i was contacting to the customer care they are always saying "please wait and you will receive a call back about this issue", But all my efforts are in Vain. now i have contacted to the customer care(jabong) again and they have said that this order was came from Flipkart!!! I dont know why he had said like this. When i contacting to the courier boy he was saying some stupid reasons like "am in office and i will contact you again, my battery is not there and i will contact you again" Like this the courier boy was saying. I want to raise complaint about this issue seriously. i want to know will I get REFUND (or) NOT. THIS COMPLAINT WAS RAISED ON 2-3 WEEKS. TILL NOW THERE IS NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE plzzzzzzzzzzzzz give me reply abt this issue and i didnt think that this will happen from jabong in my dreams even :( SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY DOING LIKE THIS :( ;(

                                I ordered a backpack from jabong.com around 1 month back(Order no. [protected]). It was available at a lower price so I ordered it. The package which was delivered to me was of someone else. I don't know how the logistics team put my order slip on someone else's package. I contacted them regarding the complaint and they were least interested in picking up the wrong package. They picked up the wrong package around 20 days after I repeatedly called the customer care(complaint no.[protected]. I asked the correct delivery of my backpack after the pickup and they said that they can't deliver the backpack as at the time I ordered it was at discount and it is not now. So I asked for a refund of my money and they said they will have to contact the logistics first before they can refund my money. It's been more than 5 days from when they picked up the package and I think that customer care is too slow in resolving the issue(complaint no.[protected].

                                  Hello, This is regarding the complaint that I had raised long back for the return of the damaged product.Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.: 16051106 Complaint: reference number 14275040 Its been so many days from now since I placed the order and the damaged product is still sitting at my home. Why is jabong.com not taking any action against this? Every time I receive a call and I am told to wait for 48hrs. Every next call I am only promised that the product will be taken back shortly. As per my conversation from one of the executive from the chief manager dept., I was told that I will be getting the DECLARATION from, which I should fill and handover along with the product to the delivery person. But I have not got any declaration form yet from Jabong. However, I got the message from the delivery person that they will be coming to pick the item yesterday, which again did not happen. I got the same message from the Delivery team again today, still I do not have the declaration form yet. What am I suppose to do? I had to take leave from my work, travel back home and bring the damaged product to the office yesterday. It all went useless since the delivery person did not show up. I want to know what is the compensation for the losses that I am facing because of Jabong.com? I need an answer for this. I have never experienced this kind of service from any other e-commerce websites. This is the first and the last time that I would be shopping in Jabong.com. I will try to spread this to as many people as I can. I would certainly raise a complaint on this too. No matter what, I want a compensation for the time and money that I wasted. I would like to talk with the Jabong CEO/Sr. Manager on this. Please arrange a callback.

                                    I ordered Lee Cooper slippers from jabong on 11th dec(with GOSF, the amount was reduced from 1699 to 915.53) and was to receive the same on 17th but i got a mail that my order will be delayed by 2 more days and will receive on 19th. i dint receive anything on19th and when i track the order on 20th, it is showing address incorrect. Now i got a mail that my order will be cancelled. Since i have made the payment already, i want my money back.                                       I had ordered a Faballey blazer during the GOSF sale from Jabong.com which after all the discounts, amounted to Rs. 1587. I paid the amount and was notified that it would be delivered by 24th December, 2014. It was supposed to be dispatched on 19th December, 2014. So, I checked the tracking number on 20th December, 2014, and to my utter surprise, I saw that my order has been cancelled and I haven't been given no intimation about it. Quickly, I went to the site and checked whether the blazer was available, and there it was, available in all the sizes!! But the non- discounted price was Rs. 2700. Dera Jabong, if you can't afford to sell something at a discounted price, why put it up for sale in the first place? This is totally unacceptable and amounts to FRAUD!! I demand that you look into the matter and get me my order as soon as possible!!
