Hi Team, I placed an order of Miss Benettt HandBag with Order No.: [protected] on 10 December 2014 at 2:55am. I paid for the product via my HSBC debit card. I got a confirmation message that I will get my product on 15th December 2014. Later on I got a message that your product has been dispatched and will be dilevered to you on or before 12th December 2014 via GoJavas with tracking no 23487891. On 12 December 2014, I received a message from Jabong that the order has been cancelled and will get the delivery within 48 hours if i repond 'YES' to [protected] . I waited for 48 hours but there was no response from Jabong nor from GoJavas. I called up Jabong customer on 15 December 2014 and cleared them about the issue. I got a response from customer service executive that he is raising a complaint against the courier service and you will receive a mail regarding the complaint. My complaint was registered with REQUEST ID : 13996834 On 15 December 2014, I got a call from Jabong customer service regarding the issue which i could not receive and I called them back on that day soon and they said no worries we will contact you. Next day I Called again and they said no worries someone will call and i strictly mentioned i wanted that product. Next day The order was completely cancelled. They gave me a coupon. Only now the price of the product raised and i had to pay more. I called again and they confirmed the issue has been escalated. Evening 17/12/2014 The Lady Named KIRAN called me and assured me ORALLY that the product will be reordered and redispatched and that i will receive a call on 18/12/2014 evening regarding confirmation. Which i Never recieved. And i Myself had to call again and they answered that the product has been sold off(Note-Now at a higher price). That the only resolution now is that they will refund the money. which will again take a weeks time. All of my time, Energy and Money were wasted in talking to these guys who never provided me any kind of service. I have been continuously following up with the customer service but I am just receiving their apology mails but I seek no resolution on same. I kept my patience and waited for long time but there is no solution out for this. I have paid for the product and expected a good service but Jabong dissatisfied me. Jabong is disturbing me mentally as I have purchased the product with my hard earned money. I never faced such a bad situation with any other online shopping sites. Everyone other companies have given me the best service with the satisfactory product but with Jabong my experience is bad. I am highly regretting for my purchase from Jabong.     Ordered a watch from jabong got second hand painted product.100% 3rd quality product. Damaged piece, even still have rusted parts. The worst customer support am getting even after this issue has been reported. last time I did purchase a shoe and returned. But now they cant do the pickup in the same place.       I ordered lee cooper shoes @ 90% discount. I ordered on December 1, up to 15 Dec it was not came, I contacted customer care they said it is their technical problem and saying their sorry. I asked to said it back, the reply is the product is sold out. Once the conformed product how they sell to another customer. The next day I mailed to Chief manager @ Jabong. He was promised that the product will come back to you in one or two days. Today I got a message that your money will re-initiate to bank. If the chief manger is lying and giving wrong promises whom to complaint. so please next time dont promote any offers.

      I have raised a complaint 4 times to jabong team chief manager. They have given good response to me every time. Customer service was very good. Due to some Technical problems they have not delivered. They said next time it wont happen to anyone. they have taken my feed back. Thanxs for resolving...Jabong Team

      Still My complaint is not resolved I would like to close the issue today, without solving my issue they refunded my money. So they are in mind to escape easily by refunding money. I don't have any loss in money, But why they promoted like this offer for publicity???

      Frankly it was a very good company, previous products were not cancelled and why the 90 percent product only cancelled??

      Any how I will update this by today evening and close the complaint, the customer service was good, they have called me 4 times. So that what I came to know is they wont give the product they feel refund the money is sufficient.

        I have purchased several items vide order no [protected] of Jabong. These are under discount offer by Jabong. The items was shown as dispatched vide tracking id 15861764, but they have not delivered the item and now it shows That items are returned due to some technical reason. Despite several call and Mail they have not even furnished the reason. Actually this is complete fraud by Jabong. They offer hefty discount (upto 90%) so that people may visit there site. But since the price and Discount is not realistic they do not deliver the item. We as a customer unnecessary waste our time and Money in such offers of Jabong. A complete fraud offer by a Fraud Company.

            I had returned 4 products - Order no. [protected], Req ID[protected] on Dec 9, amount- Rs. 4721/- and I also returned Order # [protected], Req ID[protected] on Dec 12, amount - Rs. 1029/- I get a mail saying that they are unable to reach me for pickup and I will have to send them the products directly to the address, whereas I have already returned the products - return slips attached. I called them many times to complain about this, they keep giving me complaint IDs, but no resolution. This is the third time happening with me, Jabong and Jabong courier partners are fraud. My money is blocked . Please look into this.

                  I ordered Navy Blue Kurti on 28th November (Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.: MUMMP[protected] on Jabong for Rs.1559 after discount it was 1184.87. I received the delivery on 5th Dec. and make cash payment to the jobong team. Due to size issue I decided to return the product so I went to website and click on return tab. Jabong agent came and picked up the product. Today I got a call from Jabong that the product can’t not be delivered due to quality issue. He said that our quality teams mention that product has been used. How it is possible? I returned it because of size how could it be possible that product has been used. He said that we are dispatching it again.We placed a complaint to return due to size issue but they are coming up with a different reason of quality.                       i placed an order on November 25 for Nike shoes with ORDER NO. : [protected] and it was lost in transit and they informed me after 6 days(through mail) not by call, and amount had been paid intially after calling the customer care for 4-5 times they promised to arrange a call back with in 48 hours and i got it after 72 hours now i got the call from jabong team and the poor executive cannot give a commitment he is just a puppet, after all the conversation they gave an excitement offer which i cant even digest they given a code worth rs.500 which i had to on any product but that product should be above 1850 and also without any discount, come on how is that possible jabong lost the product in transit which clearly states there negligence and after that they try to convince me by just giving an apology and all this process took more than 10 days to complete dear jabong team try add a customer who automatically makes your business profitable

I have asked the people to deliver this product today by 4p.m . The delivery boy called up morning and I asked him to deliver the product at 4p.m . After which I did not receive the product. I had to wear this shoe for an important occasion. And this is not the service I expected from Jabong. This is atrocious. I value for my time and money which was not taken care by the Jabong. They are being so lethargic. After which I called up Jabong to make the complaint and they said you can cancel the order directly. I value for my time and time is precious.This is not the service I expected from Jabong. Totally waste and there is no proper customer feed back regarding this.The person shouldnt have called if he is not ready to delivery at the said time. Take some actions against this.

                              Hello, I have ordered a product n Jabong . It was supposed to be delivered by today. The person from Jabong called up for delivery morning and I have asked him to come and deliver at 4p.M which was agreed by the delivery boy. But I never received it after that. I have made the order to wear it for a important meeting. This is just being so careless from the Jabong. I value for the time and money and the said word. I didn't want the delivery boy to come when I am not there because it will be just waste of time for him too. I called up Jabong around 6:25pm and told about the complaint and they did not even bother to listen to my complaint and they asked to cancel the order. This is not the service I expected from Jabong. TIME IS PRECIOUS. I VALUE FOR MY MONEY. I need a proper response from them.                                 i have purchase shoes & T-shirt from Jabong.com on dated 1 December 2014 & my order no is Order No.: [protected] shoes was dispatch on 01 December 2014 via go javas courier & Consignment no AWB No.: 23397898 today i have called to jabong customer care for status of my order, they told that "we are unable to dispatch" My shoes already dispatch & I have courier tracking no but jabong is not ready to give any answer its a realy fraud... please help me to short out my issue Nirav Modi Contact no [protected]

                                  I placed an order for a wallet from jabong.com priced at 1295.42 after discount (Order No: [protected]), didn't liked it so called customer care for getting it replaced, the agent on the call didn't told me that the actual cost of the Exchange wallet (Order Number : [protected] ) is less than the previous one, the new wallet came it was good but when I checked the bill it was of 1110 while the earlier one was of 1295 I was shocked to see that, I called Jabong customer care and they told me that now that if I am getting the Item Exchanged and amount is lesser so Jabong will not refund the extra amount which they should actually tell at the time of Exchanging order but not after delivering order. The behavior of the customer care executive was not at all professional he was shouting on the phone as if it is a mistake done by me that I purchased an item and got it exchanged too. He told me that if you want the remaining money back you need to refund this order than we will refund 1295 in a week time and then you should place a fresh order again. So I have gone for that option. But actually I can see that Jabong has to do shipping and return for 4 times unnecessarily and wasting time of customer by this long process and also there resources as well. I have done a lot of shopping from flipkart.com and they have always done refund or exchange in an easy way. This is actually companies like Jabong.com due which customers in India are still afraid of buying goods from online websites. Thanks Jabong for such a Nice Experience, you are already losing a new first time customer and lot more in future due to stupid policies which are against consumer base. Best Regards, Ashish

                                    Hi, I had a complaint against not only service but also the agents dealing with the customer.For the agents, what matters is to close the ticket, no matter weather customer is satisfied or not, weather they provide any resolution .Was that make sense . I ordered a hair curler, and i received a packet with empty box.Very next day i raised the complain, through email.They assure me for a call. After 2 days they call me up at 9 in morning .I write them back that provide me resolution over emails, because times i missed call and they should not makes calls to early morning . Again no resolution.Luckily i attend one call, and that guy took certain information, and assure me another call.Its almost 5 days, i was getting just assurance, that they working on this. Then i get a very rude call, which says that, the our footage shows that item was dispatched .We cant help further . Is that called customer service.Again i raised the case, after almost 10 days they want me to send that jabong packing .I keept the box with me, for footage, i misplace the package, which i teared to open the box.Now they close the case, with a point that without package they cant proceed further.If that was the policy, They would have informed me that very 2nd day.I regularly buy, and never raised the small issues.But this was the height. I am not gonna purchase ever, if so poor service is provided .

                                      I purchased a pair of Aldo Black Sneakers from Jabong on Nov 26, 2014 but the size was a misfit. I requested for an exchange to smaller size/refund upon which a pickup was arranged. The pickup guy was at my doorstep at the right time, the next morning but that's where things started turning for bad. I was unable to return the shoes at that time and checked with him, if he can come back, this is what I got from him : 1. He asked me to give the shoes to my security guard from where he can pick it up and give receipt to but I was not comfortable in doing that. Moreover security guard's shift changes and it is not a very reliable thing to do. 2. I asked him to give me a call again, whenever he can come back(I get that his schedule might not allow him to wait or come back as per my request), to which, he said, his mobile don't have STD enabled and he can't give me even a missed call(can you believe that? Cell phone sims have STD enabled by default atleast for prepaid, I am not sure about postpaid). He was kind of rude about all this discussion and I filed a complaint with Jabong. I then decided to take back the complaint in good will. I also requested with Jabong to please not arrange a pick up on a weekend since it was my office address but I kept on getting msgs from pick up guys over Saturday and Sunday. I was finally able to return it on Monday, Dec 1st, 2014 but as soon as I returned it, I got a msg and an email that the pick up has failed thrice and now I am supposed to either courier the product or keep it. When I called the customer care - I told them the whole story and even gave the pick-up receipt no. Since then, following things has happened thrice over the phone with customer care : 1. Customer Care exec assuring me to "escalate it" 2. Asking me to wait for 24-48 more hours. & all this not to initiate the refund but to get a simple "confirmation" from logistics the they have "received the product" I am not too sure why a customer has to suffer for their broken process or are they doing it purpose just to get the last pair of those shoes out of their system(they were the last pair) and that's why I couldn't get the exchange.                                         I have brought 2 shrug from jabong and order number is [protected]. At 28th November, 2014 it's showing out of delivery at http://gojavas.com/. They where call only once at 29th November, 2014. The shipping address was my office address and I was not available there due to weekend holiday. I have clearly informed them to come Monday(1st December, 2014). I am a regular customer of jabong and after informed courior they always come on Monday if shipping date was Holiday. But After informing them they sent message that they were tried to deliver multiple times and which was not right information. After that Jabong confirm me at 1st December, 2014 that I will get my parcel within 48 hours and I still not get any information regarding my parcel. It's really disappointing. I would like to cancel my order due to wrong information convey to me.
