This complaint is in regard to my order number [protected]. I had already complained earlier and am trying to contact customer care but not yet able to . You people have closed my request of refund and said that the amount has been refunded but i have not yet received the refund amount in my bank account. I have shared my bank details correctly and there is no way a possibility that if you have refunded the amount, it doesn't reach my bank account. This shows a fault on your part and really it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling you people just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that you are providing, You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly, which is actually never answered and I have done such a call almost 5 times after you people intimated me that the refund has been done. I need my money, its not a joke, the amount is Rs. 1999. Is this the ethic that Jabong is following to make money. I hope to responded now at least cuz you people are neither available on calls, nor responding to the mails. And for your kind information refund has been done way back. And herein, I am even attaching the proof of both refund and the closure of request.
