Too much delay in delivery time,
Seriously 13 days for delivering a product.
Who takes so much time to deliver?

Not expected it from reputed site like jabong,
I am really disappointed by your service,
Kindly improve your customer and delivery service.

They are not even responding my calls from their customer care number nor they are replying through the mails.
Disgusting and pathetic service.

I would request you to look deep into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible and also dispatch my order as soon as possible.

      I had jabong credits of rs.700plus in my jabong account. The credits have now disappeared as jabong states it's policies have changed and credits are now being coverted into jabong vouchers and sent via email. For the past few days i have been mailing jabong to inform them that i have received no such voucher by email yet. Jabong however doesn't seem to reply to any of my mails. I cannot get through to their customer care no. Either. I would like to know where is my cash and when will i receive it back???

          Apparently, jabong customer care is ignoring every customer. They arent replying to any of the calls and mails. I have placed a cancellation request & haven't got my money back. Its been a week already now. I call them daily but no one answers everyone's been complaining about how customer care isnt receiving any of the calls and not proving money back.

            I hv ordered a pair of floaters frm jabong.. But i returned.. After that they refunded me an amount of rs 699.. But now my refund amount is 0.. Wats going on? Its really disappointing... My order id is [protected].. These people also not picking up my call... Really pathetic. Not eapecting this from a big company.. I want the solution of my problem as soon as possible.

              What jabong expect from a customer? Do you want customer has to pay for a order twice. I paid for this order and courier guy shouted like i was not paid for this order. If courier guy ask me amount for this i will throw him out. Bad customer service and response even call centre not lift my call. I never buy any thing on jabong next time.

Unable to contact customer care and no reply from [protected]@jabong. Tried calling Jabong several times but no response. Horrible service from such a big brand. Guys please avoid Jabong.

                    Firstly very disappointed with jabong customer service, so may days that i am calling up customer care & no response, the call is kept on hold and later disconnected. Here when you want to send promotional message and mails its still going on till date. However when a customer has paid you money you guys are not reachable???
                    Really unethical & unprofessional website.
                    My order no. Order no. [protected]-worth rs.4725/- is pending for pick up from 10th july till date, inspite of followups through call center as well mails that i have sent-just no response.
                    Its a matter of rs.4725/- and you guys are not responsive???
                    My other order no.[protected]-rs.847.88-pick up of only 1 product dne and still the status is showing as not picked up.
                    Are you guys sleeping??? Its been 12 days and you are not refunding my money of rs.4725/-.
                    Order no.-[protected]-shows pick up still not done. This all i am checking after seeing such fradulent behaviour from jabong.
                    I want an urgent revert on all these issues. This is just not acceptable.
                    Urgent pick up my product and refund all the money-its more than rs. 5000/- that you guys are sitting upon.
                    Dont force customers to go to such escalations or i would need to take this matter to even futher higher authorities.

                      I had recieved my product on 17th july. Its been three days since i have mailed jabong and also on the chief manger's id and i havent received any reply nor does the customer service number answers the call. I just wanted to place a exchange request for a smaller size of my product. But, this is very inconvinient as there is no response from your end and the customer service system is pathetic.

                        I have been calling jabong multiple times for the cancellation and refund for my orders and every time they raise the request but do not provide any refund. For one order they keep sending the message that product will be picked up in next 48 hours but that even never happened. Moreover there customer care agents are not helpful and speak rudely. I have asked them to let me speak to their supervisor but they said that there is no supervisor available in their company.

                          Totally harassing shop i did. No call pick up by customer care... Delay in delivery update... Delay in return pick up. I ordered 3 jeans out of which one i met sizing issue so i put a return reuest but when ecom express came for pick up they denied to take return back and asked all three jeans to return. I tried convincing them that i have put only one jeans return reuest and showed my mobile jabong apps return reuest, but he voice pitch became high and started telling me that system has changed, you dont know anything etc etc.

                            I had rs. 999/- as jabong credits but now its showing 0.00.

                            I have mailed them in [protected]@jabong.com but got no response (As they say, will response within two days).

                            I have tried calling them too but got no response there also, my call got kept on hold over 15 min. This is unexpected from such a big company. Being a old customer this is unbelievable.

                                I bought two tops from Jabong.com, did but due to fitment issue had returned. I got message that the refund amount is credited to my Jabong credits. But i cannot find any credits. My order number is #[protected].
                                I have droped them multiple mails in [protected]@jabong.com but no reply. Their customer care number[protected] is of no use. Never gets connected. Horrible service.

                                  This is highly depressing as the product delivery of yours is so quick but the return procedure is so long and moreover i thought i would shop some more items from your site since the sale is on but i don't think it would be possible as you are taking so much time to refund my money and by that time all my sizes will be gone and moreover the product was picked up from me on 16th and i received a mail on 18th that it will take another 7 days from now for the product to be received by you and then 4 days more for the refund. Moreover, I tried tracking the item through Gojavas and found that it hasn't moved an inch since the 16th. I don't understand that you are so quick in delivering products and receiving money but so slow in returning that item and refunding the amount. It is really a very bad customer service and it shows that you have no value for customer's money it seems. Hope at least now you respond cuz even your customer care service never picks up the call. i don't understand that why have you given the number on the site if you don't have to respond ever even after being on hold for almost 10 minutes on every call and spending my balance as a waste every time. I have called almost 12 to 13 times. Never have i had such an ill experience in online shopping. i was a loyal customer of Jabong and this is how you treat your loyal customers. wow. I hope to be responded at least now cuz its getting over the head now. My request id is 31161119. Herein, I am even attaching a proof of the pick up slip given to me.

                                  And yeah the amount is not small, it is 1999 rs., so its not a joke that i am following all this up and you people just make money by fooling the customers. I just hope that you prove me wrong and respond to my complaint.
                                  Only contacting is not enough, I need solution. Simply contacting and consoling me and giving me dates does not solve my problem, it will be solved only when I get my refund

                                    Hi,

                                    I ordered two products with id c00821385 on 11th july 2016. It was supposed to be delivered by 17.07.16 and even spoke with a guy in service, guiding him through my location but he just made a fake promise and kept me waiting the entire day. Thereafter after checking my status, it was showing, i was unavailable so couldn't be delivered and it happened for few more days. And finally i was compelled to call the customer service of jabong, but i was amazed i never got through their representative rather they were making money, kiping the customer on hold making them listen their ivr and i couldnt be on hold because call rates were very high, i tried couple of times hoping to get through and it was still the same. Then i decided to call gojavas, courier parther and spoke to few and also provide them with alternative number and they even promised me to deliver my products by evening 8pm, the same day but they never showed up. The next morning i. E 20.07.16, today after 9 days from my order placed, i called gojavas and they have no clue what happened and assuring me of getting my product by tomorrow.
                                    I dont know whose to be blamed but must advice jabong that customer service number is there to help customer not to listen your ivr and you guys should have a good courier partner rather being miser and keeping the worst and cheap one.
                                    It was a gift to sumone on her birthday but now its gone, so tumhara gift tumko hi mubarak, im cancelling my order.

                                        I received a alberto torresi sandal towards order no. [protected] on 27th june'16. I got to wear it only 3-4 times, and yesterday sandal strap came out as if it was fixed very recently with some glue, supposedly a defective item. It has been only 20 days since delivery. How can such defective products bypass jabong quality check. Moreover, jabong people are unreachable on phone and give no responsive at all over mail. This is utter harassment. I want full refund.
