Hi, I placed an order on jabong id ([protected]) on 14 Jul. Till now the order has not been delivered. Now the order doesn't make sense as I had procured similar items from the shop due to urgency. I had escalated to Jabong but till now the company has not contacted me. This is sheer irresponsibility on Jabong's end.

Jabong needs to cancel this order and make amends for my loss.

    I'm CHANDAN H S, Due to the product's size and packing issue I would like to return back that item. But In your website I entered all the details but its showing that it could not pick up the product from the address which i given for delivery address.

    I didn't get any response from you till now...PLEASE RESPOND AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.. I mailed all the details to [protected]@jabong.com but I didn't get any response.

    I'm exhausted due to your customer care service, and useless return method.. you can deliver the product at the given address but we can't return back the product from the same address means what?.. What kind of business you are doing?... I'll never gonna buy anything in your website and I'll blog all these experiences of mine in my blog site and suggest my friends, relatives, c- workers and many people about your service and not to buy anything from your website. I bought many products from Flipkart and Amazon but my experience was very good with dem... yours is such a floppy service.. I GONNA COMPLAIN ON CONSUMER COURT ALSO.

      I ordered a casio chronograph watch worth rs-8495/- (Order no-[protected]) from jabong on 20/05/2016 but i received an analog watch of cheaper price worth rs-5495 only (Casio analog watch). I lodged a complaint (Customer care jabong) and returned the product to xirion retail pvt ldt., delhi through first flight courier service.
      Jabong representative received the returned parcel on 7/06/2016 with seal and signature indicating that the right product (Analog watch) was returned to them.
      On 8/06/2016, i received a mail from jabong stating that the product i returned was fake & local made watch and for which they cannot initiate the refunfd of my money!!!
      I demanded for a proof again (Weight of parcel, parcel covering, image of the returned watch), the first proof i demanded being the video footage of the product when the order was being processed (As the customer representative insisted that they (Jabong) sent me chronograph watch, proved by available video footage!!). On both occasion my request was denied and till today i have not received any assurance and help from jabong regarding the complaint.
      Infact, jabong insisted that i solve this issue on my own and that i contact the courier company (Which i did and they are found not guilty as the parcel was delivered intact and received by jabong with seal & signature). Jabong customer care representatives and chief manager are denying any involvement for the exchange of the returned product.
      My questions are-
      1. Why did jabong denied that they sent me the wrong watch but later admitted that they made a mistake?
      2. I returned the product as per their instructions (To send through first flight courier or dtdc) but they later told me that i should have chosen a more reliable courier company?
      3. If it is true that i returned the wrong product, why did they accept the parcel with seal and signature (When they always receive parcel after thorough scrutiny)?
      4. Why was i informed about the fault in returned product only on the next day after they received the product (Parcel received on 7/6/16 at 10:00 am)?
      I have been writing to jabong regarding my grievances but till today, jabong is busy making up excuses and not ready to help!

      Non Resolution of Complaint against Order no-[protected].

      Instead of coming forward to solve the issue, Jabong forwarded the issue to the Risk team and the same team stated the same excuses as they have been telling me from the beginning.

      This is what they have written to me...

      "Be apprise that as we have received wrong product in return hence, we would not be able to refund. As a final resolution, we have already re dispatched the returned product.


      Kindly be apprise that decision provided will stand final in the situation in this case and we would not be able to assist any further in this situation.


      Your understanding in the concern is highly appreciable."

        Hello,
        I want to file a complaint against jabong.com. The team is not responding to my emails sent to them 3 or 4 times. I even tried to contact them on there customer support number, they just hold the line and do not respond. I bought a slippers worth rupee 1400 few days back i had a size issue followed by smaller size. I wanted to return them as per the return policy of the company, but they do not provide reverse pick up service on my pincode 263139! So i emailed them for the help regarding this issue. I did nit get any responses by there side.

            I had placed an order from jabong on 26.06.16 and opted for net banking as a mode of cash payment. Due to some technical failure, the payment was unsuccessful but the same amount of Rs 1048 was deducted from my account with a transaction ref no. IG0CFUJCQ7 generated against it. I tried calling jabong's customer care number many a time but did not get any response from their side. Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful. Expecting your kind co-operation.

              This is karampal singh. I brought woodland sleeper on jabong.com through my credit card, was small size, returned it. Refrence no. [protected], now they are keeping my money in jabong credit. I want my refund money back in my bank account, refrence no. [protected]. customer care not answering my calls. I have wasted more than 200 rs in 2 days, also have mailed, no reply. This is harassment. Another issue refrence no. [protected] has delivered 3 days ago, still showing in transit, not updated yet. I want to return this product and will never buy anything from jabong. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                I have placed an order [protected] on 1st june and have received defective products. 2 of them were defective with their sku no as bw189wa20onrindfas and cl930wa82fgvindfas. I have written them so many mails and shared them the pictures of the defective products as well. To which they replied that the return of the products will be initiated and the money will be refunded. Its been a month almost and no return has been initiated for the same as well and when asking them through mails no reply is given. I have called jabong customer care service several times and nobody is picking up the calls. Kindly help me with the same asap. I am sharing the pictures of the defective products delivered to me along with the complaint and the screnshot of the mail where it was mentioned that the return will be initiated.

                I have raised the complaint earlier also but return was done for only 2 products and no action has been taken for other 2 products.

                  I had placed ORDER ID [protected] jack & jones jeans on[protected]. I was caught by surprise when i opened the package its was a VOI brand jeans . The moment i received the product i had informed jabong about the wrong product With snapshot and details. Still they are not ready to accept their mixups. They straightaway closed the request and my money is stuck with them . They are not ready to refund for the same. I am the victim here. Please take care that customers should not be the victim for your mistakes. They are so stubborn they don't even care for their customers. I need my refund. Any ways i am going to consumer forum. I am done with jabong.

                      This is really not expected from top eCommerce company like Jabong that customer needs to followup again and again to schedule a return pickup. Can some please ans below ques for me:

                      1. I raised return request on 13th June and 16 days have already past from then. Why team is not able to schedule a return pickup?
                      2. By when I can expect the return pickup?
                      3. Is team waiting for the date when they can say that product cannot be returned and so the amount paid can not be refunded as the return policy days are over?

                      Team, please try to understand that now it's very painful to followup regularly just to schedule a return pickup.

                        All the orders that i have placed in past month have been delayed. All of them. One package which was supposed to be delivered by 19th in noida, was dispatched from gurgaon on 17th june 2016 and even after 5 days, it hasn't been delivered.In delhi ncr region itself, they are unable to deliver! And there has been no call explaining the reason when i have written several emails to them as well.
                        This is just one case, there are have atleast 10 more issues with each order where all the time the most ridiculous reasons have been cited. I asked one of the delivery guys and he told me that they do not have enough workforce. All of them are leaving and well i don't blame them. Jabong will be closed before they know it.

                          Still there is no sign of return been initiated for 2 of the products which were delivered in a defective stage. I am continuously writing mails and no further action has been taken yet. The customer care executives never picks up the calls even after calling for hours.

                            When I placed the order [protected], it was mentioned delivery would be by 19th June.When I dint receive any update yesterday, I called up Jabong and executive Kriti informed me that it will delivered today. On the website today I checked that the delivery will be late, but I haven't been informed the same via mail or sms.Based on my experience, the Jabong shopping experience is going down.They are not keeping upto standards and words.Will think twice before placing an order with Jabong again.Either the packaging is bad or they deliver on a later date than promised.Initially Jabong was very particular about their words.Over last 3-4 months the experience has gone down.I have given them feedback with every purchase but I see they have not taken any action and with this order its again the same.

                            I still have not heard from anyone from Jabong.The product is still in transit.Good it was a COD, otherwise I cant imagine the hassle I had to go through.dint expect such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour from Jabong.After my experience over last few times, am sure that I would not shop from Jabong again.

                              I placed an order for a tshirt and returned it on 13th June so that I could order another one. Till date I have not received the refund. However when I try and contact the customer care number I receive no answer and writing emails to Jabong care is useless. No one has even responded after sending repeated emails. A customer query is ignored here and this is very frustrating. Jabong used to be my oen of my favorite websites for online shopping but I don think ill ever want to use it again and would recommend my friends also not to. Same issue with Flipkart or Amazon would have been resolved in 24-48 hours.

                                Beware of Jabong App. Your data is not secured at all. I was able to see another person's account details in my App. I'm sure there are many like that and none of the information shareed with Jabong are secured. Please uninstall the App immediately and deactivate your account from Jabong. When I called the customer care service, they hung up on me after waiting for so long in the queue. I would not recommend this app, especially after the upgradation of the App. I do not want to upload the screen shot as the details belong to another person, and it would not be good to reveal someone else's information.

                                  I had purchased a ucb t shirt worth rs 772 from fraud jabong. Later i found the size was too large for me, so i requested an exchange for the same t shirt size m, according to jabong policies. A pick up guy came to my address and picked up the product in a good and unusable condition, with the tags and everything intact.

                                  My details-

                                  Please note: the product has already been purchased by me with rs 772, its only an exchange of size, so i do not require to pay, only jabong is suppose to deliver the exchanged product.

                                  Later when i tracked my item, it says "product could not be dispatched anymore" and "request closed"

                                  Since then i have tried to contact several times with their customer care[protected] through phone and emails. I have also written several mails to their "chief manager" and "head of customer care". No one replies the call, or answer the mails to let me know what happened to my purchased product.

                                  Now i feel cheated. Neither any refunds, neither the product delivery or answering back with my queries. They have looted my money and from so many others like me.

                                  Please please investigate this. There may be a big scam going on. There are many sufferers of jabong frauds like me. Please help us, please take action against the company and its ceo sanjeev mohanty.

                                    I placed an order for a pair of Louis Philippe formal shoes (Order # C[protected] on May 21st.Till date I have not received the shoes despite multiple follow ups.

                                    To my surprise they were lying all along. I was told that the delivery attempt was made but I was not available, which actually never happened. Chief Manager promised me after multiple follow ups that it will be resolved soon. Nothing happened and again after a few days of follow ups, I was told another lie by Jabong that delivery was made and I rejected the product stating it was an incorrect product, which again NEVER happened. I Nevere ever received the product whether incorrect or correct. Now as of 11th June, I'm told that I need to place the order again after wasting so much time and money on calls.

                                    How can jabong lie again and again ?

                                    This fraud jabong thieves know only few words, Apology, regret, inconvenience. Nothing more.they only talk nonsense. But they will never take an action.

                                      There is no existence of Head Customer Care or Chief Manager.

                                      I had paid Rs. 1685.26/- for the following items. Whereas I received the confirmation only for refund of Rs. 1166/-...I have been seeking chasing these Jabong guys for refund of balance of Rs. 518.88/-.

                                      1. Aviator Sunglasses (Grey Color)
                                      2. WAyfarer Sunglasses (Blue color)
                                      3. Wayfarer Sunglasses (Brown color)

                                      I have not recieved the refund of Rs. 518.88/- yet and there is no response on email and telephonically as well.

                                        Hi my name is arjun, here is the order no [protected], I orders a levis belt but size was so small thats why i raised a request to exchage and mention in return slip also that size is small, but after exchange these guys again send me the same thing with small size now i cant fill any exchange request whenever i try to call them no body accept even they r not replying my emails also, pls help
