I ordered shoes and a pair of briefs a month ago (Order no. [protected]) on 5th jun'16. On delivery, i found out the shoes were a little worn out and seemed of cheap quality and instead of a pair, i only got one brief.
When i asked for returning it, they said that someone would come and pick it up from their side but nothing happened for more than a week and after calling them again, they said that reverse pick up can't be done on my location due to some reason.
"how can you deliver at my location and then tell me reverse pick up is not available for the same address?"
I even asked them, if i can go to their pick up center in a nearby area and give the product there, they refused again saying it's not in the "policy".
I was asked to mail them through a private courier which cost me around rs 225 and according to their 'policy', they'd only return rs. 160/kg and the rest of the amount should be from my pocket. (I havent even gotten that amount back yet.)
After being 'forced' to use private courier services, when the product reached them, i received a call from them saying, the shoes that i ordered weren't in the package and they have received a different colored, cheaper brand shoes instead and the brief wasn't in the package also.

I asked them to share the image of the package they received, as i covered the entire package with cello tape and wrote the address in my own handwriting and i'd recognize it and they denied saying it's not in the company 'policy' and are saying they can't do anything about it but return the product they received.
Today, i got some used shoes from them which they 'claim' i sent. Those shoes aren't even of my size. Also, i received them in the same us polo shoe box which i had ordered before and guess what, it doesn't have the cello tape markings. I put cello tape on the box also and if someone would remove them, of course part of the paper would tear off with the tape but this box doesn't look the same in which i sent my shoes.
This is completely fraudulent from their side. They are trying to cheat customers like this.
