Hi

I had placed an order having order id [protected] on 16th july which was expected to be delivered by 23rd july but it has not been delivered yet,
I am not even able to contact their customer care, it is always busy, wrote an email but they didn't replied.
Tracking id fjp106968 of courier service bd express also doesn't seems to be correct as i am not able to track this courier online on bd express website.
Can someone please assist me in tracking this order?

          I have ordered 3 products from jabong which costs more than 2000 rs and received no status updates from jabong. Daily i am calling on customer care number, but they keep me on hold for around 30 min sand call got disconnected. They are befooling customers.

          Also for one product refund initiation has done but no refund came till date.

          Please refund money to my account asap

            I had returned a product that are found absolutely not matching with what i thought the product would be. I did initiated the return through my app and thought there would be any problem but guess what! they have an absolute ridiculous app!! It asked for my card number as well as a/c no...n mixed both of them. Thus, I called them asking why is so long...and mind u the call is not even free which they've made a tradition not to pick up unless its already 10 mins past the call. So rest assured they will pick up your call after making u listen to their Jabong song for 10 mins. Then, i got to know that the bank details weren't right so no return being!! great!! what a customer service!! they don't even call back informing that the refund hasn't been there and why!!! Then again after going through the whole process and submitting correct details, having the confirmation email with the correct details, after all initiation of the refund they did, there hasn't been any refund.!! its been 4 days!! All my friends have stopped using this app after what I am going through!! its absolutely pathetic and disgusting of them!! REFUND MY MONEY!!

              Hi i have 1620 rs refund amount in my jabong credits account.
              When i requested for a refund from jabong.com. They said me that it would be refunded to jabong account so that it can be reused for future purchases at jabong.
              But recently when i checked my account my jabong credits were not there also when i checked further they say that they have converted my credits to gift voucher and they have mailed me the details. But i have never recived such mail also now when i am trying to contac them there is no responce also there customer care is also not picking up phone calls. I emailed them again and again but no reply. It fills me with high disaapointment to understand that they do not even read the mail. I just need the refund [rs.1620 amount asap.

                With reference to the given above subject had initiated return for 3 items, same has been collected a week back. However no refund initiated for 2 and for 1 initiated but still hasn't hit the bank account. Have been trying to reach the customer care since last two weeks and for hours the number is kept on hold. Even have dropped two/three mails with no reply. I am surprised with the kind of after-sale service they have. Its pathetic to the core, they seem to be completely unreachable. Please initiate and get the money refunded to resolve the issue asap.

                  I had placed an order on 7th july. (order id: [protected])
                  There was an issue with the size of the product and other sizes were not available, so i applied for the return of the product. its been 15 days since i had requested for the return and no one has come yet to pick up the product! when i tried to call at the customer care number, i was kept on hold for 30 minutes and later disconnected! highly disappointed by your services. hoping the issue gets resolved as soon as possible!

                      I ordered shoes and a pair of briefs a month ago (Order no. [protected]) on 5th jun'16. On delivery, i found out the shoes were a little worn out and seemed of cheap quality and instead of a pair, i only got one brief.
                      When i asked for returning it, they said that someone would come and pick it up from their side but nothing happened for more than a week and after calling them again, they said that reverse pick up can't be done on my location due to some reason.
                      "how can you deliver at my location and then tell me reverse pick up is not available for the same address?"
                      I even asked them, if i can go to their pick up center in a nearby area and give the product there, they refused again saying it's not in the "policy".

                      I was asked to mail them through a private courier which cost me around rs 225 and according to their 'policy', they'd only return rs. 160/kg and the rest of the amount should be from my pocket. (I havent even gotten that amount back yet.)

                      After being 'forced' to use private courier services, when the product reached them, i received a call from them saying, the shoes that i ordered weren't in the package and they have received a different colored, cheaper brand shoes instead and the brief wasn't in the package also.

                      I asked them to share the image of the package they received, as i covered the entire package with cello tape and wrote the address in my own handwriting and i'd recognize it and they denied saying it's not in the company 'policy' and are saying they can't do anything about it but return the product they received.

                      Today, i got some used shoes from them which they 'claim' i sent. Those shoes aren't even of my size. Also, i received them in the same us polo shoe box which i had ordered before and guess what, it doesn't have the cello tape markings. I put cello tape on the box also and if someone would remove them, of course part of the paper would tear off with the tape but this box doesn't look the same in which i sent my shoes.

                      This is completely fraudulent from their side. They are trying to cheat customers like this.

                            On 2nd july i placed order for 2 products.. I received d items on 7 july.. It didnt fit me in size... I filed a return request on 15th by home pick up... U waited for 5 days after the return request was made till 20 july but... Non came for home pick up... I mailed jabong they said... Courier person called and i didnt picked d calls... So jabong has cancelled my return request... I requested jabong to reprocess my return request... N till date jabong only said they will contact... But all in vain. Wat will i do with d clothes that dont fit me

                              I had placed an order with jabong.com through the jabong app vide order id [protected] and order id [protected] on 15th july, 2016 and 10th july 2016 respectively comprising of the following products :

                              1. Campus sutra peach solid shorts - rs. 373.96 (Order id [protected])
                              2. Liebemode beige solid tube top - rs. 1115.63 (Order id [protected])
                              3. Harpa peach colored printed maxi dress - rs. 669.38 (Order id [protected])
                              4. Next eyelet swimsuit - rs. 2082.78 (Order id [protected])

                              I have received the delivery of all the products and i want to return some of the above products. However, the jabong app as well as the website is not yet updated.                                 This is regarding order ID: [protected] placed under the email address: [protected]@gmail.com. I placed a return request on the jabong website, however it stated that the return request cannot be placed from my address. Then I gave a call to your CSR and she said that she will manually place a return request from my address and she also gave me the reference no: 31404868 wherein a return request shall be initiated within 5 days and this was done more than a week ago and I am yet to hear from any one. I tried to give a call to you people however I was kept on hold in the IVR for minutes and was then disconnected. I have been a regular customer of Jabong and mistakes are acceptable, but such unprofessional behaviour is not. Hope you will look into this

                                  I have ordered one product on july 19.In track item it is showing that the product dispatch status is delayed because the product is not available. But why they allowed to order when the product was not available.

                                  Even i can see in the current products list that the product is available. They are simply fooling.
                                  Nobody is answering calls. They put on hold every time as if its programmed.
                                  No responses to 5-6 mails since three days.
                                  Its pathetic. Its kind of mental harassment.

                                    I am being calling customer care no, but no response to the same almost for 20 mins. Called several time but situation didn't changed. As per their return policy, product to be returned within 15 days, i am already losing 2 days due to non response.

                                      I had ordered 3 lipsticks from jabong that were delivered on 11th of july and one lipstick was completely damaged dat it came out from the case. I had tried to cal jabong and nobody is picking up i must have deducted mre than 100 bucks in just calling them and yet no response.
                                      Than i tried to cntact through mail no response from them. I had already raised the complaint procedure. Also i tried to contact jabong thru fb page and shared the snapshot dey acknowledged dat they will initiate the process but until now nthin has happened.

                                        I haven't received my product till date despite calling jabong guys continuously over 5 days and contantly being promised of the delivery by numerous executives and senior authorities as well but to avail. I had placed my order on 13 july 2016 and the said delivery time is 11 days and its 26 of july 2016 and still waiting. Due to which i have canceled the order for which the complain number is mentioned. I am awaiting for the reply from jabong as well as for the refund of the said product which is rs. 1440.60.
