Its been more than 4 months since i returned the product and i am trying every possible thing to contact them, but those people arent even replying replying to my mails. And thanks to their customer care service through phone i got no response.

It makes me a total fool of myself how i am asking them to give me my own money which they havent yet.
Word of advise for new people please avoid shopping on jabong as it make no sense for me that why arent they replying or repaying me back

Please look into the matter and revert

      I have placed an order for pink jacket on 22nd july 2016 having order id number [protected]. The product should have been delivered by friday 27th july 2016 but has yet not been delivered, rather it has still not been dispatched. Also i am calling jabong customer care number since 28th july 2016 but nobody is answering the call.

      Request you to look into this and assist us asap.

        My order no is [protected]. I cancelled the order on july 24th 2016, i haven't received my refund of rs.2016/- they aren't receiving any phone calls or replying to emails. There is no response from their end. They just send messages asking to confirm return, when is it has not been done.

        I wish to know the status of my refund. I have received messages asking for confirmation of return, but no return has been generated.

          I placed an order on the 16th of july, 2016 with jabong, already payed for via debit card. The product status on the jabong site showed "confirmed" even when it was delivered. The product is defected and when I tried to contact Jabong, there was no response at all! I cancelled the order on the website, and the order status now shows " order cancelled and refund initiated" and that " the product has not been dispatched and has been returned to the warehouse".
          Neither have they collected the product from me, nor have I received a refund!
          I tried calling, e-mailing and texting jabong regarding this issue a number of times but I got zero response.
          I have to return the product and get my money back, how do I do it, if Jabong does not respond ?

          It has been over a month since the order was placed, and even after fulfilling all the formalities asked of me by Jabong, there is zero response from Jabong!
          Never have I ever went through such mental torture against online shopping!
          Jabong sucks, big time!
          Horrible customer handling!
          As asked by Jabong, E-mailed the order number to '[protected]@jabong.com' at around 3:19pm on the 3rd of August, 2016.
          Still no update or response regarding the mentioned issue!

            I have order from Jabong.com on 25th July. As per below details expected delivery date was 1st Aug. But I haven't got any update from Jabong about product dispatch and delivery. And After calling 6 times they picked the call and asking to cancel the order or make complaint on which they will revert by in next 48 hrs.

            Even I have sent 8 mails to their customer care and chief manager on 28th July but not response from them at all.

              I have returned my parcel to the company... Bt refund is not done yet.. It has been 10 days over since the returning my parcel... My order id is [protected]. They said that refund is done, while nothing credited at all. Pls give my money back... And improve your service.. I had also written to the jabong care but i didnt get a single response.                   I want to bring to your notice a complaint regarding the customer service that you provide to us. When i am trying to reach your customer care helpline number, it is not being picked at all. My repeated calls are not being answered by jabong executives. I am kept on hold with a repeatedly irritating advertisement tune like forever.
                  With addition to this, the status of my order on jabong app says that the dispatch of my order has been delayed. I placed this order (Order no. [protected]) on 24th jul and it is still not dispatched! It's been 10 days. Plus i've paid online, are you robbing my money!
                  I was quite happy with jabong customer support initially but it seems like your service has been degrading constantly!

                    The ORDER ID [protected] was picked up on 27th July 2016 but i still havent received any confirmation nor refund initiation from Jabong. Please look into the issue. The service from Jabong is very slow and there is no response from customer care to my mails.
                    Also the customer care number provided on their website is of no use as we are never able to reach the customer care executive. They just keep the customer on hold.

                      Dear sir/ madam, this is in the refrence to my order number - [protected] from jabong.Com and awb no. Is unjdbc1020416 i am not happy with the material. I called on their toll free / customer care..[protected] so many times buy they didn't answered the call, their customer service is pathetic, never connected.

                        Not credit in my a/c.
                        I spoke to your representative she asked me to send my bank statement. I did same but they did not reply, their customer service is pathetic, never connected. Representatives reireted the same things.

                          I have requested for return of the product through email, i have not heard any reply from jabong.

                          I am unable to contact the customer care number as it is always busy.

                            I had placed an order on jabong on 10th july which was delivered to me on 16th july and the very same day i initiated a return since i did not like the fitting. Now after quite sometime when no agent came to my address nor did i get a call, i made several calls to their helpline: [protected] which never connected me to any of their associates. On 30th of july i finally was able to talk to an associate after the call got connected. She told me that the return was never initiated and that it was a site error, so she reinitiated a return with ticket number:[protected]. She told me pick up would be done within next 3 days, but no action was taken, no calls, neither did i get a confirmation message for the return or a call back for the same. I tried calling them continuously yesterday, monday, 1st august without nay response which leads me to believe that they have blocked my calls for some reason. I don't want any of this. I want to return the product and get my money back

                              I ordered a waistcoat from jabong on 14 july. My order id is [protected]. I paid using debit card and i haven't got refund. I cancelled my order on 17 july before it was shipped. I got few messages from company that refund has been initiated please confirm it. I haven't got my money. I double checked it with bank. I tried to contact on [protected] that is customer care number but no one picks it up and emailed them but no replies. Please help in getting me my refund money

                                First issue
                                I was attempting to order the below with my hdfc bank credit card with coupon code hdfc10 for 10% discount. the app showed the discount code applied but took payment in full without considering the discount.

                                Second issue
                                Slippers delivered against shoes
                                Wrong product with wrong label delivered. flawed jabong system.
                                No customer care executive has called back even after it was promised.

                                    I ordered a shirt which i asked for refund. I ordered on 14th july 2016, got this on 20th july. Didn't like the quality, so asked for a refund. Got some mails saying refund has been initiated, but it has been 1st august, still i've not got my refund... Please help.. My order id is [protected]. It's been too much time since then, still no calls, emails nothing confirming my refund, also called jabong the other day, no one actually replied.. It was a never ending loop hole, i could not even find an attendee who will actually answer my call.

                                      I tried calling jabong customer care like 10 times a day and no one is picking up. Dropped up an email 8 times didn't got any reply there also.

                                      There are two products i want to return but on the website the status of the order is not updated yet.
                                      So i am not able to generate the return request and as usual no one is attending my call on the customer care number.
                                      Can you please help me to generate a return request for this and schedule a pickup from the same address where delivery was done. Mentioning the details below.

                                        I order 2 product from jabong -

                                        This product i ordered on 12th july, and it got delivered on 20th july, since size was an issue so i was requested for return this product, jabong person came and collected the item, since then i am getting sms and mail regarding my amount refund, but i did not get my money yet, and in status its showing issue closed.

                                        2. order no. - [protected]

                                        In this ordered i ordered 2 product, both product i received but not with the size what i ordered, i received smaller size, so i want to return or change the product, but in order details both these product is not yet updated, its still showing that its in process, so i am not able to raise a return/change request.

                                        I called customer care multiple times but no response (phone always on hold), i mailed also to jabong ([protected]@jabong.com) but from there also no response.

                                        I am really very fedup with jabong, and now i am worry about my refund money that is close to 4000 rs.
