Order no.: [protected] was placed on 14th june 2016 3 items in these 2 items was delivered by 21th june 2016. However rest 1 item i. E. A black polo t-shirt was not received and they said that they will refund my amount rs.586.95 and they receive back that t-shirt due to some faults. Jabong claims that the money has been refunded on 30th june 2016 (Rs.586.95/-), however as you can see it does not show in the bank statement attached below. And now they give me an arn number "75503726183008998206516" and the bank claims they have not recieved any such number. I have attached files below (The order, the bank statement, the arn no.).

Sorry? Seriously? I’m the one who should be sorry here. Sorry for making the mistake of purchasing from your company. You have given me nothing but inconvenience and headaches of more than a month. Countless hours of phone calling, emailing, filing complaints, and yet, what do I get? Another one of your typical “we will contact you in a while”. Kindly enlighten me, how do you define a “while”? One week? Month? Year? How ironical of you to call your team as ‘care’ team when all it does is keep making me wait until I get sick of waiting and give up. Let me warn all fellow customers here, do not fall into these people’s tricks. I do not know what happened, but this company itself returned my t-shirt and never made an effort to refund the money to me. Not only am I left without a purchase, but also lose my money. So, in the end, my purchase was basically giving Jabong my hard earned money to buy a huge load of tension and exasperation. I don’t even expect any response to this comment of mine. Perhaps one of the cliche “we are sorry for your inconvenience…” by one of the automated bots. I don’t expect to get my money. But I do expect all the readers of this post to be warned against the predicament they are getting themselves into while purchasing from Jabong.

      What the hell is going on i am waiting for the to be picked from my premises and i am keep getting message from past 3 days for rpu but no one visited my place and at the day end i got message that attempt for rpu was failed may i know the reason why that has been failed no one visited my place for pick so how it got failed i need my exchange order asap and i want pick up to be done by today at any how or else i will post this on social media showing your patchiness and pathetic services you u dont know how to reply on the email and how to work for the customers now i dont want replacement i want my refund back.

      No they have sent me an email that they will try to attempt the same for 3 times and if that is not true

        Hi,

        I have returned a product received in the order no. [protected]. The product was picked up on june 17th, the status of the order became refund initiated. Now, even more than one month has passed i have not received the refund amount.

        In jabong android app,
        Under my orders: status is 'refund initiated'
        Under my returns : status is request closed'

        I have been constantly calling customer care and even dropping emails but they do not receive the call and reply back to the emails.

        Please suggest me how can i get back my money.

        Same issue happened, i had returned the item on 12th of september, they told me the refund is initiated on 1st october but till now i havent got my refund even after taking all the necessary measures with bank, after providing the bank statement, one issue occurred and it came to our notice that it was a finance team mistake of crediting the amount to different customer on 1st october and credit my account with another customer refund, it happened to be a case of cross refund, but till now no resolution provided by jabong, the amount is also big of rs 6456 that you cant forget

          I bought the multicolored top from jabong wherein it clearly states that the product is eligible to be returned. Also I have shared the picture of it on the mail with Jabong. The day I received the product, I checked it and dint like it so decided to return. When I checked their site, return option was disabled and stated I need to call customer service. I called up customer service 5-6 times and no one picked up the call after a waiting period of 6 minutes and call got disconnected from customer care side. I wrote the whole scenario to their team on mail and no response received. I believe their customer care is fake.

          I have not received any response from jabong team. Moreover, they have Freezed the entry and now it's showing blank wherein I could see that specific product I ordered.worst customer service I could ever think of
          Same thing in my case too.

            I have raised the complaint with complaint number 31210598 for order number [protected] for the replacement of crocs with size 10 but there has not been any reply from your side. Customer care number is also not responding. Even after repeated calling and emails they aren't responding i have spent 1715 rs. On crocs and requested for replacement of size 10. Last time i had same experience after ordering puma shoes with same issue. Sir i request you to look into the matter asap and if it is not possible to exchange ths product kindly refund the amount.             I want to exchange my order [protected] to another product because the colour of the product is different from the photo provided by Jabong and the size of the T-shirt is also too big but the customer care services of Jabong. com are not responding.Even after repeated calling and emails they aren't responding i have spent 1079 rs. on this.                   I want to return the two kurtas ordered under order id [protected] on 10.07.2016. I ordered them as guest user. When i received the products on 15.07.2016, i found them to be defective.
                  Since i ordered them as guest user, so i cannot find a way to return them. I called the customer care, but they are utter useless as they are not attending the call.
                  Also http://support. Jabong.com/ page is down, so i am not able to post complain there also.

                    I have ordered a mufti shirt from jabong on 3rd july. It is a prepaid order. It was supposed to deliver on 10th july. But the order is not delivered till now.
                    Customer care is not picking up the call. There is no response and update regarding the order from jabong. Even there is no order cancellation button on the site. Worst experience in online shopping till now. I simply want the refund.

                            I have got the wrong refund of order number [protected].
                            This order consist of three items as follows:
                            Spykar blue washed low rise skinny fit jean size 32

                            Spykar navy blue solid low rise skinny fit jeans size 32

                            Jack & jones navy blue solid slim fit waistcoats size l.

                            I have placed the individual return request for second and third item.
                            After this i have changed my mind, and decided to go ahead with
                            The return of third item only. I have given only third item to yours executive
                            In reverse pickup. I still have second item with me. But you have refunded
                            Me amount of second item. How you can refund me the amount of item
                            I still have with me? That was the wrong refund. You should refund me
                            Amount of third item. Please solve the mistake from your end and initiate
                            The refund of third item. I think this is the mistake of reverse pickup guy
                            Who have swapped two items.

                            I have written three mails to them still no reply. Customer care number is not
                            Working and just keep us waiting. No reply even after waiting for ten minutes on customer care number. Its a pain number and just increases ours will. Jabong was the company with good service. But now they have worst service.

                              I had cancelled my order on jabong. order no is [protected]. cancellation was confirmed on tuesday[protected]:42p. m.. i received a mail saying refund will be done in the form of credits in your jabong account within 24 hours. unfortunately it's been over 48 hours i haven't received the refund yet.

                                    I initiated a return for one of my orders (order no [protected]) on 5th july 2016 bearing return id 30718773. till date there is no communication from their side. status is showing as pending for pick up. i launched a complaint with them over mail with complaint id 30885246 on 9th july 2016 and they promised a resolution within 5 days which was all in vain. and most annoying fact is they are unreachable over phone. all that you here is an automated voice in a never ending loop.
                                    I am still waiting for my return to be picked up. this is pathetic and i expect a instant resolution from their side.

                                    I ordered one Kurtis from jabong. Quality is very bad. I want to return that Kurtis bcz it is a defective piece there was a huge cut on one side of Kurti. Since 15 days I have been calling and sending emails to customer care but I got no response. This is seriously ridiculous.
                                    Kindly take a look into this.

                                      My order # [protected] was cancelled without any particular reason and as per your customer care team the refund was processed on 27 June 2016 but haven't received the funds in my account yet. There is no update from #jabong's side on this issue despite of my frequent calls/mails and that's why I am forced to post it here. I have provided all the details they have asked for but they didn't come back to me with a solution on the issue.
                                      How can I formally legally move on this issue?
