Hi,
I have returned a product received in the order no. [protected]. The product was picked up on june 17th, the status of the order became refund initiated. Now, even more than one month has passed i have not received the refund amount.
In jabong android app,
Under my orders: status is 'refund initiated'
Under my returns : status is request closed'
I have been constantly calling customer care and even dropping emails but they do not receive the call and reply back to the emails.
Please suggest me how can i get back my money.
