The most pathetic experience of having buy a product from you. I ordered a Redtape brown shoe on 15th July 2016 and at that time the deliver date showed was 26th July 2016. It had been 28th and the product was not delivered. The price of the product wasRs.2018 plus Rs 30 for gift wraps, so the total was Rs 2048. Late delivery, product destroyed, charges for gifts wrap taken but not provided. It feels like I have been cheated. Customer helpline not responding on calls as well as email. I tried to contact the helpline for complaints regarding my issue no response from there end.

Shopping at Jabong is a big NO from my end. I would certainly recommend all my known person not to shop from you.

    This order was placed by a friend on July 13th or 14th. This has not been delivered till now. No body bothers to attend the calls nor did I get any response of my emails.       I had ordered 3 product from Jabong on 16 July with order no [protected] expected date of delivery has already passed I.e 26 July, Despite failing in sending the products, they give me a 24& 48 hours deadline for revert back. Although they had credited the money on the same day but failed to provide my products or a satisfactory refund readressal, completely fooling the customer with their dissatisfactory, unprofessional & false commitment.

        My order no. is [protected].I placed my order on 18th July and it was to be delivered on 23 July. The order is still not delivered but on your site it is showing as delivered(pathetic). Your call center is not picking up any call or mail. This is very unprofessional of Jabong and you will lose many customers like me if you keep doing this.


        Please deliver my product or initiate refund.

              My order no [protected]. I received my puma pant via a third party jabong courier service on july 8th.as the size was not fitting i wanted to either return it or exchange it. But when i went to track order in jabong app.the product is still in transit status its july 30th today and still the product has not changed to delivered status without which i cannot initiate return. I have been trying to contact the customercare via mail for last 20 plus days. But they have not replied to my mails and no action taken. Kindly take necessary action and resolution for me.                   Hi, I have written below message 3 days back to customer service/manager Jabong.com. and no response received till now.

                  This is regrading order no : [protected] @ Jabong.com, and it shows the current status as per below -

                  Product has returned back to warehouse.

                  We see that this product has been returned back to our warehouse. Please call customer service on [protected] or write to us at [protected]@jabong.com for more information.

                  So i have below question :
                  1. how to talk to you guys ? through customer service ? not at all possible as i have tried multiple times. thats the reason i am writing mail.

                  Hope i will get response.

                  2. as per current status : "Product has returned back to warehouse.
                  --" then why informing now ? i mean why not before. what will be the further action.

                  and who is going to pay for this delay.

                  And this is my first experience with Jabong acquired by Myntra company. i hope ll get response sooner.

                          Im writing to you since issues with jabong and the unethical way it conducts business is really disturbing.
                          I had a horrible experience on jabong site, starting with receiving my first order.

                          1: fake products - fraud by jabong - the apparel sent was not as advertised on the site and was super cheap material that even a road-side retailer won't sell. See image attached.

                              After my multiple attempts to connect to customer care representative, i wrote this following msg on jabong's official webpage on facebook. But last 3-4 days there is no response from them though they are replying to other people's posts and concerns. Now they have started deleteing my msgs from their fb webpage. They never connect me to their representative though i had waited for 15-15 mins.
                              Following is the msg which i wrote to jabong. Kindly read and help me.

                              (Un) dear jabong... I bought 4 footwear from your website and initiated return for 2 pairs around 15-16 days back on your website. But... No one has come yet to pick up the products. I had been trying to connect to customer care representative, but all of my 12 calls got wasted even though i waited for 10-10 mins on each call to be connected. I also wrote 5 mails. 3 on [protected]@jabong.com and 2 on [protected]@jabong.com... But looks like jabong just does not care. I am highly disappointed and upset about this experience with jabong. You guys never reply to mails, never call back. Not responsible and professional. Feels like i am done with jabong. Keeping jabong informed that i initiated the return (For 2 pairs of footwear) 15 days back and it will not be my fault if it crosses the return date. For gods sake... Call back, arrange for someone to pick up the products from my residence and refund the money back into my bank account (Details has been already shared on the website by me).                                 My order no. [protected] (1 product delivered other 2 jot delivered) & [protected] (2 items ;nothing delivered) placed on 13th july 2016 and delivery assured on 23rd july 2016 both are completely delayed and not delivered yet. both orders are worth rs. 4, 129.25/-

                                Meanwhile i tried to talk to jabongs customer care executives but the response was only that they will try & raise a complain but no assurance of getting the product on time or not even a date by which i will get the product.

                                Some days back after no responce i again talked to jabongs executive & they said that i will get a call back from their supervisor but no i haven’t received any

                                And now no one is answering customer care no. as well

                                  I ordered a Track pant from jabong.com on 15 july 2016. I ordered it and made payment online. Since that day there is no status confirmed for the order. Customer care is not picking up the phone. It is mentioned that my order has been dispatched through BD express and is in transit but the courier company says they dont have any Parcel of jabong and Jabong.com is faking and Mentioning there Name by providing fake tracking ID. Please take appropriate action and help me to get my order or refund if they are unable to dispatch or whatever.

                                  Even 4-5 more people had the worst experience with JABONG.

                                    Can i please ask where is my said product lying till now. I had placed this order on 14th of july 2016, and today it's 28th of the month. But i don't see a single updates from you guys. I ordered this product to present as a gift to my husband on his birthday on 23rd july, and it was mentioned that the order would be delivered by 23rd, that's the reason i placed the order from your site because rest other sites were showing a delayed date of delivery which i didn't want. But you guys spoiled my surprise on his birthday, spoiled my mood like any thing bcoz i didn't get a single updates from you guys regarding my order except the order confirmation message. Do you realize how much is the cost of the watch? It's almost 14000 rs. It's not a small amount that you people are playing around with your customer.

                                    My husband and me have tried calling to your customer care service several (More than 10 times till 28th july) times since 25th july 2016 till today, but no one is able to provide us the proper detail of the condition of our product. First of all your customer care service is worst in the world, they won't even bother to pick up the call, and secondly if they pick also, they don't have any information about the product, always they have only one excuse (I. E. There is some technical problem, that's why its getting delayed). What do u think? We are fools out here to believe your technical problems from past 5 days. It was showing under the tracking details on 25th july 2016 that the product have reached to our destination. Does it take 5 days to deliver the product from the warehouse to our place. What technical problems one could have in delivering the product from warehouse to the ultimate customer. What technical problems the concerned delivery person could have, tell me?. And today (28th july'15) i got the message at 9 am saying that the product is out for delivery, but i don't see anyone coming up with the product to my place till now. Does it take 20 days for you people to deliver a single small product?

                                    I will make sure i will file a complaint against you (Jabong) in the consumer court for cheating your customers and not living up to the said expectations of your own "so called" standards set up and for disguising the customers. You people are getting into my nerves now. I have waited enough till today. I would do whatever i have said above and i will also make sure that i put this review on all the social networking site with which you are connected to the public. Let the public know your reality and your pathetic service procedure.

                                      Hi my order id is [protected] placed on 16th july and already paid for. Still i haven't received any update from them. The least they can do is respond through customer care but even that is irresponsible. I have tried mailing them and calling them but no one responds. If they're not able to deliver then why not close the app till flipkart takes over.

                                        What happened jabong customer care?
                                        Is it alive or dead? I have been trying to reach @[protected] since yesterday and i called more than 20 times and i was on hold on minutes together but still no response.. If no response or no communication how can i get my problem solved

                                        I would like to know why the status of the below order ids is 'delivery unsuccessful'.

                                        Was there any delivery attempt? I have not received any call or sms from your delivery partner regarding the delivery. But still i don't understand why is this status.

                                        I had placed these two orders on 17th july and waited for 10 days. Most annoying and disguising here is the status is 'delivery unsuccessful' and the products were sent back to ware house. I don't know whats happening here. No proper communication (Email/sms/call) from jabong. Worst services

                                        Refund recieved but as promised above by jabong, none from Jabong approached me till date regarding the stated orders
                                        One more thing to add - It is really disgusting to keep on waiting for more than 10minutes when I call customer care[protected] and no one attends the call . Surprisingly most of the time you get 'Busy' message when you try to reach[protected]

                                        Status currently is 'DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL' and the product has returned back to warehouse. It has been more than 10 days i placed this order. No proper communication or anything from Jabong's side.

                                        I have been trying to call the customer care no.: [protected], but no response whatsoever. It just goes on hold and no one answers.

                                        Jabong wake up!
