Hello,
I had placed an order on 27th june with the following order id: [protected].
The order was delivered on 2nd july, however the product size and fitting was not as expected.
Following which as per your customer-service executive i initiated an order return for refund via net-banking with all the details being correct.
However at the time of writing this complaint there is no update being provided about the return status nor is it being picked up.
Sent an email to your level 1 support team but they say there is no return initiated against my order. however on my side, under the order details it clearly says that a return has been initiated for this order.
Now i don't know what is going on, but i can't even cancel the return order to re-initiate a new return or anything.
Please check the 2 screenshots i have attached with this complaint.
At this point i feel like i am being scammed, please take a look into this matter as fast as possible.
Also none of your call-center executive pick up the call. been trying right now since 20 mins and not one call is being picked up, is this a deliberate attempt to scam a person?
I only want a refund as quick as possible please.

Complaint marked as Resolved I would like to update that the Jabong Support team has successfully resolved my issue. And a refund has been received via NEFT against my order.
