I have ordered adidas floaters. It should be delivered on 11 july and today is 17th july and still not got the order. I have done many calls at customer care but noone is picking up.
And now I'm getting mail that they cannot deliver the product. And I'm asking for the reason and they are not responding my mail too. Very bad service i have ever feel. Now i need product anyhow before 19th July because its for my brother as a birthday gift. If it takes more 5 6 days for delivery, no problem. But i need this because I ordered it during big discount which is not affordable now.

I tried calling to customer care since the last 2hrs there is no reponse at all I wanted to place my order which has been cancelled by me.
I ordered exchange for a product and my product ID is [protected] but still the size is too big and no smaller sizes are available for the same. I wish to return this product. I have been calling customer care since a week also dropped mails but no response. Please arrange a pick up

    Ref: order id [protected]

    The top was not delivered to my home because of delivery problem of courier service. therefore, the order was cancelled by www.jabong.com. the money was refunded to a different credit card of hdfc bank whereas my credit card is from ocbc bank of singapore. i wrote complaint to customer care and cheif manager, but they always promised me of resolution of issue. but they have now stopped responding to my email, issue is not resolved. kindly take care of the issue.

    It has already been cleared from their auto-generated email on 30th June that Jabong has refunded an amount of INR 838.95 to a credit card with HDFC bank against the disputed order, [protected]. But my credit card issuing bank is OCBC, Singapore. I have repeatedly sent them my bank statement of OCBC bank indicating that no refund of INR 838.95 was credited to my credit card with OCBC bank. But still they are not solving the issue. They are not admitting their mistake.


    Moreover, the manager was trying to confuse me with the previous refund against another order ((INR. 941, order no. [protected]). My bank statement indicates one refund against the order no. [protected]. He was telling me that there is no debit of INR. 941 in my bank statement. My bank statement indicates the debit of INR. 941, still he could not find this. I think this is the way to make me confuse.

    Jabong team is repeatedly calling my mother in India. As she was supposed to receive the order, I gave her name and mobile number for proper delivery of the product. My mom told them to contact me because I placed order and I have account in my name in Jabong. But the team member told that they don't want to talk to me, Mridula Biswas. The fact is that my mom cannot properly speak Hindi and English. So she is not able to make them understand the fact. Moreover, she is not aware of my account and credit card in Singapore.

    Still not solved. The chief manager is trying to give any illogical reason.

      Had ordered 2 shirts which were delivered on 5th july 2016. Order number are[protected] and [protected] had placed a request to return the same but till date it has not been picked up. Have raised the complaint 4 times but jabong ppl are shameless to give the same scripted answers. They do not call back. Pathetic n absolute 3rd class after sales service.. Help line no is of no help as it is never answered. Email is i for namesake as revert ks after 5 days. Take serious actions against such prepoterous theives who r jst looting ppl without any shame n self conscience.

        I have placed order [protected] and raised exchange order 30726104 and 30721578.
        This order item was picked up from my residence on 6th july. but after that also status is pending for pickup and and getting calls and messages for product pickup.
        Called customer care umpteen times but that doesn't work as they don't pick the call.
        If i go and check on website status is mentioned as pending for pickup.
        One of my friend faced the same issue as after some 15 days they will tell that exchange is expired and didn't exchange and refunded the money.

        But in my case they took the product also and sending courior boy for pickup and not refunding money. total amount to be refunded is 588.
        I have attached return pickup slip also and the status on site. i have wrote mail to customer care so many times but no reply.

        Waste of time in term of refund as no one is there is take your complain. As customer care is not taking calls.
        After doing so many follow-up I have got some reply from jabong. I got jabong voucher but that will expire in 90 days.Even though it has been mentioned that I needed my money back in account and provided them with the details they send coupon. Why would I waste my money buying on the same site. Please refund Mooney to bank account
        My friend is also facing the same issue with one his order [protected] .He wanted to exchange the product but that Status is still "product is not delivered" .When he got call from Jabong people they are asking him to do the return but he doesn't want that because they will return the money in Jabong credit and he doesn't want to keep his money into that. He is so frustrated and telling me why you recommended me to this website.

                Worst site for shopping.. i purchased denim shorts from this site but it's fitting was not according to my liking so i raised return request for the same. it's been 5 days but no response from your team. nobody has came to pick up the product and when i called your customer service number they only say that please wait your while call being answered. i don't know if they mean to wait till next year.
                Don't know how this company is still in existence.
                Myntra and flipkart still most reliable companies to shop.

                  I bought a pair of skechers running shoes from jabong but due to some issues i had to return the package. Subsequently, i filed a return request but it was never picked up by your courier partner and the amount is still stuck with jabong. It is causing me great anguish as neither i'm able to use the product nor return it since i cannot file another request from my end. I tried to contact jabong's customer service but my calls were never answered except one time and even then my issue was left unresolved since there was some technical issue according to the customer care executive. I also sent emails regarding the same but never heard from jabong.

                  It's been over 10 days since the return request was created but the package is still sitting here with me.
                  Please get the issue resolved as soon as possible!

                    This company is waste.For the second time in a row they dint deliver the product and kept on extending dates for the same product and same story again. I ordered one track suit and one jeans from them and its been ten days with no update.They dont pick up calls and also keep on telling me new dates everytime.They had cancel my order previously without my confirmation.What is going on? I needed that product urgently to gift it to someone on one occaision and they failed me.Due to their failed delivery i incurred loss of 3000 rupees which i shopped from another website at the last moment.I need to log a serious complaint against this company as i am the victim in a row for second time.I have all proofs with me.

                      I have ordered a clarks lifestyle shoes (find the same below in the mail chain) bearing order number :[protected] and tracking number jbnp[protected]. i have even made the payment of 2699.

                      I have booked this above product on sunday the 4th of july and in parallel i am also tracking the order in my jabong app but from past 2 days i can see no movement in the order status it is still in transit i. e.in shipment created status and place is not updated yet. i have sent a mail to jabong earlier today morning and i have no response from any one.

                      I am even trying to call jabong call center but as soon as i select the ivr options i only listen to music but i never had any discussion with call center representative yet

                        Hello,
                        I had placed an order on 27th june with the following order id: [protected].
                        The order was delivered on 2nd july, however the product size and fitting was not as expected.
                        Following which as per your customer-service executive i initiated an order return for refund via net-banking with all the details being correct.
                        However at the time of writing this complaint there is no update being provided about the return status nor is it being picked up.

                        Sent an email to your level 1 support team but they say there is no return initiated against my order. however on my side, under the order details it clearly says that a return has been initiated for this order.

                        Now i don't know what is going on, but i can't even cancel the return order to re-initiate a new return or anything.

                        Please check the 2 screenshots i have attached with this complaint.

                        At this point i feel like i am being scammed, please take a look into this matter as fast as possible.

                        Also none of your call-center executive pick up the call. been trying right now since 20 mins and not one call is being picked up, is this a deliberate attempt to scam a person?

                        I only want a refund as quick as possible please.

                        Trying from last 3days to exchange or return my product from jabong but from site its not working n calling to customer care 4m yesterday no reply just waiting this is so bad service not replying for mails n calls ...new orders r working in site but when i go to return option its not getting clicked im fadup of this.
                        I would like to update that the Jabong Support team has successfully resolved my issue. And a refund has been received via NEFT against my order.

                          I ordered a boxer which was delivered to me few days back. i didnt try the item as it was way bigger than what i expected it to be. i asked the delivery boy to take the item back he asked me to place a return request online. where i found out that i cant return this item. this whole set up is a hoax. i feel totally misled. kindly accept a return and refund my money. i totally understand that undergarments are not subject to refund but this was a mistake totally from the company's side. any e commerce company can clear their surplus large sized garment stock this way and the customers will have to suffer. kindly take the product back and refund my money else i ll have to take further actions the ensure a fairplay

                            I am highly disappointed with the jabong service. I have ordered a dress id [protected] from jabong delivered by java courier service which has a size issue. In order to return it i tried to contact the customer care unit and gave mail but they are not responding to any of it. I also tried the easy return option available in my order section bt it said that pick up is not available from my address as it is clearly mentioned in the dress details that it has 15 days easy return and exchange. Please help me to return the dress.

                                My order id is [protected]. I ordered a blue us polo jeans and a black Levi's jeans both of which are defected. The blue us polo jeans has stains of red colour on it and d black Levi's jeans cannot even be called a black jeans. I tried to return the products using the mobile app but it shows error in review everytym. And the toll free no is a bust. No one is answering any of my calls and neither have I received a reply from [protected]@jabong.com about my emails for returning the product.

                                  My order no [protected] and want to return .I m sick of calling but there is no postive response .I m just fed up and regertING why I chosen the jabong .if my problem will nt solve for sure will go to consumer court as I have notice and seen on line tht most people are up set with jabong customer care .

                                    I had ordered the derby causal shoes one week ago (order no - [protected]). but i wanted to return that item due to some fit issue. so i had put that item for return on 30th june 2016. the scheduled date for return was 4th july 2016. today is 5th july 2016 and no one has come to return that item. i had called several times on customer care no[protected] but no one had answered my call. i respond to mail, which was generated on my return request, to [protected]@jabong.com. but from that side also, no one had responded. so i hope that you will not do so. please complete my return process as soon as possible by sending your associate at given location to return my item

                                      Allegation: 1. No update on the product delivery if schedule delivery date is delayed via phone call or sms or email.
                                      2. No customer relationship for those who make net banking payment.
                                      3. Product return limit is within 15 days. Even after delivery of the product and sending delivery confirmation SMS to customer, they dont activate the RETURN option at site i.e My orders.
                                      4. Customer care No.[protected] is a eye wash. They never attend the call and only repeatedly thanks customer for holding the call by saying "thank you for your patience".
                                      I want to return above product delivered within 15 days of delivery the product
