I had ordered a sisley multicolored tshirt on 16th july, 2016. After a complaint of the product not being delivered on time, they have updated that they have delivered it today (30th july, 2016) but neither did i receive a call from courier service nor have i received the product. The payment was done online through debit card. Customer care is not responding. Worst service by jabong. I seriously need my money back or a response as to where the product is.

    When i called to jabong customer care they just said that this product has been cancelled due to quality check.
    When i ask them:
    If this product does not pass your quality check then why this is still available for purchase online or do you have only one piece of the product or the tire stock of this product fails the quality check then it should not be available for purchase now.
    Then they said we apologize. that's it
    When i ask them to transfer the call to there manager the call was disconnected.
    They just blocked money for some days - gained interest out of it - fooled the customer and move on for another profit deal. the business model for jabong is just to fool the consumer.

    My orders # [protected] & [protected] are not yet received. I have sent mails to [protected]@jabong.com but in vain. Have also called jabong customer care but again no replies.
    Pl tell me where are my orders. If you cannot tell me anything about them, pl at least cancel both orders n return me the money.

      Hi,
      I have ordered park avenue grey solid slim fit chinos. and urbantouch blue checked regular fit casual shirt on july 16th.

      I got my casual shirt delivered but not chinos, in tracking it is showing that delivery unsuccessful. can i know the reason for it.
      I am not happy with so much delay in delivery. please reimburse amount into my bank account if not able to delivery the product.

      I sent the above mail details to [protected]@jabong. com on july 27, 2016 and followed it up on july 30, 2016 still no response from them

          Dear sir/madam,

          My order no. Is [protected] and my register email id with jabong is [protected]@gmail. Com. I had ordered nike track pant from jabong. Com on 18/07/2016. But after 4 days 2 days i had email to jabong for delivery, because it is showing 29 july which means it will take 11 days to deliver. But i had not received any email from jabong. On 23 i had cancel this order and on 24 i had received email from jabong that your refund is initiated and you will receive in maximum 5 to 7 days. It means by 29 i will receive refund amount but i had not received till now, it is 01 august today. I am calling regularly from 29 and they tell me that you will receive refund within 24 hrs. Or 48 hrs. Several times they said i think product will be delivered. I don't know what jabong team is doing, please help me in this regards.

            I did some shopping from jabong.com, but some products i did not like so i had to return .
            Not its been 1 month, my money is not refunded and when i am trying to contact customer service, calls are put on hold and no one receives (from 2 weeks).

            I would like you take some major steps . this is not at all entertaining .

            I had some amount in my Jabong account which they call jabong credits. Now suddenly they have removed those credits from my account. Also i am calling customer care but no one is attending.
            It's horrible experience.
            Still I didn't receive any calls.
            It's been 5 years I was shopping from this site and now I think I can't trust anymore.
            I just need my money back, please respond
            or I have to take this complain to next level.

              Hi,
              I have received my one product out of two on 24th of july. Order number [protected]. The product is not satisfactory at all. First of all the size doesn't fit me properly, it hurts when tried walking and it looks as i[censored]sed by someone, there were no tags attached to the sandal and it looks poor and not good. I hence want to return it. Frustrating jabong app in didn’t give me return option at all. After few days it did and the product is returned successfully. I have the receipt also but the app still doesn’t say its returned. It still says pick up initiated. Also i called more then 50times to customer care number[protected], i am on waiting all the time. It's so irritating to be on waiting and listen to ivr and hold tone for so long and always. Most horrible service i have ever experienced. You don't have 24/7 customer service too to call at night. As during day call never gets responded. Other customer service of myntra, flipkart are far so good. My other sandal of order number [protected] which i placed is sent back to warehouse without communicating to me. I see that in track order in app and i don’t even want that sandal now. I don’t know how can you sent product back to warehouse just like that and no refund yet. The status still says sent to warehouse and no refund provided to me for both the product.
              I hereby want my refund to be given soon and hence avoiding myself to give future court complaints as i already had bad days and mind frustrated because of jabong service. My contact number to be called is — [protected] and email address - [protected]@gmail. Com

                      I can see the status as "delivery unsuccessful and product has returned to warehouse please contact customer support".

                        I had ordered a product on 15th July and paid the money in advance, was to be delivered on 25th but there has been no delivery till date. Asked for a refund of my money but all the customer service guy does is that he/she escalates the matter to his manager and there is never a communication back from their end. Daily I waste 45 minutes to just get connected over and speak to an agent who eventually does nothing about it.
                        Having sold the company off, have you people sold your integrity and commitment too towards the customer.
                        I am harassed and the matter is serious because there had been utter neglect from the company towards my concerns.
                        I really want to file a suit and claim compensation now.

                          I ordered a pair of shoes from Jabong.com on 12th July 2016 and it was expected to be delivered by 21st July 2016.

                          on 19th July 2016 it showed that the product is out for delivery but since then I have not received this order.

                          Moreover, I have been consistently trying reaching to them over phone but each and every time the call is placed on waiting and no one answers and each time Rs.10 gets deducted.

                          I don't want your apologies I need my refund back ASAP . Your apologies won't do any good for me.
                          Moreover it is about to be a month now from when the order is placed.
                          In case if I decide to go to consumer court for the quick resolution, I am surely gonna claim the amount that is wasted over calls as well and I will also put into consideration the fact that how much you guys have harassed me up mentally as well.

                          Attaching the screenshot of your support services.
                          There are thousands of people facing the same issue and if you guys are not being able to refund back the money, your site needs to be closed as soon as possible so that no more people become a part of this fraud anymore.

                          I need my refund back ASAP.

                            My jabong return order with Return id 31321307 shows that the return request is closed and refund initiated in the form of jabong vouchers. But the same is not reflected in my jabong account. Please initiate the same. i am sharing the screenshot of the jabong page which shows that my request is closed.
                            I am highly dissatisfied with the services of jabong. I even tried calling on the customer care number bt got no response.
                            The pick up for the above return was arranged 15 days back and still no refund reflected. I want my money back or otherwise consumer court will be my next option.

                              We have been contacting jabong for last many days but despite follow ups they are not giving us our exchange items. Our order no is [protected]. We placed this order on 12 July. We received our item and requested for exchange. Their executive came to us on 18 july and took the items with a promise to deliver the items in next 2-3 days. We have receipts their written acknowledgement regarding the pick up.

                              However despite numerous calls, we are not getting our items. To add to our woes, they are showing their order status as delivered. on 21 July. We have been trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. Service of Flipkart and amazon is far better when it comes to refund and exchange. I am feeling harassed and cheated by their service.

                                  I had ordered my nike sneakers on 16th of july frm delhi estimated delivery date was 26th of july but i hadn't received it yet nike

                                    In February i placed order of 4 products and i returned one of the product. That time i received refunded amount as jabong credits but when i tried to use that amount i was not able to trace that amount in my jabong account.The details are as under-

                                      9th july ordered 2 products. A trouser & bag. I gave back the trousers for exchange & after a week they said they cant exchange it an will give me back my money on 23rd july. I sent them bank details on the same day and i haven't received the money yet.
                                      The worst part is i haven't received my bag yet! It been almost a month. I call the the customer service and its always busy. After half an hour of waiting you get connected to the customer exec and only the same reply that the complaint has been escalated blah blah.
                                      The bag is stuck in bhiwandi & when i call the courier company and they say that jabong did not send the documents which comew along the product which makes them not deliver the product.
                                      Please do something about it! I was supposed to gift that bag to my sister and it been over a month. Help me!

                                        I found my Jabong order got cancelled by them without my consent.

                                        This is unfair practice of retaining money for couple of weeks and later cancelling the order.
