Hi,
I have received my one product out of two on 24th of july. Order number [protected]. The product is not satisfactory at all. First of all the size doesn't fit me properly, it hurts when tried walking and it looks as i[censored]sed by someone, there were no tags attached to the sandal and it looks poor and not good. I hence want to return it. Frustrating jabong app in didn’t give me return option at all. After few days it did and the product is returned successfully. I have the receipt also but the app still doesn’t say its returned. It still says pick up initiated. Also i called more then 50times to customer care number[protected], i am on waiting all the time. It's so irritating to be on waiting and listen to ivr and hold tone for so long and always. Most horrible service i have ever experienced. You don't have 24/7 customer service too to call at night. As during day call never gets responded. Other customer service of myntra, flipkart are far so good. My other sandal of order number [protected] which i placed is sent back to warehouse without communicating to me. I see that in track order in app and i don’t even want that sandal now. I don’t know how can you sent product back to warehouse just like that and no refund yet. The status still says sent to warehouse and no refund provided to me for both the product.
I hereby want my refund to be given soon and hence avoiding myself to give future court complaints as i already had bad days and mind frustrated because of jabong service. My contact number to be called is — [protected] and email address - [protected]@gmail. Com

My orders # [protected] & [protected] are not yet received. I have sent mails to [protected]@jabong.com but in vain. Have also called jabong customer care but again no replies.
Pl tell me where are my orders. If you cannot tell me anything about them, pl at least cancel both orders n return me the money.
