i am trying from last few days for payment of difference of phase 1 policy .first payment is already made.there is no proper sight for login. today is last date for that policy.what should i do now. reply immediately.

What are the pricedure claiming refund of payment on account of mediclaim collected by jio earlier???

Dear JIO Team,
Jay jinendra My Self Milan Shah I m join with JIO since last 3 Years this year I renew the policy in October 5 Lacs Family floater and now insurance company was changed and same premium was increased I am ready to pay extra premium but I have not received any SA ID through Message so please do needful and help to get SA ID so I will pay smoothly and also act on fast way because today was last day to renew the policy

We have paid premium on time but till date we have not received any update from JIO.We have sent DD on this address.
