I have taken an mediclaim policy in October month till today's date and still haven't received any documents from you,
I made an online payment through payumoney payment id no.[protected] of ₹ 13259.48 on 18/10/16,

After this I mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still I haven't received any response from you,
I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.

Now what to do about this matter, so kindly send all our payments back as early as possible.

I had paid rs.44694/- payment id:[protected] thrugh pay u money
paid for shravag arogyam mediclaim insuranc of 15Lac

there is no phone number for resolving our problem
no replies for the email

i have not got any reply from there side since 4 months
please do the needful

I have renewed my JIO medicalim policy phase I on 19th October 2017 by paying Rs 21998.78 online through PayUmoney as per the renewal offer and instructions.

I have not received policy details till date.

I have to file claim, but no were to go. No reply to email's nor any of the help numbers are working

There appears to be a big fraud committed by JIO and Insurance brokers. Now it needs a police action.
