I had availed jio women policy for my sister on 08/09/2016. Ideally we should receive some kind of documents as a proof, but we have not received any docs. I have tried to call on helpline no. Which was given by them while enrolling, but no one is responding there. On the 15th july 2017 they have given advertise in gujarat samachar news paper saying if any one has any concern related to claim, they should contact them on given address on 15th and 16th july 2017 between 11am to 04 pm. We reached there at 2.00pm and they have closed all the counters. No one was ready to answers the query. After arguing with one person over there he finally said that you have to pay more 500 rs and you need to visit jio office situated at charni road. There where many people like us who were not attended at all. I dont know what these company is doing. They are making people fool on the name of health insurance. My father's planned surgery is coming up on Monday 24th of July 2017 Ahmedabad. We have applied for cashless through sterling hospital but we got approval with 50% co-payment condition.. But when we bought the policy it was clearly mentioned that pre-existing is covered from day one. I am trying to contact all numbers but most of them are inactive.
