Dear complaint desk. It is all regrettable that your branches in this electronic age ask for passbooks. How many times one has to carry a passbook with him. There are banks that do not issue passbooks as it was an old trend. Almost at every branch some of your employees are behaving in a bad tune. They don't know the value of customer. An amount of rs 225.2 has been deducted from my account to get new atm card as the card was near to expire and it was an outdated model.
Dear complaint desk would you please tell me when your bank is going to get decency in dealing with customers and when you are going to close the passbook system the old method of identification, even there are new methods of identification e. G, i card, licence, signature etc. And would you please tell me why an amount of rs 225 was deducted from my account as you are living on my money and you are taking profit out of that by giving me a meager share. Would you please refund that. Further hope you would suffice your branches with suffice staff and other modern gadgets to ease the burden of both.

    Sir i am mohd afzal from wakura ganderbal.i am running my current account from last 10 years.i am a business man(contractor) and now i need some credit limit from j&k bank...when i went to our branch here in wakura.the branch manager refused to accept my request. He told me directly that i am not giving any loan...plz help sir...here in our village atleast 30 businessman's have closed there account in last two months u can also check from wakura branch..they are oppening there account in co operative banks...i think i need to do same ...he (branch manager) is behaving like he is the owner of this branch...and he is totally nill..he doesn't know anything ..atleast 30 persons have complained about him..but u people are doing nothing ...plz do some thing try to increase ur customers ...i hope u will help sir...thanx...

      My saving account no 27557 jkbank Main branch Poonch... I am guranter of Mohd Sajad Khan against Jcb loan.. Mohd Sajad Khan submit 10 installment in advance ... But due to RTO office system was not working in Poonch so he not submit his RC copy to Poonch branch... It's very unfortunate that loan manager of pay counter branch freez my saving account...
      Now tomorrow I case file against him.. That in which law and capacity he freez my saving account... It's very harsh...

        Now, rate of interest has down but bank is not decreasing the rate of interest and letter for this has submitted to branch office.

        They are not taking any initiate for down the home loan interest,

          KINDLY HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND YOUR SLOGAN ‘ SERVING TO EMPOWER’
          A Humble Request To The Higher Authorities Of J & K Bank
          Esteemed Sir,
          I am a Teacher and a customer of J & K bank for last 15 years but still I am unable to understand your loudly spoken Slogan ‘ Serving to empower’ because I am unable to understand (WHOM TO EMPOWER?) on the following grounds.
          1. I lost my Credit Card along with some amount in the month of February 2016 and on the very next day I informed the concerned branch in written regarding this matter and requested the bank authorities for necessary action, the bank authorities assured me for the same and for the new Credit Card. Sir it is amazing that till date new Credit Card has not arrived. Even in the month of May 2016 after visiting too many times to the branch I requested the bank authorities loudly that I don’t now need your Credit Card, but again surprising me I received the bill for the new card in the month of June 2016. I rushed to the branch and showed them the bill and asked them “ Sir what is this?“ but the bank employees forced me to clear the bill and I cleared the bill for the card that I had not received till date.
          2. My younger brother started a small business and I advised him to open an account he was not interested but I brought form from the branch and forced him to open an saving account, after filling the whole formalities we got a pass book after some time my brother showed his interest in ATM card and filled the form for the same. When we received the ATM card I was shocked to know that the bank authorities had opened a MODI account instead of general saving account in my brother’s favour when I tried to inquire about it the bank employees told proudly that they don’t know anything about it and due to this kindness my brother is suffering a lot.
          3. Two months back I visited the bank to withdraw some amount (When the ATM limit was only 2000). On reaching the counter the cashier informed me to wait as that was their lunch time I requested him that my students will suffer at school but the casher did not mind my request, I keep waiting in the same time another person arrived at the bank with a withdrawal and said casher handed over him the amount I asked the casher that what is going on in this branch that one is giving more importance than others. The casher proudly replied that this man is a Doctor. I would have dragged the casher out but keep quit because a great philosopher’s these words struck my mind (Where a Doctor is given more importance those people are mentally abnormal).
          4. One day when the Govt. announced to deposit 500 and 1000 notes at nearest branches I also visited the branch with some amount and keep waiting at the counter after 20 minutes when my turn came the employee asked me to go to another counter I quietly rushed to another counter (because I was familiar with the behavior of the bank employees) there also when my turn came the employee informed me to keep on waiting as another employee is arriving here I approached to the Branch Manager and requested him that what was going on in his branch. The branch Manager came with me and forced the employee to take my amount. Sir how many customers had been asked for the same process? How many would have approached to the branch manager? Sir no doubt that the branch manager is a sincere person but how much can he handle alone? Because a body can’t function properly until all its parts will not support. Sir at last I quit myself from the J & K Bank quit in this way that I open new account with HDFC bank which is upstairs the J & K bank and kept depositing my amount there because my dignity is more dear to me than money. I kept my J K bank account alive at the branch only to receive my salary.
          5. On the CELENDER DAY ( I mean the day when banks distribute calendars) I have always been asked to keep myself in line. Whenever I tried to know that why I have to wait in a line for a single calendar I was not satisfied by the bank authorities. Respected Sirs in a line more than one person of a single family can receive bank calendars, Is this justice? Sir how many things the bank make every year on the eva of new year to facilitate its customers but I am still unable to understand that why I am always being asked to be in line for a single calendar?
          Sir if J & K bank has achieved heights it is because of the customers who trusted this bank but now a layman is treated inhumanly by some selfish employees of this rising bank and on the above mentioned facts I am unable to understand your loudly spoken slogan “ SERVING TO EMPOWER”

            I have submitted all necessary documents to JKB financial services BO Gurgoan on 3/3/2017 for closure of my DP account 10235093 and transfer my holding to new account but has not been done so far.
            when i contacted them on telephone it was informed that it will took atleast 15 working days to close account and transfer of shares.
            please guide whether it is 15 working days is available as per existing statutory guidelines of SEBI for closure of an DP account.
            you are requested to get my account closed and transfer shares to my account opened with other DP.

            I had car loan from jk bank vide account No [protected]. Interest is being more charged every times. I want to know how rs 1015 is calculated on principal of rs 87358. It is not matching with non if the table of any bank. Please refund the same.

            i have sent an email to the concerned branch several times last month, but i have not received any response from the concerned team. they don't bother about it.
            on 8th of march i made a withdrawal of rs 3000, but ATM dispensed half amount only.

              Sir
              With respect, I was there in one of the branch (Ashmuji )of the said bank for opening of account. When I full fill the requisite conditions, they told me to come again after few days for passbook N confirmation of the account. I understand the situation, they were short of staff members.
              After 15day when I visited there again. My form was on floor. I picked it and forwarded it to branch manger for passbook issue.
              His words : I am not responsible for this,
              go to the head and complaint against my denial .
              It was not only my self there who faced such abusive behaviour
              There were other students who too were for this cause.
              Hope ur response will improve it.so that we student will not suffer further.

                        with due respect i was to underline it in your kind notice that my sister applied for laptop loan at jk bank branch NC sopore . There was some issue with the papers according to one of the staff member thus he called on my fathers no. and asked him to reach the branch office but his behaviour was too rude and when i reacted by words he said that he acted as hustler and other sesteem reputattaff member came and abused me and physically harassed me .then branch head came and handled situation and acted too good on it. i am really very thankul to him.
                        but the main thing to worry abt is the esteem reputation o[censored]r organisation. i was shocked to see the behaviour of your staff memeber . u plz go through the cctv footage of that branch on[protected] at abt 2;30 pm. i dont know his name as nobody present there told me his name. please enquire about the matter as its a halt on the relationship of a customer and an organisation. we need a good service from ur side through the well behaved and educated staff not the one who abusses and physically harasses the customer in his office.i am myself a an engineer and i know the value of organisational behaviour . so i reques your goodself to enquire about the matter and take an action.

                          On 15th dec around 11:50 am i went to jammu and kashmir bank, branch new colony sopore for submitting documents required for car loan. I opt this branch because i had taken housing loan from same branch and got noc of that last year.
                          Suddenly advance official (He has some problems in vision and is wearing glasses) not known his name, throw loan papers back to me with slanging words. I got surprised why he does this, his reply was that i am a guarantor of defaulter.
                          Now how i am defaulter, my account is working. If i am defaulter how can i do transitions. I called immediately that person who's guarantee i have given, suddenly branch manager came he told this advance official that he is good in payments now. Give loan to this person.
                          All this episode happen was big harassment for me being good to bank,

                          I am getting calls from various banks for loan at door step. I approached this bank and the result was harassment and listen slanging language. Moreover i was told to come on 20th of december, 6 days for car loan as i have completed all formalities.

                          Now my requested is that this handicapped official handicapped not physically but mentally too should be directed to do other job like issuing stationary items not at advance section table where you have to deal with public.

                              Forget my password of net banking then i visit jk bank branch lal chowk anantnag and then write the application there to reset my password then they give me the net banking coupon now it is more than 30 days my net banking password is still showing contact your branch when i visit there they told me there that we have no time now i request your goodself plz look the matter contact no.                               I withdraw a sum of money 2000 from the ATM located in narwal mandi Jammu.
                              I was in need of 100's when I asked the near by bank cashier he refused to do so and misbehaved by showing me the 5rs and 10 rs notes
                              When I asked for 100's he shouted at me
                              Is this the service of jk bank.

                                Sir we are consumer of your tahab branch . Havi ng account no. As S. B. 2376, sb_2279, sb.13698.is not working from last 3 days. The branch head stopped them. I want to know why it is happening with us. I ll sue ur company in consumer court. I[censored] don't solve my problem within days . we take loan from your bank for two commercial vehicle. But company didn't deliver vehicle yet. But we paid all our instalment but I don't know y ur company cheat with us.
                                Sir, on 14/12/16 I unsucessfully made two e-transctions worth Rs. 315 and 105 while using my debit card. Although the same stands from my J&K bank account, however, did not reach to the concerned mobile company viz AIRCEL. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  The misbehaviour of newly appointed employee/clerk at jk bank bu trenz. Ifsc code jaka0trenzz. The newly appointed person named mohsin is misbehaving with the customers and is manner less person the customers are fed up with him your officials can self inspect this issue and ask the locals about him to verify the complaint. He treats customer like a criminal we request you to please transfer him asap or teach him manners how to behave. Thank you i hope the problem will be solved asap

                                      Message for chairman j&k bank.. Sir i want to inform you that the ladies staff of fatehkadal branch are so rude with the people.. They don't provide any kind of help to anyone.. They misbehave with the old people so much.. The young women staff is so rude there.. But the branch head is so efficient there he is so hardworking we appreciate his work he is very helpful he himself works as cashier and helps a lot.. But please do look in this matter regarding the young female staff there.. That will be your most kindness..

                                        It is very embarrassing moment for me to explain carelessness of bank officials of j&k bank khag budgam as i had approached them for internet banking at least a year ago but they haven't provided me with the same in spite of the regular customer of said bank.
                                        So i request the officials to counter the situation in the time so that i could not left the bank customer-ship...
                                        I hope a serious action will be taken against the officials of the said branch...

                                        Even after the jk bank guideline for availing the service to the customer upto 6pm jk bank khansahib closes before 2pm and the employees rudely behave with the customers and pulling them by their clothes to through them out of the bank branch
