Im a regular subscriber of j&k bank ranch gosbugh pattan. We have 6 accounts in the same branch.
One official from the said branch mistreats there always namely nadeem ahmad lone r/0 hanjiwaira pattan, acts like a boss there and treat us like cattles. So requested your goodself that please exchange the said person from the branch otherwise we are at the edge to close our all the acconts from the said branch.

    I'm a working in school education department as a teacher. I have applied for consumption loan. It has been more than 10 days but my loan has not yet been sanctioned. I called the concerned branch but they repeatedly say that they have not yet received the approval. I'm not satisfied with their answer. May i know the reasons please. The name of the branch is jk bank khomeini chowk bemina.

      Once i logged in to my mpay app and accessed my account. I witnessed two accounts of the same name and i wondered if there is any hacking issue or whatsoever. Just to confirm the credibility of my claim i transferred a small amount from one account to another and transaction went successfully. After a day i came to know that this account may be of someone else's i credited the two transactions one of rs.5 and rs.500 on the very next day.

      I came to know from one of my acquaintance that i did fraudulent transactions from my account which is completely baseless. It is just lack of security from jk bank which lets users suffer and thus exposes us to the severity of many fraudulent online risks on the daily basis.

      My question and complaint is if we are paying the hefty amount for our accounts to be safe, this is the way we are dealt and our identity is at the stake of jk bank who does not even care to accept this severe claim on their own.

      Now after all this nuisance which they have created, now they disabled my account without any consent knowing they are completely responsible for all inconvenience created henceforth, they don't even bother to consider to take any authorization even.

        Debit 34000 ruppes in my account number with outsaying me general manager and credit in to my mother's account number kisan credit card to one and half year interest. My account not linked with my mothers account or not i am guaranter. How could that the bank employees to debit my account and credit in to any family members account without saying me please action that in such cases. For your most kindness

            With regards i would like to submit that today i. E on[protected] at around 3:55 i visited atm of jk bank (Friends colony) for withdrawal of cash and at the time of my visit atm guard told me that you have to wait for few minutes as the concerned is checking the atm amount with the ledger balance. After this i stood their for the same and after about 15 minutes bank guard came out misbehaved with the customers who are already stood over there from past half an hour. I told him to say smooth word if there is any problem then he replied (Sala 10 minute wait nai honda tun de kola, ini kedi aag lagi de hai) after listening this i straight way approached to the bank manager and told him about the incident (You can see the video as bank is under cctv) the bank manager totally ignored me and told me "time to lagta hai agar usne kuch bol be diya to kya ho gaya"
            Sir this is really shocking and intolerable and its a request to your kind self to look into the matter and do the needful.
            Looking forward to the matter being resolved.

                  My debit card is showing payment failed when i want to buy any product or pay bill or recharge any number online.It is of Jammu Kashmir bank.The payment gateway shows that your payment is failed as you have entered incorrect card details but i entered correct details i don not know what to do i am in trouble please look into my matter that will be your kindness...Thank you

                        J & Bank Branch Agro Hitech Sopore has sanctioned an Education loan in the name of Mubashir Rashid, vide A/c No: [protected] in August 2015. The bank has charged Rs: 71000/= as interest, while we have clear all outstanding of interest in time to time i, e Rs: 71000/=. BUT bank credited Interest subsidy only Rs: 5780/= in last three years. i have contact with bank officers but they not respond my big problem. There are some more students which they have received their interest subsidy more than 80% . Actually bank has not SUBMITTED my interest claim from last Two years. it is is big shock for a poor student. The branch has deliberately not submitted my interest claim. I have approaches the higher officers of the bank but they not respond my genuine interest subsidy claim. now i appeal to investigate who employee is involve in that big mistake. in my opinion it is a big cheating/ Fraud with students. i request to please investigate it and punish the said employee. and credit the interest subsidy in my account. so i can continue my studies further. i am follow this matter from last two months but nobody have interest in this matter because it is a banks own mistake. hope you understand my problem and credited interest subsidy in my loan account.

                          Dear concern,

                          I am an a/c holder of your bank under a/c number sb [protected]. I want to confirm/elobrate the payment which has been debited from my a/c on 08/05/2018 for credit card activation, i have been informed that my a/c will be debited by 600rs which includes annual fee and activation charges (300 each). But now unfortunately i came to know that 600rs is just c. Card activation charges. I fail to understand why different executive have different information.
                          Bank should have 1 policy which needs to be applicable to each and every customer.
                          I want add 1 more thing that my credit card has been received by bemina branch on 16/04/2018 and today i have received the card because of extreme poor service, whenever i had visited the branch they were having a bundle of excuses to avoid customer service.
                          My credit card's pin is yet to receive and as per them it will take more 10 days.
                          The women who is the concern person at branch is not having a banker ethics.. She is behaving like she is the chairman and we are begging in front of her.

                          Kindly resolve the same asap.

                            I want to convey that i Romesh Kumar S/o Late Sh Bhagat Ram, r/o Rount Udhampur availed a loan under Government Sponsered scheme in 2015 from JK Bank, Shiv Nagar, Udhampur Branch (0563) (Acc no : [protected]) by Mr Ashok Gupta, Loan Officer. i belong to SC Category and only 8 th pass. i am married and have two childrens and for good lively hood i availed this loan.
                            the loan officer demanded Rs75000 for passing the loan which i later paid him after the loan issued. one more account of CC Limit (Acc no: [protected]).
                            Mr Ashok Gupta has also done a loan against my FDR (Acc No. [protected]) which is totally illegal and i was not aware of that at all. Moreover i used to give monthly installment to Ashok Gupta in person but he didnot deposit the amount in my account due to which some instalments were missing. he many time came to my home to take the installment and even that not deposited in my account.
                            Now after the intervention of my elder brother and some other senior persons of my village, this all things came to notice. we all went to the Branch Manager and even told DGM about the case, but all in vain.
                            Ashok Gupta tells that i am a scheduled caste and nobody will listen to you and he says that he will soon retire and warned us to not disclose it to anyone otherwise he will vanish my FDR which was a help from government.
                            i am very much upset at this moment and nobody is helping me out.
                            please look into the matter seriously otherwise i will not be able to survive.

                              Dear team,
                              Kindly check who was the lady on cash receipt counter["receipt upto 1200rs counter"] at jk bank khanyar srinagar exactly between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm on 2nd may.
                              This lady is just incapable for her job, kindly give her a proper training. She doesn't deserve this job. I bet jk bank has employed her on recommendation basis. I will escalate this issue everywhere. I faced this lady twice and both times i had very bad impression of her skills and management.
                              Most satirical is that she does not know how to count cash, she doesn't know how to enter the receipt of college fee. Last time i was waiting for 1 hour in queue as the madam was unable to count cash, you can check the cctv footage of the bank and can see how everybody laughs on her.

                              I am not asking for her termination, i just want you to give her proper training so that we people should not suffer. The time is very fast and we cannot run on the pace of this snail equivalent employee.
