My credit card a/c no. Is [protected]
I had used my card on azad hind auto fules on 24/11/17 for amt of rs 500 but the transaction failed and the same amt deducted from my a/c. I had contact customer care but didn't got satisfactory result and i hoping that u can help me to solve this problem.
So kindly refund my deducted money in my a/c. It will be appreciable....

With due respect i mohd aslam beig from bhaderwah at indra chowk jammu atm went for transaction on 23-11-17 about 12:15 pm but due to technical fault in atm it doesn't work quite some time and the person behind me tells me that u doesn't had enough money to draw because it in hindi version and after leaving the atm at 12:22 pm message sent on my mobile tell that 20000 debited from your account under cwdr /[protected] then i return...

I had made a booking from make my trip through my jkbank ebanking.. After transaction was successful but my ticket was unconfirmed.. After that makemytrip initiated my refund on 29/10/2017 of rs. 855.00 with refund reference number ixgafcmwv3, but still my account has not been credited back.. Kindly look into the matter asap

When i applied for pan card after choosing e-kyc mode of authentication i successfully submitted the fee and when at final stage of authentication otp was send to the registered email and phone number of aadhar i got otp sucessfully but it showed the fallowing message...

Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly...

I am a customer of jkbank mpay. Last night i have done a imps transaction with ref no[protected] get failed due to time out error occurred. With thid a/c was [protected] and i have taken new jio sim [protected] and regd this new no with my a/c through bank to operate j&kbank mpay but unfortunately im unable to function mpay i installed many times and opens but intead of registration it shows directly login but till now i have not register this a/c with my mob.in this regard i contacted jkbank help...

I have paid rs.225 and got global debit card from j& k bank medical colege branch bakshi nagar. It has not been working for online payments. I have bought it for dat purpose. It has not been working despite repeated complaints for the same with the bank... They only say chl pdega chal padega... But it has not worked since a year... Kindly do something otherwise i have to see the higher authorities....

Please be informed that atm installed out side branch office durga nagar jammu has not been dispensing cash most of the time. Today at about 9.30pm tried to withdraw cash but could not. I asked the guard posted there to help but he was drunk and sleeping inside. Also, his behaviour was not proper. Moreover, the phone numbers displayed for help were not legible. Please intimate the action taken in this regard....

I am not getting any assistance, they even pay attention to me including the so called manager. With due respects i have to say that i had applied for an atm card 3 months before on my respective branch whenever i go to the branch they says come tomorrow... And repeatedly it goes for the three months as i am facing many problems because i am studying in other state and i can't go daily to the branch and problems for money so my request is to solve my problem that will be your most kindness.
