Dear all,
I am having a good banking relation with the jammu & kashmir bank for more than 7 years, also i have introduced many accounts to that bank. I have a good relation with all your staffs and managers throughout these years.

Today, iam writing this letter as some fake/fraud deductions are happening in my cc account no.[protected] since last one year now at your branch situated at ramfal chowk, sector 7, dwarka, new delhi. It is very unfortunate that this has happened to one of the premium customer of this branch that too without a single fault/default in any of our accounts during these years.

We were using your five edc machines at our stores at different locations in delhi. All these machines were returned to the branch in august 2016 with a receiving in writing from the branch. Those machines were returned due to high monthly charges of the same. But, it is very sad and shocking that even after many written and verbal reminders to the branch, the monthly rentals of all those edc machines are still being deducted from my account till date. Every month, the branch staff is promising to get it resolved and no further deductions will be happening in our account but latest deduction happened just today which shows their casual approach and which is resulting in a very fraud practice which can be challenged legally.

Hence, after trying my best at the branch level, today iam writing this mail to all websites/portals/complaint cells available and will start exposing this fraud activity throughout the country.

With this mail, iam giving you deadline of maximum 20 days to first give me in written that no further deductions will be happening in my account and secondly, all the monthly rental charges deducted after august 2016 have to be returned into my account. Failing to this deadline, i will be left with no other option but to go legal.

I hope i will get a fitting reply at the earliest.
Sir i was trying to recharge my jio no. By my jio aap using internet banking but i was unable to complete my transaction, the balance was deducted from jkbank aacount but recharge was not done, so please refund my amount as i have to recharge my jio no. Urgently please..

I am an account holder of SBI bank. I am withdrawing your ATM last Sunday dated 03/12/17 for rupees 2000.cash is not received me the ATM but message is reached my registered mob no. ATM 09840325.Txn#[protected] is transaction no. Kindly refund the amount.

I am holding the NRE account with Air Cargo branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank Srinagar Kashmir and I was issued the online banking card with id and password. Unfortunately, it never worked instead it is advising me to contact the branch. how it is possible as I am outside India

    I want to file a complaint against manager jk bank ramban mr kewal sharma for misbehaving and use abusing language with my father who is a kidney transplant patient today evening at 6pm mr manager called my father and tell him to deposit 10000 in cc limit as my father said i am in hospital and i will deposit in tomorrow morning but he can't hear even a single word and start shouting loudly we have 3 current accounts and 7 saving accounts in jk bank i want to close all my accounts

    My sb acc no. 3405 branch Azadganj baramulla has been blocked without prior intimation to me as insurance policy has not been furnished to them, which made me virtually to beg at srinagar as i had no money in my pocket. hope action under rules may be initiated against the official

      My credit card a/c no. Is [protected]
      I had used my card on azad hind auto fules on 24/11/17 for amt of rs 500 but the transaction failed and the same amt deducted from my a/c. I had contact customer care but didn't got satisfactory result and i hoping that u can help me to solve this problem.
      So kindly refund my deducted money in my a/c. It will be appreciable.

        With due respect i mohd aslam beig from bhaderwah at indra chowk jammu atm went for transaction on 23-11-17 about 12:15 pm but due to technical fault in atm it doesn't work quite some time and the person behind me tells me that u doesn't had enough money to draw because it in hindi version and after leaving the atm at 12:22 pm message sent on my mobile tell that 20000 debited from your account under cwdr /[protected] then i return to atm again there is nobdy there, the person who tell me that there is not enough money in your account was not presant there actually he was main defaulter and i approached shalmar jammu branchj&k bank but they tell me that all atm branches are centralise and we cant do any action drop your complaint any where in any branch of j&k bank. Pls provide us cctv footage and other thing is that the defaulter person also inserted his card to atm.
        Kindly do favorable action at your end plz sir

          I had made a booking from make my trip through my jkbank ebanking.. After transaction was successful but my ticket was unconfirmed.. After that makemytrip initiated my refund on 29/10/2017 of rs. 855.00 with refund reference number ixgafcmwv3, but still my account has not been credited back.. Kindly look into the matter asap

            When i applied for pan card after choosing e-kyc mode of authentication i successfully submitted the fee and when at final stage of authentication otp was send to the registered email and phone number of aadhar i got otp sucessfully but it showed the fallowing message...

            Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

            While as i got this mail dear shakoor ahmad bhat,

            Your aadhaar number xxxx xxxx 5479 was used successfully to carry out e-kyc authentication using "otp" on 10/11/2017 at 21:56:41 hrs at a device deployed by "nsdl e-governance infra ltd".

            I am Firdous Ashiq, having Account No. [protected] at branch High Court Jammu. Today at about 1930 hrs someone has stolen my purse, which includes ATM of your bank issued in my favour, at opp gurudwara sees gunj, old Delhi. Kindly block the card immediately. In this regard I had also lodged an FIR at police Station City Kotwali.

                mpay not working

                I have paid rs.225 and got global debit card from j& k bank medical colege branch bakshi nagar. It has not been working for online payments. I have bought it for dat purpose. It has not been working despite repeated complaints for the same with the bank... They only say chl pdega chal padega... But it has not worked since a year... Kindly do something otherwise i have to see the higher authorities.

                I done a transaction on atm swap machine were the balance deducted from my account but the recipient was not generated. The transaction was done by me on monday evening by my card number [protected] of rs. 1900. Kindly help account number [protected]

                  Please be informed that atm installed out side branch office durga nagar jammu has not been dispensing cash most of the time. Today at about 9.30pm tried to withdraw cash but could not. I asked the guard posted there to help but he was drunk and sleeping inside. Also, his behaviour was not proper. Moreover, the phone numbers displayed for help were not legible. Please intimate the action taken in this regard.

                    Sir i approached one o[censored]r jk bank branch doursum ganderbal where i am also a account holder on 13sept. But till date i. E 30 of oct. I am not getting any assistance, they even pay attention to me including the so called manager. I think they are asking for some,, «chai" further to mention that i have provided them the legal documents of land and evaluation, i have completed every possible formality. Now what i have to do? Should i close my account there?

                          As the subject cited above, an offficial in account section of j&k bank rajouri deducted an amount of rs 11500 approx. From my account xxxxxxxx891 in the name of insurance policy in the month of october 2016 without my consent. Concerned official was also informed many times for the same but he behaved rudely and refused to refund the amount back to my account. Moreover the branch manager was also requested but till now the same amount has not been credited back.
                          It is therefore requested kindly concerned may be directed to review and investigate the matter. Thanks

                                Hello sir,, myself vinod singh from jammu..
                                Actually we had some financual problem at home,, so that i was trying to get loan from any bank,, as they stated that they required bank statement of 3 months.. So as my mother is an pensioner holder and had account in j and k bank (Nai basti, jammu),,, i went to the bank 6 time only to get the statement of my mothers account but first 2 days they told me to come after 3 pm..3rd day i went there again after 3 pm,, than they refused to provide the statement,, the incharge said that we cant provide statement of anyone to you,, he asked me to write an application with my mother signtaures on it,,, i also did the same.. Today i again visit the bank, today he also refused to provide the statement,, he said that its not mentioned in the application that your mothers want you to get the statement from the bank,, as i write above we had an financial need,, but our bank is not helping us... One more thing, some of the employes and even incharge is not available inside the bank for 1 or 2 hours... And they even dnt care what the customer is asking them.. They just ignore.. This bank is located in (Nai basti jammu) in jammu and kashmir and the incharge name is mr yogesh..

                                  I have applied for a lone under murda scheme at your jammu and kashmir branch verinag of amount rs 10000, after completing all the formalities i get the documentation from a local stamp vendor in verinag who gives very low rate as compared to the concerned khidmat centre, the branch manager told me that the doucments are valid but we cannot accept these documents as you have not furnish these doucments at khidmat centre.
                                  The branch officials have become the commission agents of khidmat centre owner by charging the customers very high.
                                  I have also filed a same complient at sub division magistrate office dooru
                                  All the officials of the branch are corrupted and forcing every customer to vist khidmat centre and get commission from.
                                  Before it is too late i request you please take a leagal action

                                    Purchase worth rs. 5070 was done at best price jammu on 10/10/2017 at 14:53 and the payment was made through jk bank debit card bearing no [protected] of saving account no [protected]. But my account is showing debit of rs. 5070 twice ie at 14:52 and 14:53. However a receipt received from pos showing failed / cancelled entry. It is therefore requested that reverse entry (Credit) of rs.5070 may please be made in my saving account no. [protected].
