I have a hotel in khobrekarwadi devbagh Malvan named orovista- Managed by Sai Malvan. I have 4 JACUZZI at my resort my JACUZZI are not working. I had a talk to your engineer he's just giving me dates and excuses, for visiting our resort and solve the problem.
I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful...

Total servicing of all Jaguar company products in ywo bathrooms...

Purchased less than a year ago. Developed defect. complained on 14.3.2022 vide complaint no.[protected]. Not resolved. Re- complained on 17.3.22 to distributor. No response to resolve. Complained again to customer care on 21.3.22 with reference to old complaint no. dated 14.3.22. NOT YET RESOLVED ....

Wall Mount flush tank -Closet leak + diverter issues...

We have purchased Jaquar santiware for our entire building. Based on my personal experience with them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are pathetic bunch of cheaters who never take responsibility for their mistakes and would lie balantly on your face to cover their mistakes.

Here is the background. We purchased body jets for master bath and called jaquar for guidance/drawing/installation of body jets. Jauqar technicians...

I have complaint several times to jaquar for my washroom fittings the pot is leaking and the jet spray is also leaking but no one came from 2 months I am complainting the bathroom set is under warranty
Jaquar is a useless brand and the customer service is worst
firstly they do not pick up the call then by chance if the pickup they say we will send anyone within 78 hr but no one will come

Washbasin tap sensor is not working...

I bought sink tap and jet spray 6 months back from slv ceramics in sarjapur (bangalore-560035)when we were getting interiors done.I just moved back a month back to the new house and within a month o[censored]sage i see that the
1)sink tap coating is peeling out
2) jet spray is leaking from top portion.So i am always suppose to close the valve to avoid water wastage

i have invested thinking its a brand where i need not...

Water tape flush pump, hand shower broken, send persons to attend the faults,...

All bath room tap aerator chrome has faded and chipped off. Replacement not available. Customer service centre not of any use...

I have been using only Jaquar products for my house, recently i bought a bathroom fittings for my new house, but your authorised dealer name Taharat Sanitary fittings sold the products to me more than MRP rate, when i enquired about the same that you are doing in same way and he advise to put a case in Consumer Court.

Kindly advise a way forward to address my grievance....

Last two days there is some problem with our toilet flush tank knob. After pressing the flush knob its get stucked in pressing position and the water keeps flushing continuously without stopping. Trying to call on your toll free number to lodge a complaint but everytime the telephone line shows busy. Pls contact immediately to avoid Wastage of water...

There is leakage in my health faucet and tap and blockage in shower area diverter...

I file i complaint regarding Jaquar Steam on Dec 13, 2021 But the problem is not resolved yet and did not get any update from service provider, i tired to calling on [protected], but always they give me time of 1 week, its being 3 Months, Kindly do the needfull,...

On 5th January 2022 we got service done from Jaguar care as there was leakage in our taps and 2 valves in the wash basin had to be changed. The service person changed the valves and the phase in one of the mixer washroom tap but since then the pressure with which water comes has reduced drastically. Water doesn't come in proper flow in all the three places where service was done.
Kindly arrange for another service person to rectify...
