Dear Team,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding low quality product served by Jaquar. I purchased WC of Jaquar from your Vasant Kunj Store around 8-9 months back.

This morning when I went to washroom the seat was cracked. Believe me there was nothing wrong done by us. It got automatically cracked I don't know how. I have even attached the picture for your reference. This is not expected by such a reputed brand like Jaquar.

Its my sincere request to you to exchange the cover under warranty. I myself a blogger and would appreciate you to cooperate with us to maintain the company reputation on online channels. Moreover I am a very loyal customer of Jaquar and have done full bathroom and kitchen fittings with electronic appliances by your company only.

Your prompt revert on this matter is highly appreciated. Kindly email me and call me for the resolution of the same.

Door handle spring got blocked...not working

I have called twice on 26th March and 2nd of April on customer care and sent a mail to customer care service and still nobody reached my home/office or called me.

Now it's high time, i will try to go legal now and will also post about pathetic service of the company on my YouTube channel with 2 lakh subscribers and millions of viewers.

Water leaking after using the citren

Hot & cold mixer not working from past week, and we have already informed shiv Kumar from the Hubli . Please kindly look forward to our problem.

The jaquar commodes lid is too rigid to move freely around hinges and it has a crack around hinges. The product is not even 4 month old

Plz proper feeting its not working

I have a hotel in khobrekarwadi devbagh Malvan named orovista- Managed by Sai Malvan. I have 4 JACUZZI at my resort my JACUZZI are not working. I had a talk to your engineer he's just giving me dates and excuses, for visiting our resort and solve the problem.
I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Total servicing of all Jaguar company products in ywo bathrooms

Purchased less than a year ago. Developed defect. complained on 14.3.2022 vide complaint no.[protected]. Not resolved. Re- complained on 17.3.22 to distributor. No response to resolve. Complained again to customer care on 21.3.22 with reference to old complaint no. dated 14.3.22. NOT YET RESOLVED .

Wall Mount flush tank -Closet leak + diverter issues

We have purchased Jaquar santiware for our entire building. Based on my personal experience with them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They are pathetic bunch of cheaters who never take responsibility for their mistakes and would lie balantly on your face to cover their mistakes.

Here is the background. We purchased body jets for master bath and called jaquar for guidance/drawing/installation of body jets. Jauqar technicians visited site, gave drawing. We called them agai n to inspect and get their approval before packing the wall with tile. After getting okeyd by Jaquar technician we packed the wall with tiles, installed glass partitions. Now when body jets are not working they say that there is an issue with the drawing/pipeling and have to break open tiles, glass partition.

When asked how they could be so irresponsible, the lies start coming. Intially they argued they have never visited our site and gave guidance. When we showed proofs they start another lie that they have given correct drawing but our plumber installed it wrong. When asked about second site visit and approval to pack they start lies again saying that they have never visited second time and gave approval. We asked for call records and then they accept that they came to site and start another lie that pipelining wasn't compelted when they visited site. We have proofs to show that pipeline work was indeed compelted before their approval visit they start another lie and take about solution to the problem which is to break open tiles, galss partition. But they wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake.

The technicians, their supervisors are extremely rude towards their customers and they blantly lie to customers to save themselves

I would never recommend anyone to use jaquar. I will purse this matter legally as well if no proper response and apology is tendered by Jaquar.

I have complaint several times to jaquar for my washroom fittings the pot is leaking and the jet spray is also leaking but no one came from 2 months I am complainting the bathroom set is under warranty
Jaquar is a useless brand and the customer service is worst
firstly they do not pick up the call then by chance if the pickup they say we will send anyone within 78 hr but no one will come
