I have complete range of jaquar products in my house from little taps to wc diverter’s etc but now i m facing issue i.e., leakage problem and removal of top layer (shiny layer polish) of diverters. So i m very disappointed by the quality bcoz its been only 3 yrs from the purchase and all of these problems are occurring very frequently. So please resolve my complaint ASAP

      I myself bhavin soni residing at B 202 Divine Desire, Palanpor Canal Road, Surar and installed toilet flush of Jaguar company but since beginning of installation it is totally not working and dur this i am facing lots of diffuculty so request you to attend my complaint and resolve.

          I have sent a complaint to jaquar on 25.01.22 as their toll free no is not responding. It was booked on 31.1.22. Service person told me long knob will be instaled in diverter . He will give me a call when it will be arranged. This time this call is to be closed.
          After three days he stopped to pick my phone call.
          I again registered a complaint. No one visited and more than 10 days gone.
          No response till date

            There flushing system is failing very frequently within two months of installation. We made the last complaint to Jaquar on 19th February 2022 vide complaint no: 00236014 but no repair as of now.

                Hi,

                I have launched a complaint on 18 Feb 2022 and the complaint number is 00228212.
                The complaint was regarding water leakage from Concealed toilet flush tank.

                However, the technician has been visited in my flat on 21 Feb and the issue was not resolved. He was providing the invalid reason and trying to blame the person who has done the fitting of flush tank.
                Today, I came to know that the ticket 00228212 has been resolved without resolving issue and taking the satisfactory code with me.

                This is really pathetic service by Jaquar and will not opt for any Jaquar, if the same service.

                The person who contact me for this issue is Mrs. Tasina (Mobile number- [protected]).

                Today, I have tried to Jaquar Customer Care twice and waited for more than 8 minutes, but no response received.

                Please look into this issue.

                          I have raised complaint against my tap and and mixture . Ticket raised and guy called me on Sunday morning . He has asked all details over phone and was trying to resolve my issue over phone only. Taken pic of tap and bills on whatsapp but still there has no response from anyone from team. I must say that after sale service is horrible of expensive brand like jaquar. Not at all expected. If I would have knowing this I would never went for your brand and of course will never recommend anyone.

                                        The purchases were made in bulk by our builder M/s Noronha Chemburkar Associates for our building Splendor located at Campal Panaji Goa in Year 2015. We purchased the new flat in September 2017. They have not provided us the warranty card. But the whole building has Jaquar fittings. Our two bathrooms have these mixers and they have started giving problems. Builder is not supporting. Please help.
