I have purchased your product a single piece Commode and bath mixture tap and total fittings in 2008 .But since 2008 I am facing regular issues regarding leakage of water from attached cistern. In these past years I faced several times issues of Leakage of water.You may also see it in your records complained by me .
I am dissatisfied with your services. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible before I move to Consumer court.

            I have installed 8 eye flush systems in my house but out of only 3 are in working condition ever since installed.
            Pls look in to the matter to the earliest .

                                I have raised a ticket to Jaguar on 10 Jan 2022 but problem not resolved and ticket closed on 12 Jan 2022 without any feedback. Again, I have raised ticket on 13 Jan 2022 the same issue, but till now not resolve. Again and again I was called to Jaguar customer care, But didn't receive any satisfactory response from customer care people.

                                One more issue, I have changed my address many times, but still not changed. Again and again customer care said, your address is different (F-305, Hawelia Valencia Homes...) but I said, this is not my correct address.

                                My actual address :- Tower Aster-102, SKA GreenArch, Plot No-GH-05B, SEC 16B, GREATER NOIDA WEST, 201307

                                      I purchased cummode basin mixture tap and fittings from jaquar but there was some problem with it so I requested customer service but it has been more than 7 days no person has visited. I called again and got service person number but when I talked to him he rudely said I can't come as I am on leave and don't bother me again. Is this the way you guys talk to your customer. I did a blunder by purchasing your items.
