About very poor service

I purchased cummode basin mixture tap and fittings from jaquar but there was some problem with it so I requested customer service but it has been more than 7 days no person has visited. I called again and got service person number but when I talked to him he rudely said I can't come as I am on leave and don't bother me again. Is this the way you guys talk to your customer. I did a blunder by purchasing your items....

Labour cost charged for service without any replacement of spares during warranty

I have called for service with Jaquar kitchen sink mixer water leakage. The service engineer cleaned the spindle and refixed the same without any spares or o-ring replacement. Even though it is in the warranty period, they have charged Rs 150 as labour charge, then what is the warranty of 10 years??
