I recently purchased a new Jaquar toilet pot and tap system both of them are causing serious problems and local distributor that is varsha industries are not responding and not helpful at all. Please look into the matter as soon as possible

Sink cock is leaking. Cannot close fully.

Flush valve and kichen taps are not working

Complaint made twice but no solution

I have orderd jaguar handheld shower allied on December and I got a product with leak from munshilal Omprakash Delhi.

The water keeps on flowing in the WC and the flush tank does not work properly.

Bath tap knob just came out to my hands after 1year o[censored]sage.now i cannot use the tap anymore...Please fix the issue immediately

No Executive visited our premises. Worst service.
Sales team Chennai - told once you pay advance executive will come.
after booking the product and advance paid no response.
We are frustrated before product installation itself.
I request senior management to solve this issue immediately.

Bathroom Service and Leakage

I had purchased Jaguar company geyser on 23.12.2021 from Bhagwati Building store sector-14, Panchkula. The geyser was installed ans it didn’t work. It was intimated the same day and also complaint was lodged. Mr Kirpal visited 25.12.2021 and on 26.12.2021 changed the element and waited for about 30 min but the water was still not heated. Now even after 2 hours the water hasn’t been heated up.
I am 74 year old man and I have to heat the water in the kitchen and bring it to the bathroom for the last 5 days. I am being harassed in winters after spending ₹12, 000/-
Kindly replace the geyser ASAP or refund my money. I don’t want to keep the defective material.

I would like to complaint that we are facing several issues with bathroom tap.
So, I would request you to please provide the solution.

Due to continuous leakage from 2 of inside wall mounted flush, we lodged complaint to customer care. After examination, jaguar service person said nut of football is broken and replacement is chargeable. My jaquar flushes are under warranty period and service was done by only Jaquar's authorised persons. If nut is broken, then it is service person's fault and not mine. Why should I pay money for that? I choosed jaguar for it's authenticity. So maintain your image and repair my both flushes free of cost under warranty. Mobile no. This is to inform you that I had registered a complaint (No.[protected] in year 2020 regarding “Continuous water leaking through hand flexible pipe attached with Flushing system (in bathroom)”. During that time, Jaquar executive came and replaced that pipe with new one.

Now in year 2021, again same pipe is again leaking then I registered a complaint (No. 01443327 dt. 16.12.2021) against which company’s executive came and informed me that this pipe is local made and now it can’t be replaced then I informed him that this pipe is replaced by Jaquar itself last year and I had not been checked that time that pipe which was replaced it is local made or Jaquar made since I have a trust on Jaquar, but even after my explanation, he denied to replaced the faulty pipe and complaint was closed by company without any resolution.

The attitude & behavior of jaquar executive came on 16.12.2021 was too poor and never expected from jaquar.

Then again I have to contacted with customer care & registered a complaint (No. 01459336 dt 20.12.2021) and explained again the issue to customer care then customer care executive assured me that company executive will come and replaced with original pipe with free of cost since this is under warranty. But unfortunately, nobody came till now and my complaint is still open pending or it may be again close without any resolution in future.

I have a big trust on Jaqaur and hope I will get the resolution soon.

Tab not working properly

The problems were, 1- one tape leaking. Company service man advised change of spindle, covered under free service.
2 One angle valve leaking. Company service man advised change of disc, covered under free service.
3. One flush valve, insufficient flushing. Company service man advised change of some parts, covered under free service.

In the third week of September, 2021, company service personnel visited our place, changed spindle of the tape. On trying to open Flush Valve, could not open it but damaged it by inflicting very deep scratches on the knobs. One of our angle valve leaking.
Contacted Your Service Center Chandigarh in charge Sh. Verinder on his mobile, intimating damage caused by the Company service personnel and shared snap shots of damaged Flush valve.
Since then running from pillar to post to get the damaged flush valve knobs replaced and rectify defects of inadequate Flushing and repair leakage of angle valve.
Tried to lodge complaint on your toll free number, but no response. Even
Your Service Center Chandigarh in charge Sh. Verinder has blocked my mobile no. on his phone.
e mails were sent to, grecemma, support and verinder, on their respective mail addresses on 2nd, September; 9th September;17th September; 10th November;22nd November and 17th December, 2021. In these mails details of my complaints, snap shots of damaged Flush Valve and copy of relevant purchase invoice were sent.
But I am sorry to say no response till date.
It is requested to replace the damaged knobs of Flush Valve, damaged by company service man, with new ones, make the valve fully functional and repair leakage of Angle Valve.

Purchased one diverter at Hyderabad store. After six months the diverter handle screw was removed. Frequently the handle of diverter automatically opened.
