Dear sir/madam, recently we installed jaquar senson tap in our plant. Since installation there is continous issue is connector, ie and solenoidal valve. Team from chandigarh office visited 4 times but still problem is not resolved. Earlier complaint number is 00822948. Team has taken part for replacement but has not returned back and installed since long.

    Hi, Hi, my name is shashank kapoor and i have purchased the sensor tap in 2013 and for its service i have to wait for 6 months because the part is not available and now the second time i complained about the range problem in jaquar then on 16/07/2018 service engineer mr. rajkamal visited and told that the remote for setting range is not available with me i have made the request for it and he gave the service job in which he mentioned the repair is pending then i waited for my repair then after one month no service person visited then again i logged a complain on 15/09/2018 and i told them that i have complained about it previously and my repair is pending then they told that the previous complained is resolved then i told that my complain is pending and i have the proof then they again logged the complain after that local service person mr rajkamal visited and told my that the problem is of battery so i installed a new battery then also the tap won't work so he said that i will tell for a senior visit then after one week mr rishikant visited and told that the problem is not of battery but the solonied valve is not working and told that you wait for 15 days for this part to be replaced then on 28/09 /2018 service person mr asgar hussain from lucknow visited and checked my sensor tap and he has spare solonied valve and after checking he said that the request for the part is wrong solonied valve is working but the sensor eye is not working so it is to be changed and asked to give 5400 for new sensor eye so i refused to give and i told that my product is in warranty and it is to be replaced free of cost so he said the company will not replace then i said that to give a written proof that my part will not be replaced in warranty then mr. asgar changed and told that i will give request for the part change. the service person has three spare sensor eye if i pay him 5400 then he will repalce it and for replacing it in warranty he can't that means the service person are greedy of money they will not replace the product for free in warranty and till now i haven't got my replacement and my tap is not working for three month. is this the quality of service the customer has to suffer after purchasing the product poor quality of service and i will never purchase any product of jaquar in my life

      Bought a health faucet from a jaguar dealer on 22nd september. Piece was defective and had a constant leak once connected. Told dealer who didn’t replace the piece but lodged complaint with company/customer care. Have been running after the dealer and the company for the last 10 days to get it replaced, to no avail. The company’s customer care number is not reachable, dealer is not responsive. It’s absolute customer harassment from a non responsive, non accountable consumer products company that claims to be world class. Please help with getting this complaint to the right channel. Invoice number bc001026, warranty certificate number a/o/d5468/0000426.

        We have bought all bathroom products taps, flush tank, shower nothing is working properly n when we call ur service center they dont come on time after complaining again n again they come dont come n when they come ask for service charges under warranty period also n its they r not able to fix it so please help me with this issue n tell me how can i solve it?

          Hi, my name is shashank kapoor and i have purchased the product of jaquar in 2013 since then i am facing lekage issue in concealed cistern. After purchasing and installing the product and within 15 days i have complained for service then the engineer visited and checked and told me that when you flush then after flushing just check that the cistern syphon is perfectly fit by pressing the flush button again but how many times i will check that then i complained again then the engineer told that the only solution is to take out the tank from the wall and reinstall that. But after many complained the final result came to reinstall the cistern so in august 2017 i called tollfree no. To give the guideline for cistern then mr vipin the senior service person came for visit and in their guideline i made the reinstall and he certified me that there is no damage in the cistern then after the reinstall and finishing of the bathroom i called again for cleaning then he again visited and check for leakage and no lekage was there then in august 2017 i faced the issue of leakage in the wall then i called the jaquar toolfree no. For this issue then the engineer visited to take out the tank again and he told if there is a crack in tank of cistern then the company will replace but now they are saying that we will not replace the cistern. All the reinstall was done under the guidance then how come its my fault and if there was leakage then it could be identified within in few days how come after 6 months it means this is a fault in tank. Please help me and my recent complaint no. Is 00860422

            Wall fitting toilet commode bush collapsed and broken. Commode came off the wall. Action of toilet seat also gone. The toilet commodes' bush on which the bolt from wall rests is damaged and the commode has come off the wall. When i flush it the entire water comes off in the floor. I can't use the toilet. It is almostone and a half years since i started living in the newly constructed house.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased jaquar wash basin from your angamaly outlet gaylord sanitaries 3 years back.
                  But currently we found some manufacturing defect on it, the same has been shown in the photo which i am attaching herewith. The photo explains a clear molding defect (Dumb) and it's puttied & finished.

                  When the putty peeled off the dumb is clearly visible. We have already contacted the outlet but they agreeing that there is a crack. But it is not a crack, it's molding problem which can be easily identified by the technical person.
                  For further clarification the concerned person is not attending the calls.

                  We request you to rectify the problem /replace the product.

                    Jaguar fittings worth 2.7 lakh bought from bath decor dehradun. One of the mixers was not working properly for which we registered complaint with customer care. Plumber visited the site and suggested that normal mixer instead of spring loaded mixer would suffice on the first floor bathroom as the pressure was less. So we wanted an exchange from the dealer which he denied saying that it has been used and there are scratches. Firstly there were no scratches and even if there were scratches does the company take the responsibility to exchange for customer satisfaction if i am going for jaguar i expect some kind of customer satisfaction from such big name otherwise there are number of companies that charge less than half of jaguar. I have many projects that could have jaguar fittings but now i would not resort to jaguar because jaguar customer care says they can not help me on this issue

                      I’m reetha from bangalore. My number is [protected]. First up all i want to thank jaquar rap. I was using jaquar taps since 2004. I really satisfied with that and i always go for jaquar for my house. Two years back i changed my kitchen tap and fix jaquar tap. Last one month i’m noticing that there is small leakage of water and it’s slowly increasing. So i complained there customer care and 00832079.. This is my complaint number. This is my first complaint about jaguar tap. One person came for service and charging rs. 250. I didn’t give because it’s under warranty and i have the bill also. So he didn’t repair the tap properly. Still i’ m facing the leakgae. I didn’t expect this type worst service from jaquar.

                      As a consistent customer of Jaquar Bathroom Fitting products It is a very sorry feeling that I have to be associated with this brand today.
                      The recent happenings of one single order is getting me more convinced to switch over to alternate brands, since the recent quality of your products is inline with the companies that provide sub standard products and even worser customer service.

                      This is with reference to “PO 2824, 2789 & 2826“. Being in the business we do understand that there are exceptions when achieving consistent quality can be a concern but it is for that reason that we pay a premium price for a brand like Jaquar Bathroom Fitting. Our concerns were only rebuked time and again even after attending the same by your service team and we are still left behind with fittings that we cannot use and lose our credibility. We have been speaking with Mr. Ketan Patel and his senior but it doesn’t seem like our problems will be addressed and resolved, as it has been more than a month but the result is negative.

                      We are looking to have a complete replacement of all the contents received in order number “PO 2824, 2789 & 2826“ because it could not be resolved by your service team as well. We do not wish to invest more time over this. This has been the first instance that we have faced with you in 15-20 years of sourcing from you. We have been coming time and again for all our projects because we trusted your brand. If this replacement is not possible, we would like to have a complete refund and also we shall commit to not working with you again.

                        I have lodged a complaint for repair of wv seat cover hinges vide service call number 00829909.
                        The service person visited the site and observed that one of hinges is damaged and needs to be replaced. He promised to bring the same next day.
                        On the next day person arrives and replaces damaged hinges. Since he said that he cannot buy one hinges so he bought two and left with us. The service person did mention that there is not service charge.
                        To my utter surprise, i was charged for rs. 850/- for a pair of plastic hinges which is way to far a price.
                        Can i request somebody to help me understand why a pair of plastic hinges cost so high?
                        I am ready to fight for the cost if i don't get any satisfactory answer from jaguar services.

                            I have reported a call on 6/7/18 raising complaints on service issue
                            As per your person he said the product is not in stock and the part will come in 15 days...
                            I had been following the engineer whose number was [protected]

                            On repeated request this gentlemen was asking is it not done still again and again... But till date the complaint is not solved... Is this the way a company runs... I am terrified to see the brand like jaguar doing this..

                            I have almost all products of jaguar in my house and have been suggesting all as it has a good service back up

                            Pls maintain the same and solve the issue at the earliest

                              Concealed cistern is leaking and bottle trap is also leaking. Complained this issue more than 12 days but no response from your side. 00759068 is the complain number. I have called customer care several times but every time no one answered my calls and never even bothered to call back. I convinced my client to purchase jaquar but now i feel cheated

                              Sound is coming from water heater which is new
                              It was installed 4 days back
                              At our project we have used i flush if jaquar. Aftrer all the installation at the time of testing we are getting pressure issue in flush value. We have already conceled the value. Now its getting problem in all the bathroom .

                              Please have a look, send some technician to have a look and solve the problem.
                              Flush button of wall mounted water closet is not working. we immediately need a person to repair it. As water is continuously going without any control and it is emptying the tank.
                              I have twice complained in customer care for the same complain but there is no responce to it. I regret prefering jaquar.

                                Registering complaint for last 2 months. Registered 5 complaints, made around 10 calls each of about 30 minutes. No response. We are having water shortage now and we are forced to pump around 3 times per day causing huge money loss.

                                We have purchase 05 dispensers in the month of Mar'18 through Alpha Trading, out of that 03 dispensers are not working, We are following with customer care for more than 25 days but not getting solution. Request to help us out.
                                The flush tank gets filled and does not cut the water connection. Water keeps flowing through the flush
                                Please look in to the photos attached below I had got all my bathroom fitting from Jaquar after a few months the chrome of the fitting started chipping off and the health faucet is not working it's hardly been 6 months and the fittings are not working well would request you to send a person across and have a look at these problems with the fitting

                                  I purchased a jaquar concealed cistern (Tank), from 'jai maa chintpurni bath collection', which has a bill dated of 05/05/16.
                                  The tank has started to leak lately, i tried contacting the jaquar service provider but no one arrived to fix the issue. Then after repeated efforts one service provider arrived but he denied to fix the tank under warranty. Now after the poor response and after sales service, i am finally contacting the company directly through this e-mail. I hope my issue with the tank is resolved as soon as possible by repairing the tank under warranty.

                                  The bathroom taps for shower as well as smaller used in toilet are coming off every time one uses it...Plumber has fixed it but it keeps coming off...Please send someone to rectify it...It is a new model launched by Jaguar.
                                  Water heater and comboad both is leacking pls look after it as soon as possible... Contact me as soon as possible...

                                    Please provide me solution they are not working on our complains. Every time they gv us another complain number. We are seriously fed up with this product.
                                    In the end to june one executive they sent and he was unable to solve our problem then he told us he will send some senior person. But no action from their side. We complain again on :

                                    1st september
                                    Every time they give new complain number but no body is interested in giving the solution.
                                    Please solve our problem. Otherwise we will remove all jaquar product from our home and never recommand anyone for this company.

                                    A automatic sensor of tap has an problem with the water outcoming. Once the water will come and next the water doesn't come

                                      Hello,
                                      We bought lyric sink cock jaguar chromi water taps from m/s. Abc sales corporation kanhangad on 6/12/2016.

                                      Tap started leaking after 12months and we complained and mr. Dileesh of jaguar visited site and dismantled pipe.
                                      He told it will be repaired under warranty.
                                      This happened on 2months before.

                                      Now he is not picking our call and dealer also not responding.

                                      REMINDER...No response till today.
                                      Leaking taps need to be serviced.called several times no response
                                      Jaquar urinal sensor and conseal cystern out of order since 1 year, Several IVRS complaint made, but everytiime the service person close call without visiting. I will move to court if not solved in a month

                                        My Bathroom's Jaquar's Concealed cistern JCS-WHT-2400S is fetching problem. When the cistern is filled with water there is no problem but when the cistern is completely filled with water the extra water after filling cistern completely is overloaded and the extra water is leakage through cistern's main outlet pipe and the water flew through the comot pan. It is assumpted that the cistern's valve did not work

                                        The valves are not closing properly and it is very hard to move rotate the valves. Also some valves are passing. All the valves fitted in my apartment are of jaquar make and are very new only three four years old and sparingly used, still it is not working.
