My complaint no is 01019935 dated 16th nov. The main knob to close the water supply in the flush valve has become in-operational. Also the cylinder is not responding.
Call center executive says it will take 72 hours.
How can the main valve of the tank in the building where i live be closed foe 72 hours.
Don"t you guys understand the seriousness of the situation.
I have spent 6000 rs for the water tanker already as the pipe is 1 1/4 inch.. And the water keeps coming into the closet because the washer ogf the maon valve of the flush valve as well as the cylinder is worn out..
Its an emergency!!!

    We have purchased jaquar fittings for our 6 bathrooms & kitchen just few months back.

    Just before a week a kitchen sink mixer & 2 concealed flush tank has started problems. We have raised a request on 26th of october then 2 technicians came to solve it but couldn't succeed!! Specially for the kitchen sink mixer!! We have re-raised our complaint the day before yesterday again to your customer care but no one came till today evening!!!

    Kindly do interfere in this matter to solve our problems & do the needful. As we have full trust on the jaquar products hope to get the best service after sales.

      I am complaining about geyser servicing and unethical behavior with mental harassment by the head manager of jaquar of bihar state. Actually i bought geyser with complete bathing solution products of jaquar on 06-jan-2018 in inr 26, 560. I had used geyser in january month only but right now its not working then i called to jaquar advisor on the given help line no.[protected] and registered complain on 02-nov-2018 and they provides comlpain no. I 00978801 for geyser problems and advisor told that problem will be resolve within 72 working hours but after 7 working days no one service person attend at my home for resolve the problem after that again i called to jaquar advisor regarding same case then advisor gave me contact no. [protected], [protected] of jaquar head manager of bihar state and i talked with the head manager of bihar on above no. Then he told thal i have no. Service person in your area i can't do anything. Sir i would like to know that from you i[censored] have not service person available in those area why do you sell the product in that area. Please tell me...

      one service person came on 15-nov-2018 and he resolved the problem.he called me from mob. no, .7903813947 before visit my home and he told me his name chandra bhushan.

        I had lodged a complaint in first week of oct.2018 regarding the above cited subject as two no. Of basin mixers (Florentene series) in my clinic located at amarsingh college chowk gogjibagh srinagar (J&k) are not working because of damaged operating handles.
        One mr. Praveen, based in jammu & incharge for said servives had assured me two weeks ago that my problem will be solved in two days time but unfortunately my complaint remains unsolved till date.
        Heights of carelessness on part of jagwar!

          Dear sir
          My bathroom geyser is not working since 20 oct 2018. I have filed a complaint to the jaquar company on 20 oct 2018 vide reference no: 00931724. However, i received a message from jaquar company on 23 oct 2018 on mob no: [protected], stating that the complaint is resolved. But, nobody turned up to solve my complaint, they have just sent a false message. I would request a stern action is to be initiated against the person who have sent a false message.

          In view of the above it is therefore requested that my complaint is to be resolved at the earliest.

            I bought the wall mounted wc from maha lakshmi sanitary emporium, noida which is leaking from the first day and therefore my washroom is unfunctional. I put a complaint on 27/10/2018 which was not even entertained at first and i got a text saying that it has been resolved after that when i called they asked me to put a complaint again. After that the team person came and checked but did not do anything. Because as per the procedure it will take 1.5 months to get the issue resolved. This is the worst service ever. How can someone wait for 2 months to get the washroom functional again. This is frustrating.

              I have purchased all the fittings from kastoori mart garh road my cisten plates started to form a rusting layer within 1 yr inspite o[censored]sing jaquar cleaning solution glitz i registered the complain and the macanic came and took my plates and assured me they will be replaced within 15 days he took it on 3rd sep 2018 and according to 15 days it should have arrived within 18th sep but now it has been more than 2 months the bloody company is not taking any actions i spoke to anshul also he is on good post inspite of speaking with him there is no response from company the comapny employees are treating the customer as if i have taken the fittings for free inspite i have purchased futtings of more than 6.5 lacs for a single bathroom now tell me of you are paying huge amount to company is that the response you should be getting back

              When press flush valve button, water Cumming but not stop properly.some water leaking regularly.

                I registered complaint (No.[protected] on 29th october, 18 because my kitchen mixture splendor wasn't working.

                So your attendant amarjeet came to my place (Panchkula) and i gave him that splendor part that i got changed from my plumber because your attendant didn't came on time.

                Now he has taken my splendor and is not returning it and neither he is admitting that he has it. And now your second attendant is taking charges for that part which is in guarantee. This is ridiculous.

                I am highly disappointed with the jaguar service.
                Please take some strict action.

                  This is horrible. The water from the shower does not come out in an unoform manner.. Moreover even after the knob has been closed water leaks off from the shower. The right and left knobs for the taps also show poor response. Sometimes the knob does not function at all. And as a result even some amount of water from the tap also does not come outthis is not the forst time that we are facing this issue.. It has only been 5 years that the tap has been bought but the problems concerned with it is immense.in all this three in one bathroom fitting is horrible and needs to be addressed from the companys end..
                  If people needs to earn money they should be doing it by fair means. So its better that the company takes some step ahead for better manufacturing of products and please the customers.. They should be doing the needful so that the trust gets earned from the customers side.

                    Kitchen single tap/ complained so many times regarding replacement of the tape your authorised person also visited our house twice but still none of the solution came. He said he will call back or he will come back but he didn’t turned up.. And even not answering our call. Calling customer care again and again is not possible as i am a professional lady and don’t have time to call u guyz again n again

                    One kitchen tap and one bathroom mixer not working completely. Kitchen tap are not working for long time i am not complaining on jaquar site because i am bussy but when my bathroom mixer stop working properly than i was complen at present time

                      I called up jaquar customer care for my non-working geyser of AO Smith Jaquar Elite series to look into the issue.

                      Reference no. 00955850
                      Dated: October 26, 2018

                      No action was taken by the company. The issues has been lingering on for more than 2 years now. I use two other geysers of same series, infact all other bathroom fittings in my house is of your company. I had put in trust in this brand but never expected such poor response to customer issues.

                      A non working geyser in winter season is of no use. Please try to address the issue ASAP.

                        We had purchased bathroom glass enclosure from jaguar chandigarh dealer. Today while using the enclosure, closing the door, the glass broke and the complete glass door fell on me. The complete bathroom was filled with scattered pieces of glass. I was shocked to see such poor quality of toughened glass being used. Due to this i got injured with cuts on my fingers.                           Sir, my earlier complain no. Is 1989538. This is very harasing evenafter many discussion with mr. Ansul shrivastava over phone no.[protected]. My problem is still as it is even mr ansul advice me that all issues be sortout within one week but. Neither he is not picking phone calls nor sortout this problems. On 18/07/2018 one macanic named mr. Shahbaz khan came and made the job card and told me that as soon as i submit this job card i will get the items to change and instantly i will change the item written in job card and after that other macanic came (On dt. 30/08/2018) created other job card and same was committed by this macanic still my problems presist but till date there is no response. Let me know from june to till date i am following through this form but it is company policy to linger on the complaint. Kindly help me and get my fitting change.

                          Sir, I had written many times but I had not received any satisfactoey solution or answer.
                          I had purchase bathroom fitting from jaquar and it got faded and rusted (colour change) and also leakage problems.
                          I had also written earlier but they denying to change these fittings or give some solution, many times they sent the massages of resolved of complain even the did not visit to see the problems. Kindly look in to matter to resolve these issue.
                          God will help me.

                            This Complaint is Regarding The Steam Gernator which I purchased from the Jaquar which is Not working
                            Even from the time of purchase
                            and for which i made regular complaints in the Jaquar complaint center and drop the mails so many times

                            But they don’t Give the solution about it
                            None of Their technicians visited as their promise time is 24-48 working hours from the Complainant Registered
                            And nearly Two month is passed from my complaint

                            I m very disappointed from the bad service from such a huge brand like Jaquar

                            I want the full compensation from the Jaquar
                            As problem is arises after the use of product at once

                            And i a shorter period i made the complaints aprox 15 times, even now their service partners not answering to my calls

                              I have lodged the complaint to jaquar on 20th july 18 for shower mixture. Almost 4 months have passed since the complaint is not resolved and over and above the complaint is closed at back end without any resolution.

                              This is kind of service being provided by jaquar.

                              In 4 months the company is not resolving the complaints speaks itself about the customer orientation and focus.
                              This is worst service i have experienced from company.

                              I am from Space-age Electro Technology (I) Pvt. Ltd, Peenya, Bangalore, We have purchased Metropole Flush valve-Jaguar from you on 19/12/ 2011 invoice no.3585 now we have problems with few items, please send a person to repair.
                              I purchased this product on 28th June 2018. Eversince it was installed, its flushing system is not working. It is not able to flush out the dirt completely. 11 complaints were lodged without any success.

                                  This is to inform i am highly unsatisfied with your services. Your representive mr. Kaniya lal kumar. From radhe govind associate. (Jaipur) raj. He had no code of conduct. Did not carry his id. Had no knowledge for your brand. He statred arguing with me. Did not fix my compalint. Broke my wash basin tab. Had very bad experience know i will fear before buying your brand. This is not what i thought before buying your brand. If my complain is not resolve asap. I will have to use the socail media. Upload the videos of leaking and broken tab. I am suffring from past seven days no action has been taken from jaquar. Zero cumstomer satisfaction is what i have received from your company.

                                    I am writing this mail in a hope that i will get a reply and solution to my issue & the confidence that i have in jaquar as brand will not be shattered.
                                    I purchased sanitary fitting for my new construction (5 washrooms) after taking quotation from the jammu orientation center from jaquar authorized dealer m/s jain builders. On last friday i. E, 19.10.18, i purchased 1 wc and geyser and when plumber opened the wc for installation next day he found a hair line crack in the wc. Me and my plumber both went to jaquar orientation center to log complaint for wc as well as for one of diverter as there was issue with cap of diverter also. I was told that my complaint has been logged and jaquar engineer will visit in next 72 hours.. The orientation people as told me to inform dealer also, which i did same day and got a very lazy response
                                    Sir, engineer visited on monday and resolved the issue of diverter, and told us that the wc has issue and will inform his seniors about the issue, and will get it resolved.
                                    Now sir i am running from post to pillar to get the issue resolved, but not getting any response. Believe me as gentleman i would have never disturbed you if the issue would have been from my side.

                                      This is the reference that we have 51 rooms hotel in chittorgarh rajasthan, we have purchased all bath fitting in all rooms, now problem is that in, it’s not working properly from last 03 year & from when after fitted. All room flush is stopped working every 2-3 day & customer care then they send someone technician repaired problem, then after 2-3 days same problem start again. I am deeply regret to jaquar flush system. I brought jaquar bath fittings after recommend by shopkeeper or my friend. Already many times we have faced different type of problem. Today on the date of 24/10/18 90% flash are not working properly. Every night & day leakage water from flash. Our all guest are complaining about this every morning. Please look into the matter. I am deeply haras. Please change the all flash system or you may return my full money against the bath fitting purchased

                                        Good day,
                                        A jaguar technician took the defected cistern panel (Under warranty) from my house more than 1 month ago and promised to return it within 20 days. It has been over a month now and i have made multiple calls to the customer care and to mr. Mithun (Manager at the jaguar workshop). Everyone keeps saying that it will be returned soon, but no action is being taken by anybody. Kindly inform me once and for all whether it is going to be returned or should i buy a new one from the market. Already written to [protected]@jaguar.com.

Please let me know one final time if you can return the part which I have paid for from my own pocket. Or else now I will have to proceed the legal way forward as it is clear now that this a case of theft.
