I am extremely dissatisfied with jaquar sanitaryware and their customer care service. I had bought an entire set of bathroom fittings just a couple of months back.On installation of the fittings, the cistern was found to be functioning improperly as well as the shower button which is resulting in constant leakage of water. Having called up the customer service care for the umpteenth number of time since the beginning of this month, there has been NO VISIT of the service maintenance staff at my residence. Each time i have been assured over the call [protected] that the staff will be visiting the next day against the complaint number 00918591.It is a matter o[censored]tter negligence, inefficiency, insincerity and lakadaiscal disposition on the part of the staff representing the brand. Sorry to say that I have lost my faith in the brand.

      I am facing water leakge problem in my bathroom mixture.I have called Many time to customer care but they did'nt took any action.This is also affecting my house.In three years this is third time the same issue. They sent there plumber after many calls but this time this is very serious matter.The water is leaking 24hours due to this im facing the problem of dampness and my water tank got finish very early every time.I m requesting that please take an immediate action to resolve this problem.

        Extremely poor quality of after sales service by jaguar. After reviewing the 'gold standard' service standards advertised on the website, i purchased a shower and mixer for 9000 rs from m/s gupta sanatary ware. The product was defective and the installation was wrongly done. As a result the hot and cold water mix. The initial service request was met with a 'vip plumber' mr ahmead coming in and rendering a diagnosis that 'nothing could be done'. He left without any actual support.

        The second service request no 00910627 was neglected for 1 week. # the manager at the call center [protected] mr wasif and mr mithun laughed my complaint off and refused to extend even the basic support. Refused to share emails and contacts of their seniors so that i could discuss the matter - seemed they didnt care about the companys reputation - even after i said i would go to consumer court.

        Sir in my sensor water tap, water comes very slowly as compare to my another sensor water tap. I purchase them before 11 months approx, not more than 1 year.

          We have purchased the different bathroom material from surface creamics 43, kailash enclave, near rama market, pitam pura delhi34 vide thier bill no. 1121 dt. 12.5.2018 and fitted in our office at namly grand india impex at 10703/35 at qila kadam sharif, jhandewalan nabi karim, paharganj, delhi-55.

          The complaint being related to flush tank is not working i. E. Water supply problem, even full water pressure is available.

            We bought bath shower in june 2018 and started using from july/aug after
            House completion... We have put a grundfos motor for maintaining pressure as well. We installed a instant geyser 2 weeks back but since then the shower is not
            Working properly.. Sometimes pressure is there but other times its very slow or not coming at all. We approached the shop we bought this from - lakshmi sanitation, chennai - but they advised to approach jaguar directly on toll free number. But this toll free number is not going through.

              We are running a commercial gym parlor and spa centre. We are mundhada family. We installed steam bath by jaguar because of name and fame. The installation took place around march 2016. The bill was raised on 22.2.2016..
              We actually started using it from the late months of 2016 or early 2017.. This was because we could not finish the spa room properly. We used the same steam bath only twice or thrice and sth went bad and we stopped using. The dealer who had taken our order was informed and he lodged the call to service centre. They came and said that there will be some expense. We were not ready for the incurred expense and hence writing to the company. There is a fault in installation of the same. The product which we bought is under ten ears or life time warranty. Would your company please look into the matter seriously as the complaint was lodged three to four times but nothing concrete happens. Needs proper utilisation of the product which is so beautiful.

                A techinocation came on 13.10.2018
                And he asked me a warrant card.
                Where i told the person that i dont need any repairing complain.
                I need only a installation guide as all the product of jaquard is 8 days old.
                But instead o[censored]nderstanding my word.
                He started rough behavuour and scold me lots.
                He told, i will guide only if i haire his plumber.

                It seem that' he also doing plumbing contract constuction work also.

                He cant guide untill i am not hireing his plumbing.

                I used all jaquare product except one consealed stock'
                And for that jaquare techinocation scold me lots as like i am his servent.

                So is this the service and management of a big company jaquare.

                We purchased a diverter in Visakhapatnam from the dealer named living lines .we have mounted it and the pressure of water from the outlet spout is very low.How could we rectify it. We are living in salur Vizianagaram district .

                  I have got cracks in my wash basin and despite numerous complains and follow ups i am taken aback to get it replaced despite the jaguar executives confirming that needs to be replaced. It's been 3 years i got it installed and 2 years of me trying to get it replaced but all in vain.
                  Evertime i hear the engineer visits and says we will get this replaced but till date the replacement is not happening.

                  I request you to please take necessary action at the earliest, otherwise i will have to shift to some another company for all the fittings

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            We use most of Jaquar fittings in our plant. In month of June we installed new Jaquar Sensor tap but it was not working. We called Jaquar Chandigarh office, initially we were told that to write mail to [protected]@jaquar.com and [protected]@jaquar.com accordingly mail sent and informed about the matter. The series of mail communication screen shots is attached for your reference. After registering complain service provider came after one week and inspected the part and came up with the same observation of getting battery extremely hot after connecting. He went back and reported that the IE is not working. The service provider came after 10 days with other IE and installed it but there was same problem of batter getting hot. then he reported that there is issue with connector and taken part for repairing. The guy came up with soldered connector and fixed it. The tap was worked for one week and again started giving problems of running continuously.

                            we reported the matter to Chandigarh office but no response from them. After few days we registered online complaint ( Complain number[protected] and 2097815), then one person came after one week, inspected the part, found problem with solenoidal valve and said that we will replace the whole part in short time. There was no response for several days by service provider again. Two week back different guy came for checking the tap and reported that they will change the connector and taken part with him. so far there is no response from team. No body picks phone and even not having positive intention for resolving the issue.

                            The matter is pending since 27th June 2018 despite continuous follow up. Several visits has had happened by service provider but no results from these visits.

                            Request you to kindly resolve the problem of IE, Solenoidal valve and connector of installed new Jaquar Tap.

                              Wash basin model ars-wht-39801, bought on 6-apr-2018, had corrosive marks appearing on surface (Photo attached) from end of july. Phoned customer care[protected] to lodge complaint on 13th august with sr 00714806, and i was asked to share the photo of defective basin at another phone number[protected], nivesh singh as per truecaller data.

                              Since 13th august, i had called up customer care to check status every 10 days, and everytime i was told the following exact lines:
                              - case is under review for replacement
                              - photos are yet to be received at head office
                              - jaquar will call me back within 2 days to update me with latest status

                              On 21st september, i called customer care for the 4th time, and i explained them to tell me if they would replace the product or not, if they don't i am fine, but not to waste any more time over false promises. I was again assured that i would be called back within 24 hours, which they did not.

                              Funny thing, customer care opened another service request (Sr[protected], probably to defend the delay in turn-around-time, obviously adding to my frustrations and harrasment.

                              I am requesting your interference in this matter. It has been more than 50 days since i lodged the complaint. All i ever wanted to understand if the product could be replaced or not.

                              Everytime water spills out without stoping and with good speed it flows and 24/7..
                              Taps broken also within 2 years only..
                              Water leakage from toilet seats
                              Water spills whenever we flush it up
                              Many problems are there with shower also
                              Shower not running with full speed and no pressure inside
                              Many more problems also.
                              The tap at the sink is leaking and the water is draining drop by drop since 2 week

                                Dear sir/madam, recently we installed jaquar senson tap in our plant. Since installation there is continous issue is connector, ie and solenoidal valve. Team from chandigarh office visited 4 times but still problem is not resolved. Earlier complaint number is 00822948. Team has taken part for replacement but has not returned back and installed since long.

                                  Hi, Hi, my name is shashank kapoor and i have purchased the sensor tap in 2013 and for its service i have to wait for 6 months because the part is not available and now the second time i complained about the range problem in jaquar then on 16/07/2018 service engineer mr. rajkamal visited and told that the remote for setting range is not available with me i have made the request for it and he gave the service job in which he mentioned the repair is pending then i waited for my repair then after one month no service person visited then again i logged a complain on 15/09/2018 and i told them that i have complained about it previously and my repair is pending then they told that the previous complained is resolved then i told that my complain is pending and i have the proof then they again logged the complain after that local service person mr rajkamal visited and told my that the problem is of battery so i installed a new battery then also the tap won't work so he said that i will tell for a senior visit then after one week mr rishikant visited and told that the problem is not of battery but the solonied valve is not working and told that you wait for 15 days for this part to be replaced then on 28/09 /2018 service person mr asgar hussain from lucknow visited and checked my sensor tap and he has spare solonied valve and after checking he said that the request for the part is wrong solonied valve is working but the sensor eye is not working so it is to be changed and asked to give 5400 for new sensor eye so i refused to give and i told that my product is in warranty and it is to be replaced free of cost so he said the company will not replace then i said that to give a written proof that my part will not be replaced in warranty then mr. asgar changed and told that i will give request for the part change. the service person has three spare sensor eye if i pay him 5400 then he will repalce it and for replacing it in warranty he can't that means the service person are greedy of money they will not replace the product for free in warranty and till now i haven't got my replacement and my tap is not working for three month. is this the quality of service the customer has to suffer after purchasing the product poor quality of service and i will never purchase any product of jaquar in my life

                                    Bought a health faucet from a jaguar dealer on 22nd september. Piece was defective and had a constant leak once connected. Told dealer who didn’t replace the piece but lodged complaint with company/customer care. Have been running after the dealer and the company for the last 10 days to get it replaced, to no avail. The company’s customer care number is not reachable, dealer is not responsive. It’s absolute customer harassment from a non responsive, non accountable consumer products company that claims to be world class. Please help with getting this complaint to the right channel. Invoice number bc001026, warranty certificate number a/o/d5468/0000426.

                                      We have bought all bathroom products taps, flush tank, shower nothing is working properly n when we call ur service center they dont come on time after complaining again n again they come dont come n when they come ask for service charges under warranty period also n its they r not able to fix it so please help me with this issue n tell me how can i solve it?

                                        Hi, my name is shashank kapoor and i have purchased the product of jaquar in 2013 since then i am facing lekage issue in concealed cistern. After purchasing and installing the product and within 15 days i have complained for service then the engineer visited and checked and told me that when you flush then after flushing just check that the cistern syphon is perfectly fit by pressing the flush button again but how many times i will check that then i complained again then the engineer told that the only solution is to take out the tank from the wall and reinstall that. But after many complained the final result came to reinstall the cistern so in august 2017 i called tollfree no. To give the guideline for cistern then mr vipin the senior service person came for visit and in their guideline i made the reinstall and he certified me that there is no damage in the cistern then after the reinstall and finishing of the bathroom i called again for cleaning then he again visited and check for leakage and no lekage was there then in august 2017 i faced the issue of leakage in the wall then i called the jaquar toolfree no. For this issue then the engineer visited to take out the tank again and he told if there is a crack in tank of cistern then the company will replace but now they are saying that we will not replace the cistern. All the reinstall was done under the guidance then how come its my fault and if there was leakage then it could be identified within in few days how come after 6 months it means this is a fault in tank. Please help me and my recent complaint no. Is 00860422
