It is to complain about an authorized service provider of jaguar sanitary fitiings named 'dew drops' 13/417, veeyapuram po, haripad-690514, alleppy, kerala (Phone no : [protected], [protected]) whom we contacted for repairs of jaguar fittings at our vip guest house of ntpc kayamkulam, cheppad. Neither had they responded in time, nor they delivered any service. The proprietor mr. Baburaj took all most 20 days time to visit...

So, complaint was made, service executive who attended the complaint not solved the problem, instead increased the problem. Now when we open cock both shower and spout gets on. I buy three i flash from jaquar. They give ten years free service warranty for this product. After buying the product they r saying that u have to purchase presser motor with this then only u can use it. Then what to do i also buy a motor of 16000|-for this. We are an interior design and architecture firm in shahjahanpur, u. P. We had bought an wall hung toilet seat/commode mode : fss-wht-29951 from jaguar showroom in bareilly named sachi.

That particular model's seat has been unsuccessful from the very first month o[censored]sage. It is used occasionally, and from the first use itself it has fallen off.

We bought the product as it gave a 1st option in our minds as it was a great standard product. We have registered a complaint almost 10 days back received no service initially one service engg came said will get it sorted out in 2 days then send engg came who said part not available will take 10 days this is really sad never expected from jaquar you are not doing justice to your brand pleass help urgently this has been a regular problem with jaquar service quality people either don't turn up or they come with no solution its really...

Last i have complained in may 2017 their bogus plumber came on 22 may 2017 and taken a charge rs.1460/ within a week same leakage problem started but we were out of station.,
Again i called up their toll free no sent their plumber charged an exorbitant amt rs.1850/- not satisfied.
Remember never use jaquar fittings or any sanitary materials.
Always use grohe a reputed reliabe german company
One time investment...

One of our service person came to my home and check the problem and ask for this require some kind of metrial to fixed it, that he bring with him next day.

But day after next day when i call the company it said you problems was solved according to service person.

That why again i have to made a complain against my problem.
