I wanted to draw your attention about the issue i am facing with service provided by jaquar. I bought jaquar products trusting service (In case of any issue jaquar will provide in time service but i was proven wrong by your team (Customer help desk, service department)

I have installed 2 new diverters of jaquar.

There is a small problem with the handle of diverters and a small plastic clip should be changed. I enquired with a local plumber, he suggested that done by only jaquar service people. That clip will be available with them.

Aug 25th 2017 : i registered a complaint with jaquar customer help desk by giving complete details of issue and address everything. (Complaint no:663949).

After 4 days a service guyfrom jaquar called me confirm address, he told me that my area will not come under him, he will assign to concern local area service guy.

Sept 1st 2017: i called jaquar customer care to check about the issue. They told they will follow up with concern area incharge, they opened a new complaint (Complaint no - 645515) by closing the last complaint (663949).

After this i called jaquar couple of times and asked when are they going to resolve, they connected my call to hyderabad regional incharge. He assured me that it will be closed in next 48 hours, i gave him complete address up on his request. He told the full address was not mentioned in the complaint.

Sept 11th 2017: i called again, to get email id of regional head or someone with to whom i can escalate the issue. But no use the customer care executive rejected by saying she could directly connect me to supervisor. I asked her whether my address is correctly updated in the complaint i raised and i gave her full address again and asked her to follow up with concern team otherwise i need to raise complaint to higher authority. She assured me of resolving the issue.

In the evening yesterday, i got sms on my mobile saying "the issue has been resolved hence complaint has been closed". I was surprised by seeing this

    My complain is the comode system to be refitted and necessary washer is required for stoping the hevy leakage of water from comode,
    Your mechanic has attended the complain as he could not open the comode he has left the work in between this matter was reported and no action is taken since 1 month.
    Work is to be done urgently.

      Sir my name is vinit kumar and i m live in buxar. Sir i am all ready doing complain of last six days (Comp no-673487). But no body can call me againt this complain no.
      My shower pannel nob is very hard i just think it is manufacturing problem and i am allready two or three complain for last two year but no any one can solve my problem by your service and your service is so poor.

      There are two conceal wall mountain flush tank in bathrooms of Jaguar brand.
      In first, the supply of water is stopped from yesterday.
      In second, there is consistent flow with sound.

        We are renovating our bathroom. We bought all products of jaquar. There is one wash basin which we ordered table top by miatake instead of wall mount. All products are bought from baths n crafts, chennai.
        When we went to exchange, they told we will exchange everything but not jaquar. What is the use of buying jaquar products if one single thing cannot be exchanged. Costumers can make mistakes. Though we had budget cruch, we bought jaquar. This is what service we get. Its a sincere request it would be great help if one wash basin can be exchanged.

        I bought the above two mentioned models of jaguar commode (model- 38951 and 40951). They have been installed one month ago but are usused. And I am not satisfied at all with the comfortness of these models as compared to the model 15951. Please resolve my problem.

          Dear sir,
          It is to complain about an authorized service provider of jaguar sanitary fitiings named 'dew drops' 13/417, veeyapuram po, haripad-690514, alleppy, kerala (Phone no : [protected], [protected]) whom we contacted for repairs of jaguar fittings at our vip guest house of ntpc kayamkulam, cheppad. Neither had they responded in time, nor they delivered any service. The proprietor mr. Baburaj took all most 20 days time to visit our premises (On 30.08.2017) just to see what are the complaints after our first call. Then said spares are not available with him to carry out the job and asked one week time. When we contacted them on 07.09.2017 the reply was all the same. Thus we could not rectify the complaints prior to a vip visit to our company on 08.08.2017 & 09.08.2017. It is to mention that jaguar is a premium brand in sanitary fittings and customers like ntpc uses your products anticipating prompt and quality service. You are requested to consider this seriously and make sure that your authorized service providers delivers in time. Or else stringent action should be taken at your end to see that end customers never suffer because o[censored]sing your products.

          It is being informed that the technician from Dew drops visited our Guest on 13.09.2017 to attend the complaint but the funny part was that he had nil spares(till date!!!) with him to carry out repair. It is suspected that Dew drops sent the technician just for the namesake of responding to the complaint registered by us. Such actions from an authorized dealer of a premium brand(like Jaguar) is not at all appreciable.

            My mobile number by which complaint is registered - [protected]. We have a diverter cock which operates spout and shower. There was a problem of drop drop leakage in spout. So, complaint was made, service executive who attended the complaint not solved the problem, instead increased the problem. Now when we open cock both shower and spout gets on. Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.

                Hi i have purchased jaquar geyser of 25 ltr from chandigarh and when i opened the box of geyser and the plumber came to fit the same in the washroom the wall mount as well as the screws to tackle the wall mount on which the geyser will be mounted was missing form the gyser i also asked the shopkeeper but he refused saying that it is conpany fault that's the reason i am writing it to you. Kindly do me a favour and send me the screws and the wall mount so that the gyser can be fitted.

                  We have made a complaint (Ref: 671664) in bhopal madhya pradesh. Our “jet” was not operational properly. The technician came for the maintenance work. Since he visited during the office hours, we were not there to supervise. Later in the evening we observed that the hot water taps - shower and at washbasin are completely nonfunctional. There was no request or complaint from our side regarding the taps. Please look into the matter and get the things operational at the earliest.

                        The geyser installed at my residence at khamol chak, chandol, kendrapara, odisha, pin[protected]M) [protected] e mail-id - [protected]@gmail.com has been dead since last night. The light blinked for 1/2 mnts and then got no signal. The water is not heated. Please depute your technician from cuttack/ bhubaneswar to identify the fault and sort out the problem. I talked to the retailer and he din not respond to my request in giving the contact number of the local authorized service centre for the said purpose.

                          We bought all the pipe fittings for our new house from jaguar. After around 6 moths we noticed that the connected between the ceramic basin and the tap is getting rusted. We also noted that the water is not fully drained out of the basin. A complaint was send to the the call center and a representative came. He check and mentioned to me that it is something that only jaguar officials can come and rectify and he took pictures and videos of the water flowing and the rusted part.
                          Unfortunately no one has come back to check. Being a famous name - do not go after the "service support". Generally products are durable but do not expect service.

                            We are using products of jaquar for last 7 years. But the products are not so good. Products get very easily destroyed. The water basin mixer is not working properly. We have complained many times. On the support once problem is being solved but again after some times it stops working. We are using paul and jaquar product and we are irritated by the products. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Otherwise we need to change the products or we would complaint in head office

                              I had registered a request with Customcare on 14 August 2017 for My Jaguar Jacuzzi not working. No response received within 72 hours as promised by Customcare. Thereafter I submitted three reminders on 17, 20 and 22 August with Customcare, every time escalating the level but till date I have not got even one response from concerned team. Every time one has to explain the whole issue to the agents, who do not even care to read what has been recorded earlier. ( presuming that something must certainly be recorded by people who take calls)
                              Can some thing be done or I must approach consumer forums for remedy?

                                We were using jaguar products from last 10 years. But now i am completely unsatisfied with the jaguar commode which i had bought 2 weeks back. From the outlooks there were no cracks on the prodoct. However, while fitting it to the wall there was cracks arround the fitting area. A piece almost the size of a hand broke out from the commode. When i contacted the dealers they said they can't help us. I seriously got a really bad response from the dealers. I have paid arround 15k for the product for no use. There was nothing wrong with the plumber part and if the company thinks so, then please do send a technician to check the status and please do take necessary action against the delear. The dealer promissed me that they will send a technician today morning and they didn't do so.

                                The sensor of the wash basin tap is not working and we have complained 10 times and they charge us everytime and its never working properly. And please be fast with the service this otherwise we have to take actions against you. Kindly be fast with it.

                                    I buy three i flash from jaquar. They give ten years free service warranty for this product. After buying the product they r saying that u have to purchase presser motor with this then only u can use it. Then what to do i also buy a motor of 16000|-for this. After fittings motor is out in one month. After its repair. I got a problem in i flash in 17 months. Monthly once i am facing a problem in i flash. Just now i complaint two times no. Is 503510 / 600561. Two times two people come and see it. And told me that there is no spares parts. After ten days we will come back and do it perfect without fail. But nothing happen.

                                      Dear concerned,

                                      We are an interior design and architecture firm in shahjahanpur, u. P. We had bought an wall hung toilet seat/commode mode : fss-wht-29951 from jaguar showroom in bareilly named sachi.

                                      That particular model's seat has been unsuccessful from the very first month o[censored]sage. It is used occasionally, and from the first use itself it has fallen off.

                                      Numerous attempts by the best plumbers in town has not found a permanent solution to it.

                                      We contacted your local technical team via our friend that holds your franchise but its been over a month and no response. Mr. Rahul (Tech support, bareilly) as well as your marketing person were both requested to sent a technical person. But the after sales support has been appalling and unprofessional at best.

                                      Looking forward to a timely solution after such troubles.

                                      The pipe which is fitted in the basin was leaking for past 2 months, then i asked the dealer what is the problem, then the said to register a complaint in the online.

                                        We bought a jaquar sink tap with double taps when took for fitting it was broken from top part that is the water flowing pipe (Out) from the water entering part. We bought the product as it gave a 1st option in our minds as it was a great standard product. But now the fame of standard is lost cuz of many complaints in products not only me my relatives n neighbourstoo have a pathethic view on jaquar. We when took for fiiting it was like not unbroken i think it was a little cracked. And on taken for fitting it was broken
