One of the bathroom geyser is not working properly, neither hot water comes regularly nor the geyser itself working properly

Pl make an instant solution as we have used more than 6 lakhs in one bathroom

    Pl note that the jaguar wall mounted push system toilet flash is not working at my bathroom. The water is pouring continuously and the flow is not stopping. Wastage of water due to malfunction of the push system flash. Pl send the technician as early as possible. Sending the pictures for your ready reference. Both the toilets have the similar problems. Once the flash above the comode shown in the pictures are pressed water stops flashing the comode but the flow is not stopping for 15 minutes resulting into huge wastage of water.

      I have two complaints:

      The first is about a leaking kitchen tap.

      The second is a leaking shower head

      Kitchen tap: i have a mixer which leaks from the bottom when the mixer is turned left. I think the washer needs to be replaced

      Shower: the shower head leaks because something within the shower taps has gotten damaged.

      I would like a technician from the company to attend to this as local plumbers cannot do this job.

        On a complaint to you a service engineer from jammu service centre visited me. He examined the item perhaps a valve, but told me that i shall have to pay for item perhaps called face that was to be replaced. He did replace it and i paid rs 120 for this item. While i feel the price charged is genuine being your local representative even though no bill etc was given.
        However, when i told him that the item was covered for ten year guarantee i should not have to pay any thing but he insisted that parts broken or damaged are to to paid for. This was confirmed by the local dealer from whom item was purchased m/s rahi sanitary store subash nagar jammu. While i am grateful to you for attending to my call on the basis of confirmation regarding the year of purchase from the dealer who had not issued any warranty card to me at the time of purchase. You are requested to kindly confirm if customers have to pay for the items to be replaced and what are things covered under warranty/guaranty of the company for ten years.

        We have complaint for servicing our Jauger bath fitting under Complaint No.848232.

        Your service engineer did visit on Saturday, the 4th Noveber. However the work was half done as required parts were not available.
        The enginner promised to visit again on Monday the 6th but did not come nor contact us.

          This complaint is still unresolved. How much time you take to revert, its been more than 10 days. Everytime person comes in twice - one for checking and other for replacing parts and charging us twice for visiting charges. This complaint is more specific - so bring parts as per the requirement.

          Our toilet flush is leaking please replace parts.

          I need permanent solution to the problem as this is happening every other day.

          I just cant spend money on such issues.
          Am trying to search in Bangalore jaguar plush for bath room spares am not able to get spare of small washers
          Tap is leaking from bottom. Lot of water is getting wasted and needs urgently solved

            I am very much disappointed with jaguar, i had ordered directly with jaguar shower enclosure door, but unfortunate they put it wrong, i have complained immediately but since 14 september problem is not yet solved. Guy named jafar is very unprofessional, he is private plumber and jaguar sent him to install the shower door but he did not know how to put it, very sad unprofessional person came to install. My complain numbers are 702136 and 782931. I hope jaguar will solve the problem and keep my trust alive. I have one another big project and i was considering jaguar but now i am also considering grohe, kohler etc. I am regretting why i spent 30000 rupees for jaguar door, i should have put 1000 rupees curtain and that is it without wasting my so much time.
            I request jaguar pls solve the problem as soon as possible becoz i have spent 4 lakh for bathroom and this is not correct that jaguar put shower door and my bathroom gets all wet.

            I hope that i don’t have to visit to consumer court.

            This case is not resolved yet. Jaguar is responsible and jaguar must correct it. I have spend so much money for bathroom and not even had one shower becoz concerned person has installed shower enclosure door wrong and water is leaking.

            Why Jaquar sent to me private person in my house to install shower enclosure door when i ordered directly with the company dealer, Royal marble and sanitary store buchpora srinagar Kashmir.
            Private person JAFAR came to my house he is very rude person if I knew he is private person I would have not let him enter in my house, this is cheating from a company like Jaquar.
            JAFAR put shower enclosure door and it is leaking. Immediately after one day of installation i complained but since 14 September no official meaningful action is taken from the company to solve the issue. Reference numbers 702136 and 782931.

            I just want to let you know Jaquar I will not leave this issue without solving as I have spent 4 lakh for bathroom, even if it takes me 10 years but at the end I will get compensation through consumer court,
            If my issue is not solved as soon as possible, first I am going to publish article on magazine, newspaper, and then rest follows.

            It has costed me lot of time since 14 September .

            I am as much busy as your director RAJESH MEHRA.

            I had pathetic experience with jaguar.
            I had ordered bathroom glass cubicle of 900 mm from one of the dealers in delhi but by mistake the person made the bill and sent the cubicle of 1200 mm which we didn't notice before they delivered. I have not even opened the box and it is in completely packed state and I have the bill and everything but still the dealers is refusing to exchange it. Also I have called jaguar customer care so many times but I m getting no help from the jaguar team or the dealer. Whenever i call the jaguar customer care they keep transferring the calls to service or sales and purchase department. And finally when I was able to file the complaint then I got their response as " jaguar sales support team declined to replace". I have never experienced such problem with any of the other companies. This is so unprofessional. I seriously regret to order from jaguar and spent 25k. I will never recommend  jaguar to anyone.
            I hope jaguar solves my problem asap and keep the trust alive of all their customers else I need to file the complaint in the customer court.

              The jaquar tap (Dual connection for hot and cold water) in my bathrooom was leaking. I called the customer care and raised a complaint for this. A person (From their outsourced function for sure) came and said that the threading is gone and he will get the part the next day. He didn't come the other day but i got a call from their end saying that the person is not able to open a part and that i need to arrange a plumber from my end.
              I told the customer care that the tap is in warranty and local plumbers are not going to touch it. Also, the problem is in the tap itself and not the wall fitting so there is no reason why i need to get a local plumber.
              A lot of back and forth happened with jaquar folks finally saying that if the authorized partner is not doing it, they will send someone from their own end. Now more than 2 months have passed and jaquar is sleeping on it thinking that customers will forget.

              I received a call from their customer care but then nothing happened for a while. I also contacted them on Twitter and later, an area manager called me. Then other tech team visited to take a look at the issue and changed the required part.

              Still nothing has happened. The first time the person came, he didn't even bring any tool. We gave him a screwdriver and he checked and told that the threading has gone and that he will bring it and change the next day. He didn't come but his colleague Kailash Mahto called saying that some part inside the tap is not opening and that I need to arrange for a plumber myself.
              I told him that first of all the issue is with the tap so why should I get a plumber myself. Second, I had called the building plumber initially but after learning that it's a Jaquar tap, he said that he will not repair it and I should call you guys instead.
              Now Kailash Mahto[protected] and Sagar Shinde[protected] are saying that I need to arrange for a plumber myself.
              Now tell me what needs to be done in this case. If the issue is within the tap, why should I call anyone else? it is your responsibility.

                He switch this problem to plumber.

                And product is also quite inconvenience as it's jam and not giving pressure up to the mark.

                  It is very painful to note that order placed to my hotel was delayed very long.

                  And attitude of representative was so bad and indefferent attitude intimating if you want buy buy or in other words we have not called you to buy our products.in future i doubt i would install any of your fittings in my future projects

                    I have purchased a water mixture from jaquar 3 months it worked without any problem after 3 months from the tap if we move to hot water only hot water comes and if we will move to cold water the no water comes through the tap. Please fix my problem as soon as possible
                    There is leakage in bathroom taps and wall mixture. Also mixture is very hard to operate and flow of water is slow. The wall mxture has also leakage.
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that the tap has some leakage problem and the water is continuously dripping out of it. Mitcher and tap is not functioning properly.
                    So kindly look into the problem as soon as possible.

                        I bought this product from m/sanil paint and hardware store on 13 dec 2016 through bill no8751. This flush valve is not functioning for last six month and nobody is attending to my complaint on telephone. There is auto response system which just says"welcome to jaquar lighting and it functions"from * am to 5 pm" and just switches off. You are requested to provide me the solution so that i do not feel that such a reputed company can be so dysfunctional in its customer care. Thank you so soo much in advance.

                          From last one year i am complaining regarding your product but no solution. From the first day of purchase it is leaking but you are not doing anything just the technition comes and open the flush and uses my my one bottle acid and than tell me if the problem occurs again please do like this and goes. You know i am suffering daily with this problem when guest comes it becomes shameful situation. Please do consider the issue seriously and change the product as your product itself is not good.

                            =Am a valued customer since 2014.
                            =Recently I made a complaint (Customer Care No.) for necessary action as the system is out of order since last 5 days.
                            =Technician attended today at 1.30 pm but not done the services as he came without any accessories (statement as per him).
                            =I tried to convince him to do the job by utilizing my old tap which is available in stock.
                            =He was very reluctant. Neither he provided the necessary tap nor from my old stock.
                            = I requested repeatedly to do it somehow (as a temporary measure atleast) since this is at a very sensitive place.
                            =His behaviour was very indifferent, attitude was not at all for a renowned company like Jaquar. He(Parvesh Pathak, as per him) has not shown minimum etiquette how to behave with Customer. Job is incomplete

                            Newdouble action flush valve use to get stuck iand water use to continuously flow.
                            The technician came and corrected it.
                            Now after few days water is continuously leaking in the commode and yellow stain has started appearing inside the new hindware commode.
                            Called hindware technician who blamed the problem with the new jaguar flush valve.

                            My complaint no is 793891. I fail to understand why is my complain unattended. Have made numerous calls You service person keeps calling and assuring that he will be at home within an hour. I took an office leave to get my shower repaired and there is no sign of your service person. It’s shameful to see such pathetic service of your company

                              Everytime person comes in twice - one for checking and other for replacing parts and charging us twice for visiting charges. This complaint is more specific - so bring parts as per the requirement.

                              Our toilet flush is leaking please replace parts.

                              I need permanent solution to the problem as this is happening every other day.

                              I just cant spend money on such issues.

                              Shower problems and flush wall problems please fix all problems as soon as possible. Shower is not working properly and flush also have problem fix that problem

                                The worst ever service... Goodss... Electrical product they provide... They lodge complain but atomatically cancel it... I had complained for my geyser 10 times on alternate days but its been 3 months they never turned up... Dont ever buy their product... They only sale their name for publicity but give a worst product with pooor to worst service... Highly pathetic jaquar team is...

                                i also bought Jaguar geyser for two my bathrooms. Both of them chocked off due to heating element. I called up to customer care number for 20 times in a month, but plumber never showed up. I was tired waiting for plumber to come, but they were claiming to have ordered the heating element. Does it take 1 month to order part ? Jaguar is expensive brand for nothing. Quality products, but service is not good

                                  My wall mixer tap and diverter purchased 2 weeks ago was not working and i complained. I clearly told the person the new address (My mobile is registered against an earlier address where i had fitted jaquar). Despite that, they sent the service person to the old address and he filed a "completed" report without doing anything.
                                  I complained again on a friday. After 3 days a service person shows up on monday with little notice (After i had left for work). He says that the mains has to be switched off. I tie up with him to call the plumber on wednesday 1at 10 am, and take a half day off from work. The service person asks me to confirm on tuesday. I do that and he asks me to confirm again on wednesday around 9am (Today). When i do that he says 72 hours have elapsed, so i should phone customer care. I do that. Customer care says they will register an "urgent" request but cannot tell the service person to stick to the appointment.
                                  I have wasted half a day. My plumber has wasted 2 hours.

                                  Jaquar.. Never again.. Either for me or my friends.

                                    It has been 5 months since we bought a new water geyser which is not working. We first had to wait for 2 months for a thermostat replacement and then technician said some wiring problem - another 3 months no solution. What is alarming is internal fraud - they raise the service number and jaquar without resolving sends message stating service request is closed. If a 5 litre water geyser - thermostat is changes and now wiring why should i suffer. I will not accept any further replacement of parts of a machine which is hardly used (As good as new). Jaquar should replace it immediately with a new machine and compensate for the agony and discomfort over last few months.

                                      I purchased elena 10l water geyser in advance in march 2017 for our newly constructed building from a jaguar dealer in aizawl, mizoram.
                                      The geyser was installed in june 2017 when we moved into the new building.

                                      After 2 weeks o[censored]sage, the geyser stopped functioning.

                                      As instructed by the dealer, i called the toll free line for servicing. Technician came for servicing. However, the geyser stopped functioning after 2 days.

                                      I have been calling the jaguar service many many times now.

                                      Till today, i. E., 21st october 2017, technicians have come thrice. Each time, the repair does not last for more than 2 days. I am disappointed and quite frustrated now.

                                      Since the technicians are unable to repair it, why doesn't jaguar just replace this obviously defective product instead of causing prolonged inconvenience to this customer?

                                        I have already reported a negligence from your authorized service dealer (Dew drops) in sept 2017 and till date the complaints remains un attended. This is not fair from a supreme brand like you and kindly arrange somebody else to attend the complaint at the earliest.

                                        The lever of health faucet has broken, which gave result that it cant be used.
                                        the product was purchased 3 years back from jos sanitarywares, edapally, kochi, kerala,

                                        kindly make a fast service.
                                        I had installed a Single piece WC unit in my new house back in 2013. Within a couple of years the flush system had issues and the seat also got damaged. When I contacted Jaquar, they had it inspected and told the replacement parts are not available. So I was forced to replace the whole unit, but I replaced it with a product from another company.
