I had purchased open flushtank o jaquar company but service is quite inconvenience.
I had booked complain no.(856686), company service come and didn't provide solutions as this is none of our problem call plumber.
He switch this problem to plumber.

And product is also quite inconvenience as it's jam and not giving pressure up to the mark.

Still m facing this problem and my open flushtank didn't...

It is very painful to note that order placed to my hotel was delayed very long.

And attitude of representative was so bad and indefferent attitude intimating if you want buy buy or in other words we have not called you to buy our products.in future i doubt i would install any of your fittings in my future projects

I have purchase new furnished flat in paonta sahib himachal pradesh. They used jaguar fitting for bathroom & kitchen all tap are working properly. But one tap of my bathroom is not working even in new fitting. Pls resolve the issue i shall be thank full to you for this.

I bought this product from m/sanil paint and hardware store on 13 dec 2016 through bill no8751. This flush valve is not functioning for last six month and nobody is attending to my complaint on telephone. Everytime person comes in twice - one for checking and other for replacing parts and charging us twice for visiting charges. This complaint is more specific - so bring parts as per the requirement.

Our toilet flush is leaking please replace parts.

I need permanent solution to the problem as this is happening every other day.

I just cant spend money on such issues....

The worst ever service... Goodss... Electrical product they provide... They lodge complain but atomatically cancel it... My wall mixer tap and diverter purchased 2 weeks ago was not working and i complained. I clearly told the person the new address (My mobile is registered against an earlier address where i had fitted jaquar). It has been 5 months since we bought a new water geyser which is not working. We first had to wait for 2 months for a thermostat replacement and then technician said some wiring problem - another 3 months no solution. What is alarming is internal fraud - they raise the service number and jaquar without resolving sends message stating service request is closed. If a 5 litre water geyser - thermostat is changes and now wiring why should i suffer....

I purchased elena 10l water geyser in advance in march 2017 for our newly constructed building from a jaguar dealer in aizawl, mizoram.
The geyser was installed in june 2017 when we moved into the new building.

This is a complaint about jaquar fittings in my house and my brother's house too about the leakage problems we had after only a year of the fittings. Main problem comes witg the leakage in bathroom jet that remains dripping even after complete closure of its tap in all our 4 bathrooms. Adding to it, 2 showers, kitchen tap also encounter the same problem. So, i urge u to please rectify this as soon as possible or change the defected fittings....

The tap is not working for the last two months. First i complaint to the dealer matha sanitry center alleppy, kerala. Then by customer car jaquar. Day by the serrvice personal call me and fooling like that they wii come today, tomorrow, next day vehicle complaint and so on.
We did't expect such service from jaquar...

Last week i have submitted a request for repair of cistern installed at my residence vide complaint no. 769090. Unfortunately till date no action has been done on this complaint. Surprisingly at the time of sale of the products, your local vendor assured and talked high about the service but at service end no heed is paid to the repeated request.

May please get the repair as requested be done on priority....

Pot is not working properly. Flushing system is not working. Toilet pot is not working properly as there is continous leakage of water. Flushing system also sometimes work but sometimes not work. We have facing this problem since for many months. Please send ur engineer soon. As we are not satisfied with your products. Entertain my complaint as early as possible....

I bought a jagur heater bt the remote is not working. I compliant a customer care. The service man came and he told me to give the old remote i will check and replace the new remote.
