Very very bad service of jaquar at small town
Jab hum aapke products kharidne aate hai tab bahot sare advantages aur good qualities batai jati hai par ek bar kharidne k bad bilkul bhi achi service nahi milti
Complait register karwane k ४ din bad bhi aate nahi hai
Service wale bolte hai aapka town dur hai
To fir kharidte wakt hi batana chahiye k hum small town me service nahi de sakte kum se kum apne products...

As i have marked the complain in customer care in last week for reparing of toilet systen which is continuously leaking.

On last friday, one person from chandigarh jaguar care center has called me and promissed to attend the complain on monday... But till now no one came to attend the same.

Plz do the needful. Its urgent as the water is wasting in huge quantity....

The commode is wall mounted with flush tank with dual flush button. Both buttons have broken need urgent replacement. The model no is not printed on commode this is also a major drawback so can't mention in complaint no.

There is no proper category like plumbing/sanitary in consumer complaint...

Our bathroom hand faucet is not working properly. It is not giving any water when we press it after toilet.
And we have fitted that thing just before one year.
Very unusual on part of such a big company like jaquar.
Please let it get resolve by as soon as you can..
I am expecting very fast and fruitful response from your side.

We have purchased jaquar sanitary fittings from agarwal sanitations, jagatpura jaipur on 18/04/2016. From last 2 months water shower pressure is not adequate (Low pressure). I have made online complaint minimum 2-3 time for the same issue. So far nobody have come to see the problem, even i have not received any phone call from company.

Please do the needful.

Dear team, i have logged complaint for the replacement of jaguar cupboard seat on june 26, 2017 with service no 466275. On aug again the same complain logged 619972. Then on oct i get mgs that 466275 has been resolved but nobody visit place to fix problem.. I have called many times to customer care but didn't recieve any solution... The worst and disgusting services recieve from a reputed company... Still the problem is not yet resolve....

Hello, i want to register a complaint about flush is not working in toilet. Earlier i have registered a complaint for the same issue and one person from your end has came and tried to solve the issue but issue has not been resolved yet. Kindly send any person on urgent basis as flush is not working totally. Hope you people will resolve this issue on urgent basis. Thank you...

False commitment made by jaguar brand. No response. Didn't expected this response from a big brand. Never use jaguar there are other small brands and the seller is ready to take all the responsibility. Will change all my fittings and that will be a one time cost but i don't pressure u all to change only my seat cover of my commode as it has a bad mark with in used of 4 month and it has a warranty on this item...

We have purchased all bathroom and kitchen fittings 1.5 years (Jaquar) while buying it was communicated to us that life time warranty 10 years guarantee and all.

Now we have faced issues in fittings when we lodged complain then service representative was fighting with us and asking for bill of fittings to provide any service which was frustrating, why bill is needed where they are claiming life time warranty...

Please help me with my aria wall hung wc as i’m facing a lot of difficulties in flushing the toilet. Flush switch when pushed for use doesn’t come back automatically after the flush gets done and it continues water flow till we manually pull back the flush switch to its original position.

My newly purchased Jaquar hand shower developed leakage. The product has been purchased around 6 months back and under the warranty after sales service at present.
The complain has been booked on 30th October, 2017. The serviceman took away the leaked hand shower parts thereafter on visiting my house. Since then more than two weeks passed, nobody reported to fit the working hand shower. Local office at Kolkata says they depends on...

The handshower of the toilet is having leakage since 4 months. It was purchased 4 years back approx. It is to be repaired or replace whatsoever solution.
Secondly tap of the washbasin is also leaking.
I have also mailed on [protected]@jaguar.com on 10th nov but no reply.
Toll free no is also not working properly.
I request to solve my problem at the earliest....

Our all bathrooms are fitted with jaquar geyser aswellas artize fittings

One of the bathroom geyser is not working properly, neither hot water comes regularly nor the geyser itself working properly

Pl make an instant solution as we have used more than 6 lakhs in one bathroom

Pl note that the jaguar wall mounted push system toilet flash is not working at my bathroom. The water is pouring continuously and the flow is not stopping. Wastage of water due to malfunction of the push system flash. Pl send the technician as early as possible. Sending the pictures for your ready reference. Both the toilets have the similar problems. Once the flash above the comode shown in the pictures are pressed water stops flashing...

I have two complaints:

The first is about a leaking kitchen tap.

The second is a leaking shower head

Kitchen tap: i have a mixer which leaks from the bottom when the mixer is turned left. I think the washer needs to be replaced

Shower: the shower head leaks because something within the shower taps has gotten damaged.

I would like a technician from the company to attend...

On a complaint to you a service engineer from jammu service centre visited me. He examined the item perhaps a valve, but told me that i shall have to pay for item perhaps called face that was to be replaced. He did replace it and i paid rs 120 for this item. While i feel the price charged is genuine being your local representative even though no bill etc was given.
However, when i told him that the item was covered for ten year guarantee...

This complaint is still unresolved. How much time you take to revert, its been more than 10 days. Everytime person comes in twice - one for checking and other for replacing parts and charging us twice for visiting charges. This complaint is more specific - so bring parts as per the requirement.

Our toilet flush is leaking please replace parts.

I am very much disappointed with jaguar, i had ordered directly with jaguar shower enclosure door, but unfortunate they put it wrong, i have complained immediately but since 14 september problem is not yet solved. Guy named jafar is very unprofessional, he is private plumber and jaguar sent him to install the shower door but he did not know how to put it, very sad unprofessional person came to install. My complain numbers are 702136 and 782931....

The jaquar tap (Dual connection for hot and cold water) in my bathrooom was leaking. I called the customer care and raised a complaint for this. A person (From their outsourced function for sure) came and said that the threading is gone and he will get the part the next day. He didn't come the other day but i got a call from their end saying that the person is not able to open a part and that i need to arrange a plumber from my end.
