Lodged a complaint on 24-nov'17 my issue is not been resolved, but i have got 2 sms stating that the issue been resolved (One on the 28-nov & on 29-nov) how come without resolving the issue you are blindly sending sms..???
My main complaint is the technicians are not willing to come according to our convenient time, if they have an appointment in the nearby area they w'd come & attend it seems. This what been updated by the technician...!!!
Surprising customer service..!!! Technicians are rude & unfriendly. This is not my first experience with jaguar

    The geyser is not working and l have lodged 2 complaints nos are 144619, on 25/11. And the second one on 28/11 — 917514. The technical help was not available and they have sent me a message that the matter has been resolved without the person from jaguar coming to my house.
    I took this matter to the higher authorities but still the issue has not been resolved.
    Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Regarding my earlier complain request no.-885706 dt.15.11.2017 and 924960 dt.27.11.2017 but no action has been taken till now.

      I m complaining from last four days, but not a single call or response came from jaguar team... Worst company, worst customer support, worst people... They don't care of their customers... Breach of trust... I never will suggest anyone to buy any products of jaguar... It z never expected from this big brand... The brand is waste,... It provides no warranty n gurranty support... I m very much disappointed from these people...

        I have purchased 3 gyser in the month of june 17 and when we start the gyser the sound (Khat-khat) starts and i complained about it then your engineer came and said that eliminate has to be repaired i don't understand why there is a need of replacement of eliminate. He replaced the eliminate in all 3 gysers. Still the condition was same. Then again i complained and he replaced the eliminate again in one gyser. Rest 2 are pending. I don't understand why in new gyser that i not even use that problem occurs. I really disappoint with your product and your service it is really shameful the company like jagaur works like that. Hope u will see in this regard. I request u to replace the gyser because the problem is from day one.

        I have complained twice for my jet ( Last complain No.898242) over phone but not resolved since last 15 days.
        I have found that call on your toll-free number is useless. No one answers my calls after giving 15 missed calls. Don't take your customer complaint lightly, show some that you care about them.
        Shower speed very low and gizer not working
        Complain lodges on 15th nov. 2017 by jaguar customer care but till date nothing can be done. again i call customer care he told work is completed.

        Water dripping continuously from the Tap. Similar problem was there before also.After reporting previous complaint once, it was attended. But it seems only a temporary patch up work was carried out. The problem not yet solved.

          Wash basin sink tap is leaking, I want to service my tap.
          Sir my Geyser and tap is not working properly
          I purchased Jaguar water Heater. It us making sounds while heating from day 1.
          I have tried it with different temperature settings but still it makes different sound while heating.
          I didn’t expect this from Jaguar product that a new product is a faulty product.
          I am really disappointed.
          Kindly do the needful.

            Hi

            I want to bring to your notice pathetic experience with jaguar post sales services that i experienced recently.

            I bought jaguar sanitary fittings worth more than 2.5 lacs (Bill attached), from your authorized dealer in pinjore (Near panchkula) around 4-5 months ago. Out of the various items that i bought, one of them was centralised gyeser system. It was conveyed to us by your technician that they will come and do final activation of geyser in winters (Around month of oct-nov)... For reasons best known to them..

            But we are approaching end of nov and your technicians have not turned up. I have tried calling them multiple times on your toll fee no. But all in vain. This is completely unacceptable.
            Even after spending lacs of money, is this the customer sales experience that we deserve, that too from a brand like jaguar???

            This is my last try to bring the whole matter to your notice so that you can take corrective action at the earliest (As i have already tried tons of times).

            If my problem is still not addressed to, i am left with no other option but to complain to relevant higher authorities...

            Please take a look at the attached bill and help us in connecting with your technicians at the earliest.

                We bought a wash basin tap 8 month back at Pune. It's crome plating get bubbles & coming out.
                The sensor of the tap installed at my home is not working since a week. I have the bill with me. As a customer i expect the company to solve my problem and repair it as soon as possible. The sensor is not sensing the movement of hands or other so please hep me out as soon

                  On last friday, one person from chandigarh jaguar care center has called me and promissed to attend the complain on monday... But till now no one came to attend the same.

                        We have purchased jaquar sanitary fittings from agarwal sanitations, jagatpura jaipur on 18/04/2016. From last 2 months water shower pressure is not adequate (Low pressure). I have made online complaint minimum 2-3 time for the same issue. So far nobody have come to see the problem, even i have not received any phone call from company.

                          Dear team, i have logged complaint for the replacement of jaguar cupboard seat on june 26, 2017 with service no 466275. On aug again the same complain logged 619972. Then on oct i get mgs that 466275 has been resolved but nobody visit place to fix problem.. I have called many times to customer care but didn't recieve any solution... The worst and disgusting services recieve from a reputed company... Still the problem is not yet resolve.

                          Toilet hand faucet is leaking. Earlier the lever broke. I lodged a complaint. Company's technician replaced it after changing Rs.110/. Now the same faucet is leaking.

                              False commitment made by jaguar brand. No response. Didn't expected this response from a big brand. Never use jaguar there are other small brands and the seller is ready to take all the responsibility. Will change all my fittings and that will be a one time cost but i don't pressure u all to change only my seat cover of my commode as it has a bad mark with in used of 4 month and it has a warranty on this item

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased jaquar geysers (Rs. 11500) on 12/10/2017 with rough bill (But no warranty card received) but it has been pathetic experience at last 1 month, i never received warranty card of while purchasing, whenever i asked for warranty card i got a same response that it is not ready now you can come next time and get it, it has been three time i asked for warranty card.

                                The major problem is that i got old equipment model in which pipes are being leak-ageing with in one month, even it looks like i received old pipes and having leakage within one month (Both pipes). When i talked to change these pipes then plumber (Jaguar dealer plumber) want money to change, while same plumber installed my geyser just 30 days back... Due to more leakage i have given 250 rs to change one pipe and now second pipe is being leak aged,

                                I observed that this old pipes given due to make money by dealer plumber.

                                If my problem is not resolved i need to raise this to wherever it possible (High level) since i can not tolerate complete drama with jaquar team.

                                I am attaching rough bill, need my warranty card and plz resolve my problem asap.

                                  We have purchased all bathroom and kitchen fittings 1.5 years (Jaquar) while buying it was communicated to us that life time warranty 10 years guarantee and all.

                                  Now we have faced issues in fittings when we lodged complain then service representative was fighting with us and asking for bill of fittings to provide any service which was frustrating, why bill is needed where they are claiming life time warranty 10 years guarantee. That was piece of paper which we lost in house shifting who will keep this for entire life.. Being well reputed company if you do not care your customer and want to cheat please tell clearly... Do not take point of not providing bill and all... I will not recommend for jaquar why we need to pay higher price if no customer staification and service...

                                  If jaquar team is really concerned about their brand image and customers then they should not treat their customer like this...

                                    Please help me with my aria wall hung wc as i’m facing a lot of difficulties in flushing the toilet. Flush switch when pushed for use doesn’t come back automatically after the flush gets done and it continues water flow till we manually pull back the flush switch to its original position.

                                    I have attached some photos below for your better understandings.

                                    Please help me and give me a possible solution.

                                    I still avail all the warranties and have bill copy with me.

                                      My newly purchased Jaquar hand shower developed leakage. The product has been purchased around 6 months back and under the warranty after sales service at present.
                                      The complain has been booked on 30th October, 2017. The serviceman took away the leaked hand shower parts thereafter on visiting my house. Since then more than two weeks passed, nobody reported to fit the working hand shower. Local office at Kolkata says they depends on Delhi office for replacement and the defective hand shower will be replaced after they receive the replacement from Delhi office. Calling on Jaquar Customer Care toll free line to solve the issue becomes a a headache to me as Call Centre Escalation Executives are repeatedly forwarding the call to the Kolkata Jaquar office for no purpose and Kolkata Jaquar office repeats the excuses as indicated above.
                                      Is it the policy of Jaquar to harass the customer like this and cover the warranty period without any after sales service?

                                      The job has been completed by Jaquar serviceman who fitted a new flexible shower pipe just now.

                                        The handshower of the toilet is having leakage since 4 months. It was purchased 4 years back approx. It is to be repaired or replace whatsoever solution.
                                        Secondly tap of the washbasin is also leaking.
                                        I have also mailed on [protected]@jaguar.com on 10th nov but no reply.
                                        Toll free no is also not working properly.
                                        I request to solve my problem at the earliest.
