Jaquar — bathroom fittings

Sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i have purchased a wc of your company but from starting to till now there is a leakage. I have already two time register a complaint but problem yet not resolved. Your engineers has visited and installed some parts but problem is as it is. Jaquar itself a brand but using your products our experience is bad.
Please look into the matter and resolve as earliest.
