Tap leak
I have jaguar fittings at my home from all of them one tap is not working properly it is pouring drops of water after closing also very slowly. Technically speaking the spendal inside is damaged i think. All fittings have been fit from last 4 years
Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible

Sir,
I am using Jaquar fitting in my house in the above mentioned address. Fittings are not working properly. I request the service people to repair it for the past three months....

This mail is a followup of my earlier complaint.

After lodging a complaint thru' an email on 1st Dec'17. I got a call from Chennai Jaguar Office, the gentleman claimed himself that he heads the Customer Service ( Mr.Darwin Ph # [protected]) called me on 2nd-Dec'17 apologized for the rude response I got from their service team, & deputed Mr.Rajasekar to complete the service on 03-Dec'17, Sunday. As Mr.Rajasekar was not well...

I purchased a jaquar ops-wht-15851sn single pcs wc uf st cove on[protected] from
-vaishali bath, 240, new atish market, jaipur.
Since last 10 days the cistern is not working, on pressing the button the water tank is not getting filled.
I am facing huge problem due to this.
Since the product is in warranty period, kindly send your technician as soon as possible to correct the problem.br...

I am leaving in a flat having all sanitary fittings of jaquar made. These (18nos) was hand over by builder in year of 1014. I am lesving at flat no. 402. This flat having a chrome valve at washing space & is leaking continuesely very badely & is required repairing/ replacement on priority. Requested to depute the expert person at the earlist.

The faucts manufactured by jaquer made from metal with plastic leaver which break with in 1 to 2 years from the date of start using. As the life of the body is more then 5 years.

I think that the componay by providing plastic liver gets a repeat business and thus cheating the customer.

They should change the same to metal and refund the user for the replacement.
Cost incurred....

I had raised multiple complaints for the same issue. But no action has been taken so far. Your guy who visited my place does not know his job. Its been more than a month but he has failed to replace under warranty tap in my kitchen.

Kindly assign your technician to resolve the subject mentioned issue as early as possible. This health faucet we have purchased last january 2017 only. Even though we took utmost care the knob of health faucet has been broken without any reason.

Fitted a wc with cover in nov 2017
Spent almost 20k for the same
Raised a complain for the seat/cover on 16 dec
Engineer came, saw, asked for bill, said coming tmro with required replacement parts
Goes back to office, closes complain stating customer did not submit bill
Waited for almost 2 weeks before i came to know above mess
Raised another complaint on 2nd jan, waited till today, spoke to some...

Dear sir/madam,

I am a user of your product. I have 01 wc system of your make company which got leaked. That leakage profiously and water is getting wasted. As well as the connecting walls and floors are getting damage. As the wc system is under wall so we are unaware to resolve the issue. Please resolve the issue asap.

Hi, last week we replaced new flush paid rs, 5000+gst, after 4 days got repaired, called many times that vendor not responding (S. K. Enter prises - bangalore-marthalli-sridhar-[protected]) my ticket number 29414, request you to please tell them replace new one, service person contact number [protected], this guys spoiling jaguar name, please do the needful....

I have installed jaquqr fittings in 6 toilets of my house completed by the end of 2011. Lever of one of the diverter, which is rarely used, was never peferctely tightened despite the efforts of plumber again and again. After some time the concealed cistern, which was rarely used, was also leaking. I called on toll free no for the repairs required and service / cleaning of all the fittings. Had complained about the faulty bathroom tap queen model, complaint number 897331, on nov 18th2017, but technicians are not turning after repeated requests. Very poor servicc. As the customers are my old parents they are finding it very difficult to manage with the faulty tap. What should we do to get it repaired or replaced as early as possible? Please do the needful as early as possible...

From day one our gas geyser purchased from above company is not working to solve the problem we have logged complain to company with ref. No.909934 dtd 28.11.17 company had not solved the problem we had again logged the complain on 02.12.17 with ref. No. : 923879 till date the problem yet not resolved company had know the reason that what is the problem with the geyser than also they not resolved the issue...

I am amin mulla my geyser not working and i will call on call center they send a technician with charge of 480/- cash to the technician but still geyser not working due to same problem.

There is no response form jaquar this is unreasonable and negative thing.

Complaint #934281. We bought the jaquar insta heater on 16-apr-17. On 3-nov-17, the heater caught fire and got burnt down completely. Luckily no one was injured but chances were high. There was no short circuit as the fuse did not trip. We have complained so many times but have had horrible experience every time from jaquar personnel. 2 visits were made but no actions taken, we want a replacement made asap. Almost everyday, we are following...

Our spa steam system was done by the jaquar technician few weeks before but the complaint is not resolved as the problem is repeating same as same as that of previous one. Technicians are not responding to calls. Spare which was supplied is not working good when asked for replacement they told it will be done by company but still the spare worn out is still lying with us. Kindly consider the case close the complaint....

I purchased a water heater and commode flush from jaquar on 23rd aug'17 and both are not working properly. The water heater does not have a light... Either its not working or its faulty but it doesn't work properly either ways. The commode concealer unit keeps leaking forever. It is not even 2 months since i have started using it but still the equipment is not working properly....

My newly brought shower tap is not functioning properly. Kindly arrange to check and inspect by jaquar authorised representatives and rectify the fault.

This is my second experience with jaquar for faulty workmanship with a hole in wash basin tap leakage and it took more than 2 months fight to get new one from their hq in bengaluru....
