I have purchased a new elena water heater just one month back whose remote is not working since beginning.
Within a week of its use, the geyser stopped working, i have registered a complained to the customer care on 3rd january, complained no. 00010814.
A representative from jaquar visited my house and told me that the pcv of water heater is faulty and needs replacement, but my geyser is not repaired till today.
Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    History Since 12/11/2015

    * Bought sensor faucet (SNR-CHR-51011) from Calicut Kerala during July 2014 for my house warming which was due in July 2015 (We were working in Saudi Arabia, my whole family, during that time and house was under construction so we purchase things while we come on vacation in preparation of the upcoming house warming).
    * Came on vacation during July 2015 with house warming in mind. The sensor tap when connected with battery FAILED to work. Ticket 416139 raised on July 21, 2015
    * Service could not fix it, so in short, managed to get a normal tap the last minute for house warming.
    * After many calls, to Delhi, Cochin and Calicut almost every week for the next two months. Another ticket was registered 447732 on August 4, 2015.
    * Our vacation was over by end of august and we had to lock the house, hand over the already removed tap to my brother to follow and we left
    * Six months passed with many mails and calls from saudi ariabi, but NO solution. By the end of dec 2015 a solution was provided probably by replacing the sensor.
    * Beginning of Jan 2017 we came to settle in India. The tap was REFIXED (the house was closed and there was a manual tap in place during our vacation). A chargeable battery (Energizer 175mAh Nickel-Metal Hydride) was brought from Saudia and the tap worked around 10 months. One single charge would remain for around two months.
    * The tap stopped working around Mid of Dec 2017, draining the fully charged battery in one day. Replacing a normal battery from the market again drained in few hours. Ticket 955544 was opened on Dec 16, 2017.
    * The service guy came after few days, could not identify the issue and left promising to return back with a response.
    * The ticket was then closed showing resolved.
    * Called Jaguar every day for many days. Opened another ticket on Jan 9, Ticket 998437 that too was closed showing resolved.
    * The help desk would redirect the call to Kerala service center and the service guy there said the following "You calling us everyday is not going to change anything!"
    * Its More than a month now and its going the same route of seven months repaid guaranteed history like last time.

    I DO NOT want this tap to be repaired anymore, it never really worked. I want either a brand new tap or get my money back.

    Thank you for your support. The support came and replaced the sensor of the tap. Now the tap is functional.

      Dear sir,

      We must have purchased a variety of jaquar products worth over rs. 5 lakhs through your distributor m/s. Rishabh sanitation santacruz west. We purchased jaquar products assuming your strong brand image, goodwill and we were promised for excellent after sales service.

      We deeply regret to inform that on complaining on around 25th feb 2017, complaint was registered ref no. 148805 but the complaint was very shabbily handled in a very halfhearted manner. Your staff especially mr. Manish instead of resolving the complaint became very argumentative which was uncalled for. Then the complaint was attended by mr. Rupesh patil who finally failed to resolve the complaint and it is still left unattended. It is for this reason we are compelled to complaint in writing so that it is escalated to senior managers and all the complaints are resolved to our satisfaction.

      Secondly i have also registered my complaint at your call centre complaint registration no. 825151. I was impressed with the courtesy and politeness of your call centre officer mr. Gagan who handled my complaint in a very nice manner which is in sharp contrast the manner in which shabbily it was handled by mr. Manish (Mob no. [protected]) or mr. Rupesh patil (Mob no [protected]). However as on today the complaint still remains partially resolved and partially pending which is not been attended later on. Hope you will take this complaint letter seriously and resolve in the spirit of good ethics and reliable customer service.

        1. There is leakage of the hand faucet system. We have to turn it on from the water inflow control lever to use it. If the lever is left open there is persistent leakage from the faucet. The pressure of water in the faucet is also not weak.

        2. The flush tank is constantly overflowing and leaking into the seat. We have to turn it off everytime from the water inflow lever and switch it on for filling when using the toilet.

        We are facing a lot of inconvenience and trouble.
        Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          I have purchased a jaquar mixer max. Price 3925/- from indora associates kallachi.673506 lat week. But on opening the packet after reaching home for installation it is notiuced that the rod on thetap is broken making it difficult to rotate/adjust the tap to regulate the flow of water. When i retured the item for replacement the shop expressed their helplessness and regd. A complaint at the customercare.in this context i may inform that i prefer to buy the item though costilier compared to certain other brands, only because of your goodwill. But i am very sorry that the state of affairs has pained me much as the work could not be completed as desired due to this breakage. I request your intervention in the matter.

            Water is leaking after flushing and does not stop. Needs servicing/replacement of components.
            Mixers problem. Mixer valve is not ok
            All the fittings are 6 years old.
            Problem with 2 flush valves and 1 mixer.
            The fittings were purchased from authorised retailer in bangalore.
            Please send the technicians at the earliest possible time.
            Preferably by 15th january 2018.

              Since last 4 months water heater is turning faulty, every time engineer comes to check & after 2 days replaces some parts. The same part is replaced for 3 times, this time as well it was a same problem, complaint was registered on 8th jan, 2018. But this is not resolved yet. The device is in warranty. There is no permanent fix to this problem and i expect replacement of this device now.

                Tap leak
                I have jaguar fittings at my home from all of them one tap is not working properly it is pouring drops of water after closing also very slowly. Technically speaking the spendal inside is damaged i think. All fittings have been fit from last 4 years

                    This mail is a followup of my earlier complaint.

                    After lodging a complaint thru' an email on 1st Dec'17. I got a call from Chennai Jaguar Office, the gentleman claimed himself that he heads the Customer Service ( Mr.Darwin Ph # [protected]) called me on 2nd-Dec'17 apologized for the rude response I got from their service team, & deputed Mr.Rajasekar to complete the service on 03-Dec'17, Sunday. As Mr.Rajasekar was not well equipt with spares to complete the call he said he w'd come in a weeks time to complete the complaint. The same was informed to the Service Head over phone. As a followup I called the Service Head on 28th Dec'17 I dint get proper response. Again I called yesterday (09-Jan'18) I dint proper response. My complaint is still kept pending. (Earlier I was told by the Service head, for any complaints I may contact him directly & he would take care ).

                    I have been having these kind of service issues ever since I bought their products. they have Bad bunch of people who are managing the service

                      My faucet tap is leaking/damaged. This tap was replaced a few months ago but has been damaged again. The lever has come foose and if the tap is kept on, there is a constant leakage of precious water. If I try to fix it, it does not respond and hence I have kept the tap closed.

                          The faucts manufactured by jaquer made from metal with plastic leaver which break with in 1 to 2 years from the date of start using. As the life of the body is more then 5 years.

                          I think that the componay by providing plastic liver gets a repeat business and thus cheating the customer.

                          They should change the same to metal and refund the user for the replacement.

                          I have some problem in mixer . It’s a leakage problem
                          After calling multiple no. Of times to the helpline number, there is no response as the number is out of service for more than 23 days now. The taps in my house are leaking badly wasting a lot of water.Also, local plumber refuse to repair as the "Jaquar" parts are not available to them . Please address the issue URGENTLY.

                            I had raised multiple complaints for the same issue. But no action has been taken so far. Your guy who visited my place does not know his job. Its been more than a month but he has failed to replace under warranty tap in my kitchen.

                            First complaint number as received from telecaller: 943497 in december 2017
                            Latest service call reference numbers : 00002101 in jan 2018

                            The guy came to my place and said call the company to get the part replaced. When i opened the complaint for the second time the same guy came and said the same thing. When i said i will complain to higher management, he said do what ever you want.

                            Its a complete non-professional behavior and not expected from jaguar.

                                Fitted a wc with cover in nov 2017
                                Spent almost 20k for the same
                                Raised a complain for the seat/cover on 16 dec
                                Engineer came, saw, asked for bill, said coming tmro with required replacement parts
                                Goes back to office, closes complain stating customer did not submit bill
                                Waited for almost 2 weeks before i came to know above mess
                                Raised another complaint on 2nd jan, waited till today, spoke to some cust care head who apologised & ensured it will be attended today without any reminders
                                Today also passed by, i am still waiting
                                I feel like dismantling the wc and throwing it away looking at their customer support, but unfortunately have spent my hard earned money 20k on that piece, i care for my money but probably suppliers dont care for customers...
                                Ridiculous is an understatement for theirnservice support, will never ever buy or recommend anybody to buy jaguar products...

                                      I have installed jaquqr fittings in 6 toilets of my house completed by the end of 2011. Lever of one of the diverter, which is rarely used, was never peferctely tightened despite the efforts of plumber again and again. After some time the concealed cistern, which was rarely used, was also leaking. I called on toll free no for the repairs required and service / cleaning of all the fittings. Authorised representative of jaquar visited, who cleaned the cistern, tightened the lever and assured for servicing for some time later, but he never turned up. The lever of diverter dropped again.
                                      Again on 10th of nov 2017 i called on toll free no for following -
                                      1. Repair / replacement of lever of the diverter.
                                      2. Repair of the concealed cisterns.
                                      3. Service of all the fittings.
                                      So far, no one has visited. During this time one of the faucet's flexible pipe is also damaged.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and rectify otherwise there is no meaning of warranty and service.

                                      We are using your Company made mixtures at our hotel since long and we are facing some problem with mixtures we have with us. Lickage and Mixture problems are there and we are not getting good services from your end. kindly do the needfull as soon as possible so that we can trust on your services.
                                      Meine jo flat Lia hai waha aapki company ka saman hai pluming mein aur yaha par nal mein se pani nahi aata Kyu ki tap block ho gaya hai flush chal nahi raha properly and Wo leakage hai aur dusra ye ki pluming mein water on off cock block ho gaya hai totally ... Kya kare bolo abhi
                                      Flush valve is not working easy and little water is going continuous
                                      Water tap in the kitchen is playing when its either opening or closing.
                                      Toilet flash is not working
                                      We have recently installed jaquar bath fittings few months ago. They have not been working properly. We have complained but no one is responding since weeks

                                      Let us know how and when the same can be resolved

                                      We have flush valve of comebord( toilet sheet) of jaguar make..
                                      please allote the technical personal for repairing.
                                      old valve is not working properly we were facing more problems .

                                        Had complained about the faulty bathroom tap queen model, complaint number 897331, on nov 18th2017, but technicians are not turning after repeated requests. Very poor servicc. As the customers are my old parents they are finding it very difficult to manage with the faulty tap. What should we do to get it repaired or replaced as early as possible? Please do the needful as early as possible

                                        Shower n tap not giving proper flow of water.
