I purchse jaguar fittings for my washroom on august 2017 i have not used my bathroom as my flat is not much used but coating of taps is faded and i have a seat also of jaguar but there is leakage from side pls see to it as i have purchsed it and its very expensive pls see to it make it correct or unfotunately i have fiel a suit against a company in consumer forum....

I had make a complaint no 00302377 regarding the tap not closing on 7.4.2018

To my surprise it was closed on 9.4.2018 without any one coming to repair it.

I called customer care and was given another complaint no 00306537.

THis was again closed today with out being attended.

This is totally unacceptable.

We had bought an enclosure from jaquar but even though it was not used much or at all, it's door broke and the glass shattered badly. I want to know if this is how you design your products normally or we were just lucky enough to buy a defective piece? We don't know what caused the glass to shatter but it surely broke into a thousand pieces like somebody had constantly hammered on it for hours. Please respond immediately to this complaint...

I have shifted to my new house since past 3 months. The entire bathroom fittings are jaguar as heard a lot about the brand. But from past 1 month i have been facing a lot of problem in my bathroom shower. It has stopped working completely, even though there is no water problems in my house. Tried to call local dealers but no response yet.

I have Jaquar Sanitary ware in all the 5 bathrooms in my house and few of them need to repair and change. I have called Jaquar customer care few times but no positive response. Also the service person had came twice but couldn't repair it properly due to lack of repair material. I request you to look in to my matter and I hope I will get satisfactory services from Jaquar ahead....

I got bathroom fittings six years back. But the mixer shower point starts leaking. Mechanic sent after complaint but charged for replacing the phase of tap and 100 rupees for visit.
The defect still perdists and after repeatedly calling and writing to customercare no response is there. Moreover jaquar boasts of lifetime free service and replacements of defective parts. All lies and misselling...

Worst ever customer service experience. There was leakage in the cock so registered complaint on 27th march, person came on 28 th and instead of repairing the cock damaged it further and leakage increased. Also the person was not having any spares. Then called customer care again and then received call from the asm of that area who promised to ensure that everything will be done in a days time. Dear sir/madam,
I was using the i flush from 2016 dec. From starting there is a complaint, water draining after flush automatically. Can not stop the flush, knob was not working. We are facing 2 months once this problem still it not resolving.
Then how will use this. Please arrange a solution to change it to new set up, we have feed up with i flush....

The taps i used are now having leakages. They have been fixed in 2015 and now they're leaking. I am very much irritated due to their leakage and i want them to be repaired as fast as possible. I'm regularly lodging a complain since 3 months regarding my concealed cistern. My last service call reference no. is 00225383. Kindly provide me the support as i have one jaguar mixture machine. I have some problem regarding working of tap. my jaguar mixture is not working from more then last two weeks I have called customers service so many time but no possible solution have given till yet. our compliant no 00204287 as been given to us almost 15 days ago. but till now neither service centre has respond or nor the person has visit till now at our office....

This is my complaint number 00231398 which is done on 15/03/18 from ahmedabad. My shower diverter is complaint water is flowing 3 days nonstop. Ensure within 72 hours but after the deadline also no response. 4 times i called customer care& about 25 calls to outlet and related peoples not any person took responsibility for make solution. Kindly provide me the support as i have one jaquar mixure machine and found water leakage from the centre part of the machine from some days. The machine is almost 5 years old. The machine is provided by my builder during the time of purchasing my flat and hence no warranty card is with me. I hope will look into the matter carefully and take necessary action for rectification of the machine....

Kitchen sink tap: its surface ring at the counter top is missing and the water is leaking below the counter, so is the tap water spout not switching properly.
Bathroom concealed flush tank: it is leaking water in the pot for a period of time in small intervals.
Shower fitting: has not be fixed properly hence its moving and also water pressure is being affected.

Please note that the delivery opening of the soap dispenser is very very small and soaps gets dried up there. After few days o[censored]sage it gets blocked and many of our dispenser is not working. Being a reputed company you cant afford to make a defective product like this. Your products are priced in a higher bracket in the market you have to think about the viscosity of standard indian liquid soap available in the indian market....
