Hi team,

I bought a single lever concealed diverter for which the lever got detached from the unit and is not working properly. We bought it 1year back since then the unit has some problem i. E the nob for hot water doesn't work. The unit costs around ₹7000 which has 1year warranty. As per local plumber the unit can't be repaired as the unit itself is damaged unit. Can u please send your service provider as early as possible and replace the unit with new one.

    Hi,
    I bought jaguar closet worth of 14k few weeks back for my under construction house but at that time we just received the items but we just opened the box and verified the item is delivered correctly but yesterday we installed and when we removed the sticker and found that damage was covered with sticker, generally sticker will be placed in the middle of the product but in my case they just placed in the edge to cover both side to hide the damaged, when i called the agencies they are saying they delivered and its my responsible to remove the sticker and checked the product is ok.in reality no one remove the sticker to check the product is ok. I have planning for my house warming function by this week end but this incident putting me in trouble, i thought jaguar is best company but now this incident is giving bad impression with jaguar product.

    Also i bought handwash gun but ideally box should have four items inside however received three idems inside and went back to show and replaced.

    I hope you can arrange replacement immediately

    WE have A Jaguar bathing from last 2 years ..we are having a problem in this from last 2 yrs approx but still no solution .I have register complaint also many many times but still issue noylt resolve ..

      I am from kochi kerala and i purchased bathroom taps and fittings from your dealer jose sanitary edappally kochi believing your assurance of 7 years replacement guarantee. But it has been seen that most of the taps get colour changes and bubbles on the body. I registered a complaint on december 2017, because of the negligence i registered another complaint on march 16 2018. Even after my repeated follow ups there was no action taken from your side. (All voice call recordings are there with me) and you are cheated me by rejecting my complaint. I request once more to replace my damaged taps with in a week from this request, otherwise i will go to consumer court for justice.

        The area incharge of mumbai had committed to me yesterday that my complaint woud be attended before eod! But till now nobody has visited nor called!

        This is to inform you that the technician had called me yesterday approximately 4.00 pm. At that time i was not at home. I had requested him to come by 7.00 pm. He expressed his inablity to attend to the call at that time and suggested a time on the next day, i. E, today. I had given him the time of 10.00 am and he agreed to call at that time and fix the appointment for a suitable time during the day. Today i have arranged for my son to be at home specifically for this purpose. Till now he has not reached to rectify the problem.

        Please note that there is continuos mild flow of water in flush in one of the bathrooms. If the problem is not rectified immediately it can become much bigger leading to unnecessary expenditure for me.

        It is now 6 days since i have logged the complaint on the website and water is simply wasting away.

        Kindly arrange for the technician at the earliest.

          I made a complaint on 11/04/2018 regarding non-working of water heater purchased by me 2 months back from your authorised seller. My complaint was registered with docket no.00315394. Even if service person called me after 2 days, they did not sepute any technician for repair. So i personally contacted the service center, they told me that no technician is available at present. I waited for 6 days. Again i lodged a complaint by calling the company service centre on 16/04/2016 and my complaint was registered with docket no.00329763.
          Even now nobody is available to attend my grievance. I purchased the water heater and all bathroom fittings from your company believing best service from your part. I feel it is not correct. My registered contact number is

            I had got all fittings in my house from jaquar company at dehradun in year 2000. The personnel from dehradun jaquar office use to come almost everyday to ensure that work is done properly by the jaquar workers. I was also assured that any unserviceability at any time will be looked into and rectified without any delay. This practice was followed for quite sometime but for last couple of years i find that the people sent are not properly trained /qualified to undertake the work. For last almost six months i am trying to get my unserviceable nrvs rectified, but to no avail as their quality of work is not up to the mark and as such the rectification lasts hardly for a fortnight. On my repeated complaints i was told that the nrvs need to be changed and they cannot procure them. This has resulted in lot of inconvenience to me as the hot and the cold water gets mixed up, in view of the foregoing it is requested that either you send nrvs to your dehradun office or suggest some alternate method so that this overdue problem is rectified. An early positive action is solicited.

            On the toilet seat there is a yellowish thing due to which water is not coming. Seat is always firstly even after cleaning with harpic.

              Dear sir,
              This is to bring to your kind attention that we are running a c. B. S. E affiliated senior secondary school (Class nursery to class xii) in jodhpur. The school was established on this location in 2006. There are two buildings in the school premises. The main building has three floors (Ground, first and second floor). Currently there are 1100 members (Which include teachers, students and supporting staff) in the school. There is a separate lavatory facility provided for boys, girls and teaching/non-teaching staff on each floor and in each building.
              We have been using jaguar fitting and fixing products (Which includes taps, valves, etc.) in our school from starting to till date. We have purchased these products through one of your local dealer/stockiest m/s manika (Gol building, jalori gate, jodhpur).
              By end of march 2018, one angle valve purchased by us got jammed at one point and didn’t get fixed again. Our office assistant mr. Mukaddar khan complained regarding this issue at your online customer care [protected] on 4th april, 2018 by mobile no. [protected]. The complaint was not responded till 6th april and later a reminder was given by us to your service centre about the issue. The service centre assured us that the complaint will be attended and resolved by 7th april, 2018. Unfortunately no such action was being taken.
              Since we were not left with any other alternative than to hire someone for repairing this issue, so on 8th april, 2018 (Sunday) the defective valve was replaced to stop adequate wastage of water.
              On 9th april, a person from your jodhpur service centre visited our school location to attend 5 days old complain. He saw the valve and told us that he will not be replacing the valve and was charging us rs 350 /- towards repairing the same. The component is still under guarantee period. Your servicemen told us that he will not be replacing the valve as a small part was missing. Then we communicated with the incharge of the service centre and explained him that the problem was not attended for 5 days so we had to call a private person to replace the valve. The service centre incharge was too adamant and not ready to listen to us.
              Our main concern issues are that:
              1. Firstly your service centre does not respond to a complaint for 5 days without understanding that it might be a serious issue for the complainer.
              2. Secondly there should be a code of conduct to be followed against old customers from the company side which should be monitored too.
              3. Thirdly this kind of behavior/act weakens the bond between the company and the customer.
              Kindly consider this matter on prime concern and take suitable measures to resolve our problem.

                I purchse jaguar fittings for my washroom on august 2017 i have not used my bathroom as my flat is not much used but coating of taps is faded and i have a seat also of jaguar but there is leakage from side pls see to it as i have purchsed it and its very expensive pls see to it make it correct or unfotunately i have fiel a suit against a company in consumer forum.

                  THis was again closed today with out being attended.

                    We had bought an enclosure from jaquar but even though it was not used much or at all, it's door broke and the glass shattered badly. I want to know if this is how you design your products normally or we were just lucky enough to buy a defective piece? We don't know what caused the glass to shatter but it surely broke into a thousand pieces like somebody had constantly hammered on it for hours. Please respond immediately to this complaint since your customers are not satisfied. Thank you.

                      We have purchased your artize brand bathroom fittings for our project at hyderabad, banjara hills were installed in aug 2017 since installation there is leakage one taps (Consnuence model). Service person mr. Shakeel & another person (Dont remember name) had visited couple of times, and said they could not understand & rectify an they were new models & training for the same was not provided. Later senior technician mr. Sambhashiv had twice visited the site in december & january 2018 & assured to get it rectified soon which he never respond after that, stating his personal issues (Father is unwell) the matter was raised to regional technical head mr narender in feb 2018, but got only assurances till date without any rectification of issue.

                      Like wise i had also installed artize digital steam generator at same place at the same time. Which is also inoperative & had been assured to complete both the works since past 6 months with no sign of completion.
                      Request you to kindly look into the matter & get the same completed.

But from past 1 month i have been facing a lot of problem in my bathroom shower. It has stopped working completely, even though there is no water problems in my house. I have called Jaquar customer care few times but no positive response. Also the service person had came twice but couldn't repair it properly due to lack of repair material.                             I got bathroom fittings six years back. But the mixer shower point starts leaking. Mechanic sent after complaint but charged for replacing the phase of tap and 100 rupees for visit.
                            The defect still perdists and after repeatedly calling and writing to customercare no response is there. Moreover jaquar boasts of lifetime free service and replacements of defective parts. All lies and misselling

                              I have severe complain on continuous water leakage from concealed flush in both toilets since past almost 1 year. Specially in past 1 month starting from 28th feb, 2018 till 31st march, 2018 there are 5 complaints vide complaint nos as follows :

                              3. 00232139, dt: 15.3.18
                              4. 00264837, dt: 27.3.18
                              5. 00282499, dt: 31.3.18

                              Despite of repeated request to your service personnel for senior customer support visit through to your call center and your all support persons visiting my house since past one year, no senior persons visit has taken place till date.

                              Every time your mechanic visits and cleans the internal flash by spoiling my harpic cleaner and make some stop gap arrangement, which obviously creates problem in next couple of days.

                              I spoke to your per service branch person pradeep singh also on the issue couple of times and, but no permanent solution come from him and every time he deputes some mechanic to fix the problem without extending or thinking any permanent solution to a valued customer.

                              My current complaint is pending since 31st march and despite repeated follow-up no one visited me till 2nd april. Every time when this problem occurs my water tank gets empty due to leakage of water from concealed flush from both toilets and it became difficult to run my household activities due to shortage of water.

                                  Worst ever customer service experience. There was leakage in the cock so registered complaint on 27th march, person came on 28 th and instead of repairing the cock damaged it further and leakage increased. Also the person was not having any spares. Then called customer care again and then received call from the asm of that area who promised to ensure that everything will be done in a days time. The next day a new fellow came but was unable to open the cock as it was damaged by the previous person and then left in 5 minutes. Asm seems the most helpless person with no answers. Again called customer care today who connected on three party with asm who instead of being apologetic, told me that you should be patient and one day your problem will get solved. When and how he has no answer.
                                  This company sells a 100 rupee tap in 500 just in the name of premium brand. They should be boycotted. This is there level of service in mumbai god save people in smaller cities.

                                      The taps i used are now having leakages. They have been fixed in 2015 and now they're leaking. I am very much irritated due to their leakage and i want them to be repaired as fast as possible. I hope that the company would recover them soon so that their costomers don't get disappointed.                                         jaguar flush tank repair

                                        My jaguar flush tank is not working since yesterday evening and today morning i called up the toll free customer care no and only after 3-4 calls and spending my 25 mets in the morning busy hours, they could take up my complaint and gave me the no as 00255571... That is not the problem... I was surprised to know that the servicing would be taken up within 72 hours of working hours which would account for 9 days easily (Excluding sunday) which...
