[Resolved] Jaquar — faulty water heater | |||||
Complaint #934281. We bought the jaquar insta heater on 16-apr-17. On 3-nov-17, the heater caught fire and got burnt down completely. Luckily no one was injured but chances were high. There was no short circuit as the fuse did not trip. We have complained so many times but have had horrible experience every time from jaquar personnel. 2 visits were made but no actions taken, we want a replacement made asap. Almost everyday, we are following up but get the response that we will get back to you. Is this how the brand works? Not sure if there is any other way to escalate the matter beyond this? Many times checked and rectified by local plumber but not getting permanent solution to the leakages, water wastage, kindly help.

I have tried calling again to no response.
A week later no news. please would be send an engineer to service and fix this bath at the earliest.
