[Resolved] Jaquar — geyser and flushing system | |||||
We have took possession of flat in april 2018, jaguar bath as well as geyser systems were provided by builder but all fittings responsibility is of jaguar company. Since we started staying geyser is not working, thrice i have complained on jaguar customer care complaint number and but not a single service engineer turnsup and i get a sms stating that your complaint has been resolved. There is a manufacturing defect in geyser as i am being informed that coil is to be replaced even when not a single minute i have used the geyser. On customer care number i am being asked to hold the call for more than 30 minutes and after interacting with the customer branch service manager i am being informed that they will get back but no one contact me at all. My 1st complaint was when casually engineer had come for inspection in 1st week of may 2018, 2nd complaint was on 23.05.2018 with complaint number being 00460526 and third complaint was on 29.05.2018 with complaint number being 00435149 and i have again today ie. 31.05.2018 complained on customer care. This customer service mechanism of jaguar is almost harassment to me with no fruitful results. I am unaware now which forum i should escalate the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
