Jaquar — part covered under warranty but the service executive took 690rs | |||
Dear sirs, We have made a complaint no 95091/5 via phone number [protected]. The service executive came and said the cartraige is not working properly and he needs to replace the same. Hand he took 690 rs and gave no invice but we asked him to rite the amount on the service job card. The person told the warranty is only for the service and parts will be chargable. We took a new commode rimless wall hung wc with uf soft on 14.09.2019 and fixed it. But the thing after fixing it we are not at all able to use it as water is coming out from the bracket. We faced a lot of problem and the plumber also couldn't solve it. So request you to please send the service person and resolve the issue.

There is a leakage in taps not working properly
I already complained about my concealed flush(4 nos) several times. out of these 1 no still not working. other three are working properly. so pls rectify this isuue as early as possible
